"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

However, some in-room facilities felt dated. For instance, the shower hose leaked at its connection, and the bedside power outlet was so loose that plugs wouldn't stay in. Breakfast wasn't particularly good. Overall, the room was acceptable."

"The train arrived at 6 am and the front desk sister quickly checked in. The room was very comfortable and warm, there was no smell, the towel bedding in the room was very refreshing, and I immediately slept back to the cage. "The architecture and layout are very unique, making for stunning photos. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the old street and the ancient Kucha Ferry. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Wangfu Temple is not far away. The room was well-equipped, the furniture was high-quality, and the hotel even has a laundry room. It's a shame I only stayed for one night."

"The hotel is very new as a whole, the service attitude is very good, when the security guards also help to bring the parking space, and there are people to help push the luggage. I drove a large RV. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. If there is no seat, you can park at the back of the hotel. Parking spaces are very convenient. The bathroom floor drain was not drained on the first day of stay. It took less than three minutes to respond to the front desk. There was a service staff to assist in the processing immediately. The efficiency was very high! very good!"

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. "A must-visit hotel if you are driving with a baby! The beds are very comfortable. The two 1.5-meter beds are equivalent to three meters wide when I take my children with me. This is great. No more crowding. The room is large, the table is long, and there are many charging ports. The bedding looks new. The breakfast is delicious, with pasta, about ten dishes, and fruit yogurt bread. The lady at the front desk is very polite, professional and conscientious, and reminds us of various benefits. The security guard is also enthusiastic. The parking lot behind the hotel is very big. It was affordable and included breakfast. I booked a room without hesitation! As a result... the room was really big... the environment was great... the facilities were also good! AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

__WeChat236012****The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7 RMB taxi ride from Kuqa Old City Reistan Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

GGants888The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus.
The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay.

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

We live in room 201, the room is large, two bedrooms, one big bed and one middle bed, the bathroom is large, the rooftop on the second floor is comfortable, and there is a kitchen on the first floor for guests. The price is more cost-effective, suitable for living, it is recommended.

The staff were pleasant and the interior was frequently patrolled by security. The only notable factor for prospective tourists was that the. domestic guests in the male room were quite rough. A lot of inside smoking and loudness.
