Mountain View Hotels in Nice

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity."

"The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby. Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves."

"Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel"
