"This hotel has an old-fashioned feel, both in its hardware and software. The rooms are indeed dated, but a major plus is their spaciousness. The entire property is expansive, beautifully adorned with pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and gardens. The service, however, is absolutely outstanding, reminiscent of a traditional, well-established five-star hotel – friendly, respectful, and dignified. When we arrived on the evening of October 23rd, our navigation led us to the North Gate. A female employee saw us and proactively escorted us to the lobby, introducing us to the hotel's landscape and facilities along the way. There were always multiple doormen on duty; one would handle luggage, and another would open car doors – a level of service I haven't even seen at Four Seasons properties in China. During check-in, an employee was constantly on standby next to the front desk, ready to take our luggage to the room. I'd say the service surpasses most five-star hotels in China. The breakfast offers a rich variety, leaning towards Chinese cuisine, and the complimentary dinner was also quite distinctive. The travel photography session felt a bit assembly-line, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay."

"Very satisfied, very satisfied! The room was on a high floor with a beautiful view, and the room itself was nice. Being on a high floor, with completely sealed windows, it did feel a bit stuffy at times. We traveled with a baby and they provided a crib and a playpen. One downside of the double bed was that one of the nightstands couldn't be moved, so we couldn't push the beds together. The breakfast was also excellent, and the location was superb – right by the subway station. It's very close to the ancient town and Keyan. Highly recommend!"

"Very satisfied! I'd definitely stay here again next time. I only had less than a day in Shaoxing, so I booked this place. It's in an old neighborhood, very quiet. Even though it's on the roadside, it's only pedestrians passing by, so it's not noisy at all. Everything was great: the pre-check-in communication, the shuttle service, the breakfast pastries and ambiance, and the staff's attitude. The staff weren't overly enthusiastic with us guests, but they were friendly and kept a perfect distance, which made us feel comfortable. I hope they maintain this standard, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends. It was excellent! Thank you."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. Within walking distance or a short taxi ride, you can find restaurants complex/shopping malls. Its also fairly close to major tourist attractions.
Our room is very comfortable and spacious. What made our stay exceptionally pleasant is the staff here. Overall staff are very helpful, but our highlight is a staff called miss Dai. Our trip to the city of Shao Xing was rather a last minute one, so we didn't really know of the things are. Miss Dai, from the breakfast area, was very helpful when we asked her for advice. We were very happy with her recommendation."

"The most surprising discovery of this trip to Shaoxing is this treasure hotel! The location is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the fireworks alleys of Cangqiaozhi Street. You can walk into Lu Xun's hometown to feel the humanistic atmosphere around the corner. The food and shopping of Jindi Yintai City are also close at hand. You don't have to worry about transportation at all. As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be amazed by the Jiangnan charm of the courtyard. The white walls and black tiles are dotted with greenery, and there are photo-taking spots everywhere in the garden! The most thoughtful thing is that there is a free Hanfu experience here. The boss lady personally helped me choose and match, and patiently taught me to wear accessories with my hair in a bun. I put on Hanfu and strolled in the courtyard, and instantly became a Jiangnan beauty~ The boss lady really did the service to the extreme! From the front desk reception to the departure, the whole process was warm and thoughtful. Not only did she actively recommend the locals' private food routes, but she also thoughtfully prepared mosquito repellent and hand-painted maps. The room is warm and elegant, and the details are full of care. Going back to the hotel every day is as warm as going home. "Pros: Great location, with buses and subways nearby, allowing you to take the bus to most tourist attractions. The shower area has a nicely designed clothes rack, meeting most of our requirements. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas.
Cons: 1. Noise: Since it's right next to the city square, the sounds of karaoke (which gets better after 10 PM) are incessant. The drain pipes are clearly not soundproofed; I could often hear the loud sound of falling water, coming from nowhere, above, below, or to the left. It felt like it was being drained right next to me (the sound was even clearer in the early morning, as anyone with a light sleep will understand). 2. Cleanliness: Everything else was fine, but there were a lot of small flies in the shower, and the drain wasn't cleaned properly. 3. Lighting: See Figures 7 and 8 for details. The mirror light was very bright, allowing you to see the room's layout clearly even without turning on the lights. The toilet was a popular automatic toilet, and the light was also very bright. Fortunately, the light didn't shine onto the bed, so I didn't have to turn on the light when I got up at night. 4. The parking lot is a bit far, and the hotel rents it from someone else. Fortunately, it's underground, so you don't have to expose your car to the sun on hot days.
Other issues: The air conditioner was quite cold, but the control panel sometimes didn't work. The sink easily accumulated water. The elevator didn't require a card."

A slight disappointment was the absence of a bathtub in the room, and unfortunately, I couldn't make use of the spacious balcony due to the rain, which was a pity. The afternoon tea was excellent. The staff also enthusiastically showed me around the hotel's public areas, demonstrating genuine warmth. My only minor feedback is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. It reminded me a bit of Atour hotels, but the service and overall quality of offerings were excellent."

"I chose this hotel to explain that I chose the right one. The price is very high. First of all, it is a new store for 25 years. It has a very spacious parking lot. There is a charging pile for the tram friendly. It is close to the attraction. It is about 10 minutes walk from the hometown of Shusheng. The ancient city wall is very next to it. You can make a beautiful film in the hotel. The room is comfortable and the quilt is soft and comfortable. The hair dryer is good and high-quality. Even the slippers are so good. "The satisfaction was beyond our expectations. After communicating our needs, the hotel upgraded us to a theme suite when there were no rooms that met our needs due to the full occupancy. We spent a pleasant two-day trip to Shaoxing in a quiet and comfortable manner.
It is a short walk to the tourist attraction Lu Xun's hometown, and then you can go directly to Chen Garden. It is convenient to eat and play around. Our first choice is to eat buffet in the hotel, which has more choices.
The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is enthusiastic. Come to Shaoxing, stay in Xianheng and have fun!"

