"We stayed at the hotel in November 2025. It's new, modern, and very beautiful. Overall, our impressions were positive, but we did have a few minor gripes.
The service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive. Everyone was smiling and always eager to please. We were checked in 40 minutes early (check-in was at 3:00 PM), for which we were especially grateful. We were offered water and coffee while we waited.
We stayed on the 22nd floor with a stunning view of the skyscrapers. The room was clean and new, cleaned daily, and included dental supplies, slippers, and a robe.
The breakfasts were great; they had everything from a variety of pastries to red fish and cheeses (Brie, Blue, etc.). Very good.
However, we did have a few minor gripes:
1. INACCURACY OF THE METRO AND HOTEL LOCATION INFORMATION! This is a major drawback. The hotel description listed the wrong metro station and the hotel's location. We got off at Soaq Waqif station, which the app recommended, and ended up in the wrong area. We had to call a taxi. It's actually a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, but it's a completely different station! (DECC)
2. Bed linen. Clean and new, but smelled damp. Apparently, due to the high humidity, it doesn't have time to dry properly. The staff, however, changed it very quickly.
3. Cold in the room. It was quite chilly in November. The air conditioning was off, but the floors were cold marble.
4. Dirt on the window. We had breakfast on the veranda, and the glass partition was very dirty, which spoiled the view.
5. Elevators. Four elevators are not enough for such a tall hotel; sometimes we had to wait.
Bottom line: the hotel is definitely worth the money (we paid 23,000 rubles/night).
We were satisfied, but management should pay attention to the humidity control, heating, and, most importantly, correct the information about the nearest metro station and the hotel location!"
