NEW ORIENT LANDMARK HOTEL deluxe hotel The Landmark Macau has been renamed as New Orient Landmark Hotel by New Orient Group. Renowned for the exceptional personalized services and luxurious comfort, New Orient Landmark Hotel has become one of the best hotel choices in Macau as the official hotel of the 50th Macau Grand Prix Golden Jubilee. The 23-storey hotel building is perfectly located in the city centre (just 10-minute distance away and 20-minute distance away apart from the Macau Ferry Terminal and Macau International Airport) and close to most tourist attractions.

"We loved our stay so much the first night that my child begged to stay another, so we extended our booking. This five-star hotel truly offers a fantastic experience, highly recommended! The Neptunian Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food. It gets quite busy around lunchtime, but hotel guests get a 10% discount, which makes it excellent value for money. Getting to attractions is super convenient; there's a ** nearby that you can just walk to. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau, highly recommended!"

Holiday Inn Macau, the international hotel centrally located in the prime and convenient location, provides its guests with utmost convenience, giving access to most of the business and leisure facilities within the city of Macau. Apart from its prime location, the hotel’s guest rooms, unique restaurants and bar, fitness and spa facilities are designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers.

"I'm quite sensitive to the smell of smoke, and being indoors with it makes me uncomfortable and dizzy. When I checked in, I tried to negotiate for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but they said none were available, so I had no choice but to take the room. When I entered, I was overwhelmed by the smell – the smoky odor was so strong, and I couldn't even open the windows to air it out! That's a huge negative. Later, after contacting Trip.com customer service and speaking with the front desk, they moved me to two non-smoking rooms. Their service attitude was very good, and I also enjoy ice water, so I asked the front desk to send some up, and they sent a generous amount. Very good, very nice!"

"Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel."

"Had a fantastic stay! We were so lucky to have such a wonderful cleaning lady. She was responsible for our room (06928) for all four nights and was incredibly warm and friendly. Knowing we had two kids, she proactively gave us extra water bottles and tissues, just in case we ran out. Her dedication to her job was truly impressive; she would meticulously check each towel for stains before giving it to us. Even when I told her the bathroom didn't need cleaning, she'd spot dirty areas and kindly ask if we'd like her to clean them. I've never encountered such an exceptional cleaning staff member – so diligent and genuinely caring towards guests. I don't know her name, but she made our stay so much better. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, and on the second floor, there's a Yaohan department store and a food court, making it incredibly convenient. Even if we didn't go out, we could easily spend an entire day enjoying the hotel amenities with the kids."

The hotel is conveniently located a short 6km drive from Macau International Airport. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Aomen Yuren Matou-Makeboluo Lutian Square, Monte Fort and Handover Gifts Museum of Macao. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Macau hotel features parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"This stay was truly a more-than-five-star experience! When I booked this hotel, I thought it would be a typical hotel, but to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations after checking in. If I ever come to Macau again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel! **Facilities:** I stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony that offered direct ocean views – the scenery was absolutely stunning! It's really hard to find a hotel with a balcony in Macau. The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub, and there's even a sauna in the changing rooms, so you can fully enjoy yourself even in winter! The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious, making you feel like you're living in a palace, and the facilities all seem well-maintained. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is served at the hotel's Parisian restaurant and is a buffet with a diverse selection. You can also order noodles, sandwiches, and omelets made to order on the spot, and they taste pretty good. What's more, they even offer ice cream for breakfast, which is really special! If you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of 'cha chaan teng' (local diners) and other restaurants just across the road, some even open 24 hours! **Transportation:** The hotel is located right in Fisherman's Wharf, particularly close to Casino Oceanus and Sands, so you can take their shuttle buses from Gongbei Port to get near the hotel. There's also a bus stop not far from the hotel, so transportation is incredibly convenient. If you need a taxi, the hotel concierge can even help you call one. **Service:** The hotel staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent – very warm, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home!"

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities and cleanliness were very good. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it had all the essentials. My only complaint was the à la carte Argentine red shrimp noodles – the shrimp were mushy and powdery, didn't taste fresh at all. We were traveling with a child, and the hotel provided cookies and a blind box for them, which made my child very happy. However, regarding the children's amenities, I'm not sure if it's for environmental reasons, but it felt like the children's rinse cups were reused, as there were obvious water stains at the bottom. I'm okay with reusing items, but shouldn't they be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before being given to guests? Additionally, the hotel staff's attitude was acceptable, though perhaps due to the approaching Chinese New Year and the high number of tourists, they gave off a tired, 'just doing my job' vibe and a superficial politeness. PS: The casino had too many entrances, and we kept getting lost with our child. The staff at the entrance were very rude and shooed us away.

