Hotels in Makati Central Business District, Makati

Pros: We booked the Premiere Twin Room and it was so spacious and nice. The beds are too cozy and comfortable too. Complete with towels, brush and blower. Close to the city corporate center. A lot of restaurants near the area. Cons: The breakfast buffet has limited choices and not worth the price. There is also no or limited parking since it is in front of a busy street.  But overall, we had a nice stay.

Love to stay here whenever we have occasion or want some family time. The location is perfect because it close to the restaurants/malls. The room is clean as always and staffs are accommodating

Overall, it was a great two nights. Quiet, safe and comfortable. PRO's: Clean room, with comfortable mattress. Amenities were ok Breakfast was good with a reasonable range of choices available. CON's: Room rates could be a little lower

That's a service residence, but it was like a hotel in a good way! The staff was friendly, their facilities were well maintained, and the room was clean enough. It was my second time to stay there. I definitely come back again!

I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

This time we didn't had a good breakfast. one of the days the food was cold, they forgot to switch on the heating element. Half of the things were not available. The second day, they had a big catering order, so, no attention was paid for the breakfast as most of the staff was busy with the order, that was we have been told by one of the staff. If the guests are getting charge for the service, they would expect to received the full service, no excuse for not providing it.

Had a great stay at this place just like my experience at other Ascott hotels. I thought the room would have a regular sized fridge (as with the room I got in my previous stay) but it had a tiny one. Overall, still a good experience and great value for money. Free breakfast is a nice touch, too.

The hotel is in a good spot, in Makati and the room itself was ok, although there were a few small stains on the bed linen; the main issues were i) I had requested a single king-sized bed but the room was a twin; ii) there was no hot water, which meant cold showers; iii) no room makeup, which meant that my toilet paper was not replenished; iv) curtains did not close all the way, which let in light from the main road outside; v) absolutely dire breakfast options. That all said, staff were friendly and polite.
