"Ah, to live and rest in paradise, heaven on earth if you may. I left the St.Regis Marsa Arabia at the Pearl in a better mind frame than when I checked in, because everything, from check in to check out was so meticulously crafted to ensure that you leave feeling like a star. Anus at check in is one of the kindest most helpful people you’ll find. Everyone gives of a warm vibe, from the butler service to the pool attendants, and I wish them all the best because that is one of the best staff groupings I’ve encountered at a hotel. The room is fantastic, overwhelmingly spacious (in a good way) and the views are those that are only rivaled by the silver screen. I WILL BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN 5 🌟"

"It was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up. The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk. The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets. We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day. Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly. Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient. There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha. The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops. MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night. MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The hotel is situated in Lusail. The rooms are incredibly spacious and boast superb views. Breakfast is extensive, and the location offers great convenience for exploring. The spa facilities provide stunning sea views. The night view from the rooftop bar is particularly spectacular."

"Too bad things to go to the hotel to relax then there are maintenance works - the room service man opens the door when I was sleeping - all calls transfer directly to the restaurant - There is no sound insulation between rooms -"

"I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience. First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay. "A Memorable Stay at Waldorf Astoria Lusail This was our first time staying at Waldorf Astoria Lusail, though we’ve also had the pleasure of experiencing the West Bay location, which we equally adore. As a family, we rarely revisit hotels, as we enjoy exploring new places, but when we do, it’s because the hotel holds a special place in our hearts. Waldorf Astoria Lusail is now firmly on that list, and we will definitely return. A Special Celebration Thank you for making my husband’s 50th birthday truly unforgettable. The complimentary cake was delicious and paired perfectly with the festive balloons—it was such a thoughtful touch! Food We thoroughly enjoyed our in-room dining experience. The Norwegian salmon and Omaha beef tenderloin were perfectly prepared, and the soup and dessert were delightful. The pricing was reasonable for the quality. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, providing something for everyone. Room Our room was beautifully designed, featuring a bathtub, balcony, and a cozy side sitting area with tasteful décor. However, I did notice one minor inconvenience—there was no phone on the desk, only one near the bed, which meant I had to walk over to make calls. Staff The staff truly elevated our experience with their outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Elizabeth for delivering the cake, and to Aung, Jul, and Mariam at the Bywater Restaurant for their attentive service. Jason at the pool and Bilmal and Ghem at the concierge area were equally amazing. The team’s warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. A special shoutout to the kind lady who assisted us at the elevator—I wish I’d caught her name! Hotel Amenities We absolutely loved the hotel overall, but the highlight was the pool—it’s easily one of the best we’ve seen for families with children. The temperature-controlled feature was a bonus, and our little boy had an incredible time. The pool is likely the main reason we’ll be coming back, alongside the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Final Thoughts Waldorf Astoria Lusail is a perfect getaway for families, especially those with kids. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit."

"Dell boys were very friendly, Room was impeccable, cleaning staff and butler were impeccable. Location is not great, nothing around, promenade was boring. What ruined our stay was the rude behaviour of front desk staff called Marilu. She needs training in customer service. The interaction was very distasteful and dampened our mood. Pool was only outside, and freezing, nothing to do. There isn’t changing rooms for the pool, nor showers. View from pool was boring too. For the price you pay, it’s just the amenities in room to enjoy, which were great but nothing more. It’s been turned in to a tourist attraction with the afternoon tea etc, so very busy downstairs and not exclusive, like other raffles. Not even a jacuzzi or sauna/steam, but private rooms to enjoy to an hour at an extra cost. Which is fine, if you carried out that exclusive service throughout the hotel. Overall, came excited but left deflated."

"You need to take a car to get in and out. Fortunately, taxis in Doha are not expensive. Because it is close to the art museum I want to visit and it also includes a dinner for two, I chose it. There are not many ”selected” hotels in the world, so it is considered an extra one."

"I like it very much, it's perfect for vacation. It's just a little regretful that I went there alone. I was reading in the yard, and suddenly I looked up and saw a big cruise ship. It was the first time I lived on an island in my life. Perfect experience. The service was also great. WeChat reminded me that the [direct light] at the head of the bed has no on/off button. It is pressed. Just press its [light] with your thumb, and the light will go out."
