The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down.
Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable.
Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach.
Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties.
Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low.
This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

I really like The Cliff. Spacious with lots of trees, beautiful view, standing there will give you a photo. The Terra room is so pretty, worth the money, if you look closely it is a bit old but it does not affect the experience. Service 10 points, all the staff are cute and happy to support customers. Only the breakfast buffet has a few dishes, not as delicious as the review
Will definitely come back ❤️

+ + + the hotel staff is very friendly. This is one of the best aspects of the hotel. The quality of room cleaning is 4 out of 5. In the last two days of our stay, the room was cleaned at around 4 pm, which is not convenient. The hotel grounds are well-groomed, but the water bodies need improvement. The breakfast is normal but without much variation from day to day. You can punish things for chips, but only 2 per day. This is a nice bonus, although it is not very convenient to wash two things at a time and resent someone else's things being washed first. We were on vacation as a family.
- - - the hotel is located in an undeveloped area. The big minus is garbage. As soon as you leave the hotel, garbage is everywhere. The same problem is on the hotel beach. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. I do not plan to return. Thanks to the service staff!

I stumbled and stumbled, my legs hurt badly but I didn't understand what was happening until I saw two water pipes leading up to the bathroom door. This was incomprehensible in a hotel, and a 4-star hotel at that. I moved from a 4-star hotel to this 4-star hotel, just to experience and realize that the reception area and professionalism are worlds apart. This hotel has many group guests so it's quite messy. But that's why the organization is better.
The risk management thinking for guests is very problematic:
1. The bathroom is very small, the middle of the bathroom door is to put two high water pipes. If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it?
2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom?
In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout?
The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards.
The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap...
The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee...
The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel...
With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

The environment is very good, there are two swimming pools, the children's playground and the sand pile are the favorites of children. I stayed in the pool view room, which is also close to the beach, but there was an unpleasant smell in the house, probably because the wood in the house was damp. The breakfast here is very rich, and I am generally satisfied.

Very Good
JJoe and PhươngWow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future
GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
GGuest UserOur stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.
One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable.
The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND.
The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials.
APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We would highly recommend it!
Let me know if you’d like further refinements!
MMinTP-HOMES PHAN THI Ế T: Heaven of travel!
TP-HOMES PHAN THI Ế T is absolutely awesome! The service is the best, the staff are all friendly and warm smiles. The local food is really delicious, especially the seafood is crazy. The scenery overlooking the sea was so beautiful that it was just nice to be bruised all day. Really recommended!
XXiaoPabloAnantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around.
If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms.
Special thanks to the detailed service from Ms. Thao deputy GM, Ms. Dung that took care of our room, Ms Huyen that helped us before arriving and each person from the hotel that always greeted us with a smile and a helping hand.
TTRooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside.
The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp.
Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town.
Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.
MMartin Anthony MiszerakI am ambivalent about this resort. As a matter of fact, my wife and I departed several days before the planned end of our stay. On the plus side, the landscaping and the pool are beautiful, the beach restaurant is very welcoming and serving good food, and the staff are very friendly.
On the down side, the services leave a lot to be desired. There are no excursions organized by the resort. We asked about them and also about a car to take us to Phnom Penh, but no one got back to us. The resort has a decidedly dated look, badly needing an upgrade. The breakfast restaurant is particularly stale. In the end, we are very happy to have departed early. The resort merits not more than 3*.
JJoe GuyThe location was spot on
Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view
The room was nice clean aircon was a bit ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus
Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3
Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment
We would stay again
I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33
I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private
MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
JJohnny197480% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport ”as deposit” - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was ”because of high consumption”. But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.
