"All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect 😍😍😍. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍"

"The hotel itself is quite nice. No major issues. Two small ones, though: location wise is not the best. It is close enough to a metro station, but overall feels somewhat far. Second one is that, in a city where all bars are in hotels, this one doesn’t really have one."

Moreover, the location is a major advantage. "The apartment is big and spacious, enough for more than 4 family members. The facilities are amazing and offer many different choices. There is plenty of fun for both adults and kids. It’s the best choice to keep your kids away from devices. A great place for teens too! Lovely coffee shop. Very good staff members. Needs a deeper clean, especially in the kitchen. You also need to ask for toilet supplies."

"I just randomly picked this hotel and it's so beautiful! It's designed in a very distinct Sudanese style, about an 8-minute walk from the metro station, and only about 10 minutes to Souq Waqif! Getting to the airport is also very convenient, requiring only one transfer and taking less than 40 minutes. The cleanliness is decent too. Just note that the check-in time is quite late, not until after 2 PM. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and go explore."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of MIA, the National Exhibition Center, Mina District, and the metro station. The breakfast is truly fantastic; a good, hearty meal will keep you going until dinner, saving you time for sightseeing. The bed is very comfortable, and there's ample desk space in the room. As for the downsides: the carpets and upholstered sofa chairs looked dirty and old. The room was cold, and coffee and sugar packets weren't replenished promptly enough."

"Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast needs more options. As for the cleaning it is mentioned it is done on a daily basis but we had to request that several times per day so that someone could come and do a very basic cleaning. Only during our fist day they came alone after that it was a tough experience to let them come again. Maybe they were hoping for tips... Anyway usually I give tips by the end of the trip if I am satisfied which wasn't the case."
