"1. The hotel is clean and tidy. 2. Excellent service: From the concierge to the front desk and even housekeeping, all the staff were smiling and proactively greeting guests. 3. Spotless room: The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the mattress firmness was just right, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the water pressure was strong, and hot water was available very quickly. 4. Well-equipped facilities: The gym equipment was well-maintained, and the swimming pool environment was beautiful. The free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was very fast. 5. Pleasant extras: The welcome fruit and complimentary mini-bar drinks were a thoughtful touch. Upon check-out, we even received some local specialty snacks as a gift."

"A basic single room near Cologne Cathedral, around 5 minutes walking distance from the Cologne Central Station. The check in process is easy (through their app), however, there's some issues with loading the page, so I ended up having to do it again at the front desk. The room is quite small, no proper table and chair for seating area, but has a small ensuite toilet. The heater is working well, as well as the hot shower water. There's no kettle provided in the hotel, and coffee with a fee at the G floor. There's elevator/lift in the hotel. This particular room doesn't have the cathedral view. It's a conveniently located hostel, so if you're on a budget trip, you may consider station here. They also provide luggage storage service before check-in & after check out."

"The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water. Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). Summary: I will choose this place again when I attend the Cologne Exhibition next time."