XXiaoxiaoxiaohutuchongOur stay was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau. It was my first time taking the light rail to the airport, and it was such a smooth ride, plus I got to enjoy the dazzling night views of Macau. The hotel's attention to detail is excellent. Everything is controlled by a smart tablet, and you can watch Hollywood blockbusters for free. The mini-bar snacks, drinks, and beer are all complimentary, with only wine and self-heating hot pots being chargeable. Everything was restocked promptly too!

GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

CChichifanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located on the Taipa side, between Taipa and the Macau Peninsula, it offers convenient transportation with a bus stop right downstairs, making it close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself looks luxurious and is easily the most beautiful building in the area. Amazing View: Check-in is on the 38th floor, and my room also faced the Grand Lisboa with a direct sea view. Lounging on the sofa, watching Macau's fishing boats during the day and the colorful lights of the Macau Peninsula at night – it was incredibly relaxing. Hotel Service: The room attendant on the 29th floor, though male, was exceptionally thoughtful. He cleaned the room spotless daily and, noticing my glasses on the table, left a glasses cleaning cloth – a really nice touch. The daily fruit was always fresh and replenished. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The only minor drawback is that because the hotel is above a commercial area, getting around can be a little inconvenient. You need to go down to the 10th floor and then transfer to a different elevator. However, it's just a short detour. Also, the check-in process could be improved; the system was slow and there were many steps. Check-out, on the other hand, was quick. Hopefully, they can make some improvements there. I wish them continued success.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to stay at The Londoner Macao. After booking, I read some negative reviews, and honestly, I was a bit anxious for several hours before checking in and entering my room. I worried about long waits after check-in, strange odors in the room, and poor soundproofing, among other things. However, my experience was completely different. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any odors. The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard; while waiting for the elevator, I saw an auntie tirelessly cleaning rooms and even running to retrieve items on the floor. They clearly want to minimize guest waiting times. It's truly commendable that they're working on the front lines during a holiday when most people are with their families. For those who say the rooms are small, I'd suggest comparing them to hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point. For what you pay at The Londoner Macao, you'd only get an old, super tiny room in Hong Kong. So, the service and facilities at The Londoner Macao are indeed excellent, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on my next trip to Macau!

CChunzhitengThe room was spacious, and the interior facilities were exquisite and well-designed. There were power adapters in the room, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable; the bedding felt even better than the satin in other hotels. The location is excellent; enjoying the sea view from the room or going downstairs for a sea breeze is super relaxing. Transportation is convenient, right next to MGM. You can take MGM's shuttle bus after crossing the border. This trip was a bit rushed, and I didn't have time to fully appreciate everything, but I could still feel the quiet tranquility here, which other hotels often lack due to their entertainment venues (even the lobby scent was much more subtle and elegant than in other hotels and casinos). I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau. I especially want to thank the gentleman who checked us in on the morning of January 28th (I'm so sorry I forgot his name). His service was very thoughtful and detailed. Seeing that we had a child, he proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room and even gave us fruit, juice, and small snacks. The child felt very special and happy and even wrote a thank-you note.

GGuest UserConnected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

JjudieshiI brought my mom to stay at The Parisian Macao. Although the room wasn't huge, it was immaculately clean with sparkling windows. In the afternoon, my mom suddenly experienced numbness and weakness in her hands. We contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly brought a wheelchair to our room, escorted us to a taxi, and took us to the emergency room. They even waived the wheelchair rental fee, which was a great help. Later, we had to change our plans and return to Shanghai earlier than expected. The hotel was very understanding and agreed to refund us for the following night's stay. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely choose to stay at The Parisian again in the future!

GGuest UserStayed here with my child during the Chinese New Year. The room wasn't very big, probably on par with a 4-star hotel in China. There were a lot of families with kids, and I was very pleased with how soundproof the room was – I got a great night's sleep. What I didn't like was the bathroom and shower design; it was way too cramped. The toilet and sink were right next to each other, so if someone was using the toilet, no one else could wash their hands or brush their teeth. The shower door also opened in a very awkward direction, making it extremely tight, and the bathmat was completely useless, so you had to step out barefoot. The location is excellent though, with a Don Quijote supermarket and various eateries right downstairs.

GGuest UserOur family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!
