"Facilities: The panoramic suite has two bathrooms. Cleanliness: Relatively clean and comfortable. This was my second stay, but the Indian female receptionist at the front desk was not as friendly as the one we had during our first visit. We requested a higher floor, and this room type is typically on floors 2 to 4, but she insisted on putting us on the 2nd floor. The other staff members, including the cleaners, were as friendly and welcoming as ever."

"Very good location, Near the bus stop and train stations. It is very accessible. Very convenient location near the airport and city attractions. Many guests commend the hotel for its budget-friendly rates and excellent value, with the rooms frequently described as spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities, while basic, earn praise for their comfort and convenience. Shopping malls and supermarket is just a steps away. Cleanliness and well-maintained rooms are frequently praised, contributing to guest satisfaction. The exceptional value and attentive service, with staff going above and beyond. Enjoyed my stay at this wonderful and comfy hotel. Loved every experience and services I received from the staff. The staff were extremely professional and very friendly. We had a pleasant stay."

"Very smooth check in process. Our flight has delayed so we arrived at 04:00 am , practically in the middle of the night. They helped us a lot and they extended the checkout time by two hours. Excellent service"

"The property was in a good location- walkable distance to MIA park and museum. The service was exceptional from the night staff, our son had spoiled the sheet twice at night and both times they were very quick to change sheets. The breakfast was good, a range of options and something for everyone to enjoy. I think some aspects of the rooms can be upgraded as we can see the wear and tear. Otherwise spacious rooms and big and nice bathrooms"

"Overall a very relaxed and spacious hotel with big rooms and quiet corridors. Staff at the desk are excellent and the security staff and concierge polite and friendly. Lots and lots of meeting space. The room AC was very cold which is perfect for most of the year but when I stayed in winter, the room was too cold."

"The room was very clean and large. Feras, the front desk staff from Jordan was very friendly. The check-in procedure was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, there was light leakage between the curtain box and the curtain, with a gap of about 15 cm. I can't imagine that the curtains in a five-star hotel room would leak light. I checked in at 3:30 AM, and it was about 4 o'clock after I washed and went to bed. The light woke me up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep well, which affected my schedule for the day. This is my fourth and last time staying in this hotel"

"A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement."

"The hotel was very clean, though the rooms are on the smaller side. It’s perfect for a peaceful stay, and the location is great for getting around to different places in Doha easily"

"I can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying."
