"My stay this time was absolutely terrible! I was in Building 6, an odd-numbered room, and here are the main issues: 1. My room faced the outdoor plaza, and there was an open-air karaoke every night. It was incredibly loud, even with the windows closed and curtains drawn! I called the front desk, and someone responded very quickly. They explained that it's like this every day and there's nothing they can do, but if it goes past 9 PM, they'll call the police. Well, it was still going past 9 PM! I called the front desk again, and they finally said security had gone to disperse them. I checked the time, and the outdoor plaza karaoke finally stopped at 9:42 PM!!! 2. A large family was staying in the room directly opposite mine. They chatted with their door open in the evenings and mornings, and the room's soundproofing is terrible! Plus, that family was smoking in their room, and the smoke drifted into our room through the door crack! I complained to the front desk again, and they responded that, according to regulations, smoking isn't allowed in the hotel, but if guests insist on smoking, there's nothing they can do. They said they'd send someone to dissuade them. For a star-rated hotel and guesthouse, guests smoking in their rooms is just... awful!!! 3. At 6:30 AM, people started making noise and renovating outside my window. It was incredibly loud! I was woken up by it!!! Renovation started at 6:30 AM in the morning!!! As for other issues like the TV initially having no signal (staff came twice to fix it) and the hard mattress causing back pain, and the hotel amenities being subpar, I'll overlook those. The three points above summarize it: nightly plaza karaoke, early morning renovations, and no smoking ban in the guest rooms! I really don't recommend this place at all; I'm very dissatisfied! To be fair, the staff's attitude was very good, and their response time was quick. The hotel environment is also quite nice. But it was genuinely noisy! And the smoking issue! I've stayed in many state guesthouses, and I've never encountered anything like this. A terrible experience."

"The room was a bit small, that's the only downside! Everything else was fantastic. The breakfast was great, and they even offered complimentary late-night snacks. The cleanliness and bedding were super comfortable. The security guard at the entrance and the front desk staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, a much better experience than what I've had in Hangzhou! Plus, the hotel even has a QR code for feedback – the owner truly seems dedicated to their business!"

"The hotel's location is great, right by the river with a small platform perfect for photos. The courtyard is spacious, and the magnolia blossoms were beautiful – you could take great pictures anywhere. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the smart controls are very convenient. The hygiene was also quite good, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"

"I brought my family to stay at the Wyndham Keqiao in Shaoxing, and overall we were very satisfied. The hotel is located right by Guaqiaohu Lake, offering a quiet and beautiful environment. The room was clean, spacious, and had excellent natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, making our stay very relaxing. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and check-in was very quick. The transportation is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended for family trips!"

"This was my first time visiting the Shaoxing Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel, and I checked in with great curiosity. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and polite service of the ladies at the front desk. Check-in was quick, and they provided detailed information about all the hotel's facilities and services, patiently answering all my questions. During my stay, the customer service staff proactively inquired about my experience and needs, showing thoughtful attention that made me feel incredibly warm and comfortable. The hotel itself is a renovated ancient village, featuring small bridges over flowing water, a theater stage, long corridors, stone-paved streets, ancient trees and lush grass, and ancestral halls and courtyards... It perfectly preserves the traces of time, effortlessly evoking a sense of nostalgia and admiration. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The dining at Yujia Courtyard within the hotel was also remarkable. Basically, you can comfortably stay for several days without needing to leave the premises, enjoying the peaceful and beautiful life of a secluded paradise. I feel like I'll definitely be back!"

"When checking in, the front desk staff, Xiao Ge and Wen Qing, were incredibly polite and patient. They kindly informed us about the hotel's facilities and their locations. The check-in process was very quick; we got our room card with hardly any wait. The room was more spacious than expected, spotlessly clean, with no dust on the surfaces or floor. The bedding felt soft and had no strange odors. The bathroom had a convenient wet and dry separation, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive. Hot water was plentiful, and the water temperature remained stable during showers, so there was no long wait for it to heat up."

"Shaoxing city walk treasure homestay! Who lives and who boasts Who knows the family! Come to Shaoxing to play and dig a treasure! The location of this homestay is really outrageous! Cangqiao Straight Street and Lu Xun's hometown are five minutes walk away, and there is no need to squeeze the bus to catch the subway. I stayed for two nights and slept until I woke up naturally every day. I strolled to the attractions. The ink fragrance of the book's hometown, the simplicity of the eight-character bridge, and the fireworks of the west path are all measured by feet. This slow feeling is the meaning of travel! I was worried that the room facing the street would be noisy, but it was too quiet at night. I slept super solid for two nights. The next day, I was full of blood and resurrected and then went shopping! Really Amway to all college students who like city walk! Budget friendly, great location, close your eyes and rush it's over"

"Visited Shaoxing for New Year's Day and stayed at the Shimao Crown Hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of Shaoxing's CBD, right by Diliang Lake. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient. It's consistently excellent, always clean and hygienic. The lady at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and her service made me feel so refreshed, like a warm current in the cold winter – I almost didn't want to leave. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing."

"The hotel service was excellent overall, but I found the bed too soft. I communicated this to the front desk, and they promptly resolved the issue. The service for the drunken crab and fragrant pastries was also great; any problems were addressed immediately. It really made me feel at home. I absolutely love this hotel and would like to stay here again next time I visit Shaoxing. I'll even bring a few bottles of water!"
