"My stay at the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel in Kunshan was absolutely perfect, a full five-star experience. It's truly a hidden gem among high-rise hotels I've stayed at in Kunshan, offering both excellent value for money and a touch of luxury. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! The hotel boasts an excellent location in a bustling commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. The 8th floor provides direct access to a shopping mall, so you don't need to venture far to satisfy all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – convenience is truly maximized. The hotel lobby, situated on the 29th floor, offers expansive and unobstructed views. The decor is light luxury and grand, incorporating elegant design details that create a wonderful ambiance. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with no tedious waiting. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic view room, and the experience was superb. The room was spacious and well-laid out, never feeling cramped. The massive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Kunshan's city lights at night, which were truly healing and stress-relieving. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; not a speck of dust could be found in any corner. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and fluffy, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, along with dual sinks and a bathtub, allowing for undisturbed washing and bathing. The quality of the toiletries was also top-notch, with thoughtful attention to detail. What truly impressed me most was the hotel's service. The entire staff, from Ms. Zhang to everyone else, was warm, polite, professional, and patient. Whether it was the front desk during check-in, or the housekeeping and concierge staff, their attitude was consistently gentle and attentive. Any requests were promptly addressed with meticulous care, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel also boasts excellent soundproofing; despite being in a bustling area, it was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by external noise, ensuring a high-quality rest. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with a full range of meats, vegetables, desserts, and beverages. They even had local specialty Aozhao noodles, which were fresh, delicious, and authentic. The overall facilities were new and well-maintained, with high-speed internet and smart devices readily available. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience is top-notch. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Kunshan!"

"Stayed in a suite~ The facilities are very new, and the red bean cakes and ice cream in the lobby are delicious. There's also a handmade soap making activity, and it's super convenient to find places to eat nearby. Had a really enjoyable 3-day, 2-night stay~"

"Very satisfied, really liked it! The room design was very cozy. The only drawback was that the bathroom hygiene was just average. The front desk staff had excellent service, and they even gave us a small gift. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station, making transportation very convenient."

"This hotel is brand new, with Crowne Plaza on the 1st floor and Holiday Inn on the 2nd. We specifically chose Crowne Plaza this time for the bathtub. The recreational facilities are shared with the Holiday Inn. What really impressed me was the swimming pool. Picture 2 shows the gym lobby, which is beautifully decorated, and the equipment inside is quite good; the Patriot hairdryer, for example, is just as effective as some more famous brands. Breakfast felt a bit rushed, though. If you go down around 9:40 AM, many items aren't replenished, but the pan-fried buns at breakfast were incredibly delicious. Despite the high guest traffic, I never once had to wait or feel crowded in the elevators. The service was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the cleanest rooms, and the bedding was great, making for a very comfortable sleep. The crib, an IKEA one, was also very good. The hotel's service is also excellent, and they even provide car charging. The location is also fantastic; I heard it's very close to Line 11, so next time I might even take the subway to stay here."

Complimentary gym, self-service laundry, and delivery robots are available. 3. **Attentive Service:** The front desk often proactively upgrades guests to higher floors, responds quickly, and provides thoughtful touches like luggage assistance and a warm 'goodnight tea'. 4. **Abundant Breakfast:** A comprehensive buffet featuring both Chinese and Western options, with freshly prepared Aozhao noodles, Eggs Benedict, seasonal fruits, and fresh juices, all highly praised. * ”The location is fantastic, with a shopping mall right downstairs! The night view from the room's floor-to-ceiling windows is stunning, and the Aozhao noodles for breakfast are incredibly authentic.” * ”Service is top-notch, the front desk upgraded me to a higher floor, and the free laundry room is a lifesaver for business travelers. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"The room insulation is excellent, providing great privacy – unlike some hotels where you can hear conversations from next door. The hotel's location is superb, making travel, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It's also within 20 minutes of the high-speed rail station, and there's a commercial complex right downstairs. Even if you want a late-night drink or a snack, there are plenty of shops across the street and to the left. The front desk was very kind and granted my late check-out request. While most hotels offer late check-out until 2 PM, some, perhaps not wanting repeat customers, simply refuse, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, it's an established five-star hotel with comfortable bedding and a tidy room. It's very close to the shopping district, and Lynne at the front desk provided polite and thoughtful service. My stay was very comfortable!"
