"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"My first stay at the Atour Hotel Kuqa was beyond my expectations.
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, offering a warm greeting upon arrival. Check-in was quick, and they provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station.
For a city like Kuqa, the rooms are quite clean. The bedside table has wireless charging, and the shower is quite large.
The front desk manager, Mai Wan, enthusiastically introduced the local Populus euphratica forest. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Kuqa!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7 RMB taxi ride from Kuqa Old City Reistan Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers."

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. Breakfast wasn't particularly good. Overall, the room was acceptable."

"The hotel has a good environment, belonging to a garden-style building, the lobby is stylish, the room is spacious, there is a laundry room, there is a gym and a swimming pool! We booked a big bed room and a twin room. The front desk said that we could change two twin rooms for us. We could upgrade the room type. The upgraded twin room was very big!
Here are some minor issues that I hope to improve on:
1. The dining environment is poor. I have been playing the impact drill on the head for two days at breakfast time. I made an opinion on the first day and asked them if they could work after the breakfast time at 10:30. The service staff said that they had already told the leader, but the breakfast impact drill was still the next day...
2. Look at the hotel introduction that there is a charging pile, but the actual charging pile is not powered!
3. The gym swimming pool on the first floor of the ground floor should be outsourced and there are many people! But the hotel housing elevator is shared with the gym, there is no room card permission, and the security is not high!
4. The bathroom and toilet lack hooks, the storage space is small, and the toiletries should be put in~ you can bring the hotel toiletries out!
5. The bathroom overflows, after the shower, the floor outside the bathroom is full of water!"

"The train arrived at 6 am and the front desk sister quickly checked in. The room was very comfortable and warm, there was no smell, the towel bedding in the room was very refreshing, and I immediately slept back to the cage. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room, a dryer, and breakfast is also rich. It is more than 5 yuan from the train station by taxi. The hotel decoration is very new, adding full marks to the experience of Kuqa tourism."

"First of all, it's in a great location, just off Restan Street. Secondly, it's absolutely stunning!!! It's perfect for photoshoots and great photos.
It's very clean and well-equipped. We stayed in a courtyard room, so it wasn't noisy. The air conditioning worked great, as did the smart home. There was plenty of hot water, and the mulberry jam for breakfast was absolutely delicious (๑´ڡ`๑). The guy who helped with our luggage was so handsome and cute, so nice and friendly (｡•̀ᴗ-). Great compliments!"

"Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China."

AAnonymous UserThe uncle security guard, the cleaning aunt and the front desk girl are very good. There was a little episode during the stay, and the staff handled it in a timely manner. The heating on the floor of the room and the air outlet cannot be adjusted. It will be a bit hot when you just come back from the outside. I will consider this hotel next time.

TTianjinshenKuqa Tourism stayed at Home Inn and Atour for two days. The first to ten floors of the same building are Home Inn, and the eleven to seventeen floors are Atour. The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home

Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. Once again, thank you to the security guard who rushed to help me with my bag, and thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service. Thank you for cooking noodles for me at breakfast.

XXi———As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel the sense of luxury. The decoration is simple and elegant, and the spacious and bright lobby reveals the care everywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in very quickly and even upgraded my room. I was so touched.
The room is even better, with spacious space, reasonable layout and great lighting. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are not only complete but also the same brands, making them super safe to use.

WWangxielanchengThe location is very convenient, right in the old city, close to Kuche Grand Mosque, Kuche Palace, and Restan Street, and you can reach them on foot.
It was renovated from an old house. It is very spacious and has all the facilities. The yard is very beautiful and there is a terrace. Whether you sit in the yard or go to the platform to enjoy the breeze, it is very comfortable.
The service staff are also very enthusiastic.
The only regret is that there is a faint damp smell in the room, which is a bit unfriendly for people like me with a very sensitive nose.

was previously a hotel converted into an international youth hostel. We booked a twin-bed room for one night. There is a Uyghur girl who spoke impecable Mandarin with a tad bit of Beijing ascent at the front desk when we arrived. The check-in was speedy. The room was spacious and clean so were the bedding (no foul smell). The uniqueness about this hostel is, it does not provide bath towels and toilet papers. Instead, guests are given one-use towels and a pack of tissue papers which we double up as toilet papers. Initially, I thought the one-use towels (place on a try in the room) were bathing soap because they were in compressed form so I went to ask the Uyghur girl for towls and she told me those are actually compressed one-use towels.
There are restaurants and minimarts next to the hostel and a night food street nearby (approx 200-300m by foot). No a bad choice if you need a layover or a couple of days stay to explore Kuqa.
