The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed, whether it was answering questions, their warm attitude made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is also excellent, especially for someone visiting Hangzhou for the first time. Many popular spots are easy to reach, and the area around the hotel feels convenient and safe. It was a great starting point for exploring the city. Overall, my three-night stay was very pleasant. The combination of great service, helpful staff, and a prime location made it a wonderful choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers."

"Even though it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. What really stands out is how clean and quiet it is, ensuring I got a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and always offered a warm greeting. A special mention goes to the hotel's laundry room; the detergent dispenser was spotless! This level of cleanliness really highlighted the hotel's quality compared to others. They contacted me before check-in to confirm my arrival time and thoughtfully had the AC running in my room already. Such a considerate gesture! Service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was wonderfully generous. The location is fantastic – a mere 5-minute walk to the night market, and even closer to West Lake's iconic Broken Bridge. Getting to Hangzhou East Railway Station is incredibly convenient too, with a subway station right at the hotel entrance – just 5 stops, approximately 21 minutes. This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel of my trip. In fact, it was so comfortable that I decided to extend my stay in Hangzhou by an extra day just to enjoy it a bit longer!"

"I arrived quite late at night, but the hotel’s airport shuttle was still available, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. What I liked most is that the hotel provides breakfast, which is a nice bonus. Considering the price, it’s really great value for money. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again next time! ✈️"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was quite good. Plus, there are rooms with automatic washing machines. My washing machine is at the front desk on the 1st floor. Environment: The environment is very nice, quite quiet, and the soundproofing is also good. Service: The service attitude is good, the staff's service attitude is decent."

"Location: The location is superb. The subway and high-speed rail station are conveniently located downstairs. Bus #7 offers a direct route to Lingyin Temple, making trips to West Lake quick and easy. It's just 8 subway stops to Hangzhou East Railway Station, truly incredibly convenient for getting around. Ambiance: Our 26th-floor room provided expansive and comfortable views, free from the typical noise of lower floors. Rooms with windows even offer a partial view of West Lake. Service: The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean and tidy. Facilities: Modern facilities include smart voice-controlled curtains, TV, and air conditioning. The shower had excellent water pressure, and there's a washing machine available. Drawbacks: On the downside, breakfast isn't provided, and there aren't many dining establishments in the immediate vicinity. While the smart features are quite comprehensive, the only thing missing is a smart toilet. Overall: As a first-time visitor to Hangzhou, I initially booked one night but was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay."

"Loved this hotel! The stay was super spacious and clean, and the view from our room was so beautiful, we could see all the green trees around us as well as a temple in the background. The hotel location was really convenient, we could walk it to West Lake as well as shopping centres like in77! Additionally the hotel staff were wonderful (particularly Xiao Jiao), they were really helpful, even helping us to move our luggage when my foot was injured, so sweet! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!"

"The hotel is located in the old town, making it convenient for dining and shopping. There are tourist attractions nearby, a Hema supermarket, and plenty of great food options. The hotel rooms are spacious, located on a high floor, and offer expansive views. The shower had excellent water pressure, but the hot water in the bathtub was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Tangqi Ancient Town in Linping is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a leisurely half-day."

"I saw their store online and really liked the decor; it's very youthful. It's conveniently located right next to the subway line 19 from the airport. Overall, this hostel is quite friendly to girls like us. There's a separate entrance for women, and the men's and women's areas are separated. The women's public restrooms are especially private, and the shower area is well-designed with wet and dry separation. There's also a separate area for drying clothes for women. There are two public areas in the lobby, and the common area is quite large. The owner proactively contacted me to inquire about my stay, which explains why the design is so thoughtful. Since I was going to West Lake, I left my luggage there, which was very convenient. The owner explained that they set aside a room for luggage storage because of the proximity to the scenic area. Thumbs up to the owner! 👍"

"We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owners were very warm and friendly, easy to talk to, and gave exceptional recommendations about what to do in the local area. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with good views from the windows. There was a free washing machine that we used to wash our clothes, which the owners helpfully showed us how to use. Additionally, free tea was offered at all times, as were fresh bottles of water every day. Furthermore, the hotel was within easy walking distance of the West Lake, allowing us to spend every evening walking around the lake and enjoying the scenery. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to all those wishing to stay in Hangzhou. The next time that we visit the city, we certainly will stay here again."
