"Overall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for Mũi Né, it’s a very good option. However, check-in can take some time, especially if you don’t speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together. The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of Mũi Né, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasn’t a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town. I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered. Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5."

"This is a really great hotel. If you're looking for relaxation and tranquility, this is the place for you. In the mornings, you'll hear birds singing and see squirrels hopping around. In the evenings, geckos scamper about and frogs croak. The grounds are very green and well-maintained. There are plenty of spots to sit, enjoy the sounds of nature, and find your zen. There's no city hustle and bustle or extraneous noise; you can hear the sound of the surf all day long. One of the quiet Sealinks beaches is nearby. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are polite and always ready to help with any request. The rooms are beautiful with large balconies. Housekeeping is also very good."

"The staff, food, beach, pool, and location are excellent. Highly recommend. One issue was the room was a bit small. It was also located within a few meters of the neighboring resort's pool, so it was quite noisy most of the day. Also the shower head was not adjustable, so it just shot straight out from the wall. Overall, we loved our stay here. It is nice to have some beach chairs that are not in the sand. Also, much of the beach East of here has eroded away while this beach is still very nice."

"I recently stayed at a Radisson resort and had mixed feelings about the experience. The staff were genuinely kind, patient, and tried their best to assist us, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the main issue was with the hot water — there wasn’t any when we tried to shower around 7 PM. The team spent almost two hours trying to fix it, but even afterward, the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. For a hotel charging around USD 120 per night, I found this quite disappointing. In addition, several areas of the resort were still under maintenance, which made the overall experience feel below Radisson’s usual standards. While I truly appreciate the staff’s effort and friendliness, the hardware and maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help."

"This is a good hotel on the outskirts of Mui Ne. It has beautiful, well-maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and a wide private beach strip with its own loungers, where we almost always found one available (unlike hotels in Nha Trang, for instance). There's a Russian-speaking staff member at the front desk, and they also offer currency exchange with a decent rate. The breakfasts are quite good, with a wide selection of coffee, fruits, and food in general. The only minor inconvenience for us personally was that we had to take a taxi to the center of Mui Ne because walking meant going directly on the road in some sections (without a sidewalk). However, considering the taxi fare of 25-30k VND, this isn't a serious drawback. If I ever visit Mui Ne again, I'd happily choose this hotel."
