"This time, I stayed at The Venetian Macao with my kids, and the hotel service was truly exceptional and thoughtful. Even before we checked in, a hotel staff member named Valentina contacted me to provide directions. Since there was a typhoon approaching, she patiently answered my questions about whether it would affect transportation in the days leading up to our arrival. The Venetian is huge, and with a concert going on, it was very crowded, and our room was quite a distance from the front desk. Upon arrival, Neon, another hotel staff member, helped us with our luggage to the room. Ms. Rosie guided us all the way to our room and, seeing that we had children, thoughtfully sent up two extra sets of toiletries, along with a surprise welcome snack and fruit. The night before we left, she specially contacted me to help calculate the total time needed to get to the port for the high-speed rail and recommended a departure time for the next day. On the day we left, Ms. Irene and a male staff member were waiting for us outside, helped us with our luggage, checked us out, and even escorted us to our car. They also gave my child a teddy bear as a souvenir. I truly loved the hotel's warm and attentive service, and I'll definitely choose to stay at The Venetian again next time!"

"The hotel is located at 288 Avenida Comercial in Macau. The building itself is impressive, with the hotel's name prominently displayed on its exterior, making it easy to spot. The hotel enjoys excellent transportation links, with many great restaurants nearby, as well as the New Yaohan department store, which is very convenient for shopping. Since the hotel is in the main city area, it's a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The guest rooms are spacious and the environment is pleasant. Although the decor style is a bit dated, it's clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with storing luggage or giving directions. Overall, I had a good experience this time and would consider coming back again."

"We stayed as a family with a child and absolutely loved the hotel. Our initial room was a bit noisy, but they moved us to another one without any hassle. The pool area and mini water park are also fantastic; not too crowded, only guests are allowed. The rooms are nice and clean, and housekeeping comes daily. We requested amenities for our baby, and they brought everything promptly. The quality of the toiletries is excellent. We'd love to come back to this hotel again!"

The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."

The room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient with a bus stop right outside, allowing easy access to various places. It's also quite close to Wynn Palace and MGM, within walking distance. I even received a small gift from the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience."
