This was my first stay at the Morpheus Macau, and after two consecutive nights, I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience. It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Upon arrival at the front desk, the warm welcome from staff member Tiffany left us with an excellent first impression. Her attitude was incredibly professional and thoughtful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she thoughtfully introduced us to the hotel's facilities and highlights, making us feel right at home. Once in the room, we found fresh welcome fruits beautifully arranged – the attention to detail was impeccable, showing how much the hotel values its guests. Breakfast was served at 'T'ang Court,' where the ambiance was superb. Besides the high quality of the food, the staff's service was spot-on, clearing dishes promptly and considerately. The overall dining experience was fantastic. Next time I visit Macau, this hotel will definitely be my top choice. Highly recommended!

The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

Before school started, we stayed at a hotel in Macau for a day. We chose Galaxy Macau and the W Hotel for our buffet dinner. In just a short day, we experienced thoughtful service from several staff members, including the lifeguard at the Galaxy Macau hotel pool (providing rescue services) on the 31st, and Amy 1004469, a front desk attendant at the lobby café where we had breakfast. Her initial warm smile left a deep impression on us, followed by a series of meticulous ordering and hospitality services once we were seated. It's rare to see someone maintain such a warm and bright smile, and a sweet, proper tone of voice while serving us attentively, even when the number of guests grew and she became incredibly busy. Even my husband, who rarely compliments anyone, said her five-star service attitude was excellent. This visit once again left us with wonderful memories. Furthermore, I'd also like to commend the delicious dishes at the lobby café; they were perfectly to my taste.

This hotel is conveniently located near the City University of Macau, making it perfect for elderly relatives visiting students. The service was excellent; the front desk thoughtfully arranged a room close to the elevator with a great view for my elderly parents. It was even better that there was a fireworks display in Macau during their stay, and the view from the room was absolutely top-notch! We'll definitely be back next time.

The St. Regis Macao is ideally located in The Londoner Shoppes area. Its British retro style is elegant, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The signature 24-hour butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and the evening champagne sabering ceremony is full of ritual. The high-altitude pool offers views of the Eiffel Tower at night, and it's convenient for shopping and getting around, making it a top luxury choice in Cotai, Macau.

Another stay at Conrad Macao, and it feels like coming home – that familiar comfort! The resort was buzzing with activities recently, and Abin Pan from The Londoner's luggage service kindly informed me about the drone show and fireworks display that evening. He even thoughtfully wrote it down on a sticky note so I wouldn't forget the times. I hadn't made any special requests before checking in, but Chris at the front desk still went above and beyond, arranging a non-smoking high-floor room and even surprising me with an upgrade to a room with an Eiffel Tower view. The service throughout was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel completely at home. I'll definitely choose Conrad Macao again on my next visit to Macau!

The overall experience was fantastic! 👍 The hotel has a great ambiance, and The Grand Canal Shoppes are very photogenic. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to July, who patiently introduced the hotel's internal facilities and meticulously explained the good places to visit and eat nearby, which was a huge help for our trip. The hotel's location is excellent, connecting to The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Macao, and there are free shuttle buses, making travel and shopping very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall value for money was good.

This was a surprisingly satisfying experience! I read some reviews saying the hotel was old, but when I got there, it didn't feel old at all. In fact, I thought it was very well-maintained. We were traveling with a child, and this hotel met all our needs. There's a swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor, and they're quite large. The water quality is excellent and very clean. Staff at the pool distribute clean, sanitized towels. There's a dedicated play area for children with a ball pit, picture books, and lots of toys. I personally found it very clean 😊. There's a sauna in the changing rooms, separate for men and women. I love saunas; it was super relaxing. The hotel also hosts activities at different times. It's a shame we only stayed one night and couldn't participate. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel this time. For dinner, we ordered room service. There was a huge variety of dishes, covering all sorts of cuisines. Breakfast was a buffet, and our whole family was pleased with it. This experience was so good that we're already planning our next stay! ☺️

The room was a bit damp but quite spacious. The location was super convenient for getting around, shopping, and sightseeing. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's close to the casino too, which is a plus. Overall, everything was fine.

The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.