I am very satisfied with this trip as a whole!
First of all, the room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a tatami tea room, a large balcony, a bathtub, a foot bath bucket, a shower room, a smart toilet, a Dyson hair dryer, etc. Welcome fruits are specially prepared, and hygiene is also very important. There are disposable bath bags and disposable toilet mats for bathing. There are steam eye masks on the bedside table that can be used. This is the first time I have seen a hotel provide 1.5L×2 bottles of mineral water, which is very considerate overall!
The room faces east, and you can see the sunrise in the room in the morning, and you can see the sunset when you come to the top of the mountain in the evening. The hotel also has many entertainment facilities, including KTV, swimming pools, hot springs, chess and card rooms, fishing, and picking.
The daily breakfast is also very rich, with three choices of staple food + nutritious meals. If you need to order lunch and dinner, you need to book one day in advance. The dishes are all grown by the hotel, super fresh and delicious!
Bringing a dog to stay here requires an additional 200 yuan pet cleaning fee. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will receive a dog check-in gift package, which contains a urine pad, toys, and wet wipes. The kitchen will also prepare fresh food for the dog every day. The service is really good!
I especially like the housekeeper Xiao Luo. The service is very good, the reply to the message is very timely, and the shuttle bus will take us back and forth between the lobby and the tree house every day.
On the day of leaving the hotel, I also received a large bag of souvenirs prepared by the hotel, which are all home-grown vegetables~
I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will come again when I have time next time!

MM294207****Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and relatively new. My room didn't have a fridge. A plus is that you can log in directly to watch anything on the TV box, and the internet speed is good.
Cleanliness: Generally quite clean; even the corners were taken care of.
Environment: The location is decent. It's near Cangqiao Old Street, close to Lu Xun's former residence and next to Xu Wei's former residence. It feels like it's in the middle of all the popular attractions. The distance is probably between 1-3 kilometers. If the weather were cooler, you could easily walk, but it's been too hot during my stay, except for Cangqiao Old Street which is very close. I really love the room; it seems like an old house? It's a Chinese-style room with exposed beams and pillars. Lying in bed looking at the high beams, I think it's beautiful and doesn't feel oppressive.
Service: Pretty good; quick responses on WeChat.
Shaoxing snacks: They even gave me a coupon for stinky tofu from a shop at Lu Xun's former residence, which was authentic. When I went, the sister there also gave me fennel beans.

YYuemanxilou520When we came to Shaoxing, I suggested staying at an Atour hotel, but my wife wanted something more upscale, so we booked the Tianma Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us with the check-in process every step of the way. They even thoughtfully asked if we needed Wi-Fi. It's definitely a step above an economy hotel like Atour. The breakfast was plentiful, and while our older child exceeded the height limit and cost an extra 88 RMB per person, the food was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserStaying in Shaoxing has been an absolute dream—especially at Floriette·Time Inn! Waking up and drawing the curtains felt like stepping into a Jiangnan watertown straight out of a Chinese textbook. Stone bridges arched over crystal-clear canals, while black-canopied boats drifted lazily past my window. The boatman even waved and greeted me with a grin!
After a night of growling hunger, I rushed downstairs for a bowl of *Ciwu hand-pulled noodles*. Oh. My. Goodness. The chewy noodles had this perfect springy texture, and the broth was so rich it felt like my taste buds were doing backflips! I slurped up every last drop, instantly revived. No wonder—the owner said the noodles are hand-slapped by master artisans!
But the real MVP was the innkeeper—a walking Shaoxing travel encyclopedia! Over afternoon tea in the lobby, he’d mark up maps like a strategist: *”This pavilion in Shen Garden is where Lu You mourned Tang Wan—perfect for photos!”* *”The stinky tofu stall near Eight Characters Bridge? Third alley, blue awning.”* *”Bring a jacket for evening boat rides—canals get chilly.”* He even shared where to find the cheapest *huangjiu* (yellow wine) ice cream bars! It felt like staying with your most thoughtful relative—the kind of hospitality that deserves all the stars. This place redefined what I call ”those little moments of joy that make traveling so special.” Five stars? More like a whole constellation!

ZZHujiujieYesterday, I visited Keqiao, Shaoxing, and stayed at the Atour Hotel Keqiao. The overall experience was simply incredible! The front desk staff were exceptionally good – not only enthusiastic and professional, but they also helped me check in early. Their hospitality was so incredibly warm and thoughtful, it almost made me feel 'overheated' with gratitude, even on such a hot day! The room was spacious and bright, well-designed, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The hotel's location is truly superb; just a few minutes' walk takes you to the beautiful Guazhu Lake. In the morning, a stroll along the lakeside offers fresh air and stunning sunrise views; in the evening, watching the sunset cast its glow on the water creates another romantic scene. Shopping nearby is also very convenient, with Pearl Plaza and Wanda Plaza just a stone's throw away. Atour Hotel Keqiao, Shaoxing, is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserCleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My checkout was originally at 12 p.m., but since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., I asked at the reception if I could stay in my room until 2 p.m. It was no problem at all. Afterwards, I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby.
After a few hours of exploring the city, I came back to the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance, there was complimentary coffee and tea for guests, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee there. I stayed at the hotel until around 6 p.m. and felt very comfortable the entire time.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was quite large, but it was mostly local-style food. It would be great if there were more Western or international options for guests. There is a beautiful lake near the hotel.
Overall, my stay was very pleasant – a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay in the morning and evening for a cup of coffee, a cup of tea at night to sleep, very close to the high-speed rail, clean, high floor, great, worth staying

While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.
