"the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed. however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, but what really made the experience special was the service. Berk was absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of, and his warm attitude truly made a difference during our stay. You can really feel that he cares about guests. "I book this hotel every time I come to an exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center and you can walk there. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good. There is a light rail outside the door that can go directly to the cathedral. It is very convenient"

"Had a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We requested a room close to the elevator and they gave us a spacious one just as we asked. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting during the Christmas market season; everything is within walking distance. The only downsides were the weak internet connection, so it’s better to have your own data plan if you rely on being online, and bed sheets are only changed upon request. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would recommend for the location, helpful staff and lovely spacious rooms!"

"Cleaning is very polite. The building and facilities are not particularly new, but the cleaning is well done, so it was clean and very comfortable. The room size felt wider than the hotel official photos. Generally, the photos are often better than the real ones, but this hotel is unusual and the real ones were better than the impression of the photos. laughter I stayed at several hotels in Europe, but this hotel was the cleanest in the first place. I was disappointed in Europe when I was used to the quality of cleaning in Japan, but only here was great. (there was a disposable slipper that you couldn't see easily in Europe!) But you need to be careful only one point. There may be no people at the front desk at check-in, so you need to call the hotel at that time. Please know that only in advance. I failed without having a call when I checked in. The staff who responded was kind and friendly. It's a very good hotel if you're careful only about how to check in, so if you visit Cologne again, I'll use it."

"The Good: - Location is right in the middle of everything and few steps from the Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station. - Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The young lady (she had curly hair) and the Dutch man were amazing and friendly! - The room given to us was huge! It had a living room. - The price was affordable considering we went during peak holiday season with the Christmas markets open. The Bad: - We were on the 5th floor and the lift was only until the 4th floor. We had to carry our luggages up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Also the lift was tiny! It could only fit 2 persons or 1 person with luggage. - Heating was not working. When we arrived, we were wondering why we had 2 portable heaters (with 1 not working), we realised the radiators were not working! - The bathroom stank the whole room everytime we came in from outside. It seemed to come from the drainage. - The bathroom has a huge window (not frosted, no curtain) that makes you uncomfortable when showering! I had to turn the lights off at night so I wasn't visible from outside. And during the day, I had to crouch. - The shower cubicle was so tiny! I kept hitting the shower lever so the temperature kept changing while showering. I had to leave the glass door open so I can move. - The sofas in the living room had stains. - The king bed was actually 2 single bed beds placed side by side and I kept falling into the middle crack. - The mattress had a lump in the middle. It was uncomfortable. - There was 1 female staff (older lady), who was rude. We asked to collect our luggage we left after we checked out and she had this pissed off expression like we bothered her for asking. I had high expectations as I have stayed in Wyndham hotels before and this hotel was not up to par."

"Nice hotel - we had a double room which came with a view of the cathedral. The bed wasn't a double but two singles pushed together, which was fine. Beds were very soft, pillows were poor (very very thin). Overall reasonable for the money, especially given the location I would stay again."

"The location slightly far from the central station and other sightseeing , yet it walkable . There is a tram station infront Of this hotel which will be handy if someone don’t wish to walk much ."

"The hotel was nice if you're visiting Köln. But i guess we just had experienced a scary situation where someone was trying to Unlock the door at around 9pm when we're about to sleep. We got scared. Then when we heard that, i asked who's trying to open the door and it was a Family with 2 kids, so the receptionist gave us the wrong key for our booked room and they gave the Family the wrong key but with the same room number. No explanation was made what really happened at that exact moment from the receptionist , got no time to go down and ask the reception since we're tired from that day. But ofcourse we're already bothered and scared about that."
