"A basic single room near Cologne Cathedral, around 5 minutes walking distance from the Cologne Central Station. The check in process is easy (through their app), however, there's some issues with loading the page, so I ended up having to do it again at the front desk.
The room is quite small, no proper table and chair for seating area, but has a small ensuite toilet. The heater is working well, as well as the hot shower water. There's no kettle provided in the hotel, and coffee with a fee at the G floor. There's elevator/lift in the hotel. This particular room doesn't have the cathedral view. It's a conveniently located hostel, so if you're on a budget trip, you may consider station here. They also provide luggage storage service before check-in & after check out."

"I booked the mixed 4-bed dorm as there were no other options in the city under €300/night. The location is very convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around by foot or public transport. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.
However, I didn’t feel fully comfortable sharing the room with three men, especially since there were no curtains for privacy on the beds. Cleanliness could be improved, as there was visible dust, the room wasn’t well lit, and the outlets and reading light at my bed didn’t work. The bathrooms also lacked ventilation and a bath mat, which caused humidity and puddles after showering.
For €74 per night, I expected more comfort and cleanliness. Still, this hostel has great potential if some improvements are made."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, but what really made the experience special was the service.
Berk was absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of, and his warm attitude truly made a difference during our stay. You can really feel that he cares about guests.

The room was not heated at arrival was very cold in the room.
The room was clean enough,in the case of departure I found that under the bed sofa was the old packaging waste of a fast food restaurant.
Bathroom small but sufficient, disadvantage small bath with shower incl. shower head not swingable as firmly mounted on the wall and as top protection only a small glass wall but sufficient.
For one night, okay.
Breakfast buffet for 22Euro per person I find it personally costly , haven't used it but have seen the selection and I think it is not enough for the price.
The pleasant smell of the hotel is to be highlighted."

According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.
"Very helpful staff who helps to log my IHG membership. But I couldn't find people to help with room supplies on Saturday evening after 20:30, though it didn't happen on Sunday. The room is cleaner than usual ones in Europe but it's tiny, just enough for one person. The room is rather stuffy but you'll hear the noise throughout the night if you open the window. Kettle unavailable in the room. "

The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning.
Dirty grout and walls.
The climate control couldn't get it from 27.5 degrees to 24.5 degrees Celsius; the maximum setting was -3 degrees Celsius.
The room was nice and spacious with two large beds and a cot. It was a bit noisy, though, as you could hear conversations downstairs on the terrace.
We were woken up around 9:00 by the cleaner or something."

It's Riehl, but I went to Deutz and left for an hour. ㅠㅠ
But really lucky !!! It's a four-person room.
I wrote it alone because there was no reservation on the day !!! :)
Unfortunately, there is no amenities, the location is a bit far from the city center.
The rest of the price, cleanliness, service, luggage storage are all very satisfied!!!
I'm going to go again next time :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 20 km from the center of Cologne in a large industrial area. It is pleasantly quiet at night. There are shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby and within walking distance. The room is a good size and I personally liked the fairly firm mattress. The staff was very friendly at all times. Free parking directly at the hotel.
The only negative point was that the room was quite cold. The temperature could only be increased using the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I had no way of increasing the temperature in the bathroom.

A woman in the neighbouring room, apparently working in this hotel, who always spoke hard by the phone, shut her door, and most importantly heard her toss every 30 seconds. NNiguilinChecked in at 3pm on Sunday, no one was on duty. Only the order number could not be used for automatic check-in, and the hotel confirmation number was required. Waited until 5pm for someone to come on duty. The room was not bad, but the fourth floor was being renovated, and the smell of the renovation was so bad that it made people faint. There were only KFC and gas station stores around.

高高I didn’t see the order without the bathroom at first, and I saw that I couldn’t stand the bathroom outside and changed the room with the bathroom. The bathroom is convenient, but the small water pressure in the pool is shallow, and the water is shallow on the ground. The wet is on a room. The towel was wet before we entered the house, the mildew on the back, the window still no ventilation in the bathroom... The smell could not be lost for a long time, my God! The equipment for bathing is a bathroom cabinet with a sense of time. The door is not very easy to use, and the force is not tight enough, which also causes the bathroom to be wet. There are no slippers, no toiletries, and a hot water bottle in the room. The bed is full of comfort, and the quilt is also the national standard. It is very close to the subway station. It is expensive to take a stop at the Central Railway Station. It takes half an hour to walk. There are many Middle Eastern residents around.
