"This stay, including the food, was incredibly satisfying! The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it had all the necessary amenities, offering great value for money. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I missed lunch, but I did enjoy the afternoon tea. There was a wide variety of drinks, cold beverages, roasted sweet potatoes, and snacks, all available for free, which was a huge plus. The customer service ladies were all very kind and their service was attentive and enthusiastic. I definitely have to come back! "Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the pool is spacious, and the tennis courts and gym are also excellent. The Executive Lounge offers an unbeatable river view, and the lounge manager is very nice. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and hygiene control is very well-maintained. Environment: Wenzhou is just too hot, otherwise everything else is great. The views from the windows are beautiful. Service: The manager at Shang Palace provides very thoughtful and professional service. The Director of Housekeeping and the Front Office Manager are very dedicated, working themselves during holidays and personally attending to guests. The room attendants remember guests' preferences for water and prepare plenty of bottled water in advance. "The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of a shopping district, making dining and shopping very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had strong water pressure and instant hot water. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended! Five stars!"

"Wenzhou was a city I'd never visited before. After browsing many hotels online, mainly around Wuma Street, I finally settled on Wenzhou International Hotel. My reasons were twofold: first, its proximity to Wuma Street and its central downtown location; second, the price met my requirements and the breakfast was excellent. It took just over 20 minutes by taxi from Wenzhou South Station to reach the hotel. Upon check-in, I requested a high floor, and the hotel assigned me to the 21st floor. From my window, I had a panoramic view of Wenzhou's old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were warm and attentive. Getting to attractions like Jiangxinyu Island from the hotel was convenient by taxi, and Wuma Street was only about 100 meters away. After checking out, I went for lunch and the luggage storage process at the front desk was straightforward. Jiangxinyu Island is definitely worth visiting; I even did a watercolor sketch there as a souvenir."

"The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic! Out of all the hotels we've stayed at since we started our trip in Guangdong, this was definitely the best one. We even extended our stay for another night! They also gave us complimentary fruit and biscuits, and on both days of our stay, they even brought us sweet soup! It was delicious."

"Located by the Oujiang River, near the Jiangxinyu Island ferry terminal. From the moment I stepped out of the car, a delightful aroma filled the air. The lobby offered floral tea, and there was a bellhop to assist with luggage. The river view room overlooked the Oujiang River. The room size was just right, the soft drinks in the fridge were complimentary, and the bathroom amenities were neatly arranged with soft lighting. There were plenty of charging outlets. The room provided bathrobes, an iron, comfortable slippers, and quality toiletries. There's a window in the room for ventilation. Breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options with local specialties like glutinous rice, pork offal noodles, fish balls, lard cakes, and lamp-shaped cakes. The coffee even came with a to-go cup, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were warm and responsive."

"This hotel truly excels in both its facilities and service! The location is excellent, not far from the high-speed train station, and close to dining options and attractions. As soon as we entered the building, a staff member at the ground floor counter proactively asked if we were hotel guests and directed us to the elevators for the lobby. The front desk staff were quick-thinking, clear-headed, and highly professional. Upon noticing a child was checking in, they promptly notified housekeeping to prepare a children's toothbrush and slippers. When we took the elevator from the 35th-floor lobby to our floor, we encountered a housekeeping staff member in the hallway. They proactively asked if we were guests of a specific room, and upon confirmation, informed us that the children's toothbrush and slippers had already been placed in the room. This speed of service is rarely seen even in today's five-star hotels and was truly impressive. After we checked out, we left two items of clothing in the room that we intended to discard. The hotel called us that same afternoon to inquire if they were forgotten items and if we needed them shipped back. After we confirmed they could be thrown away, a different staff member called the next day for a second confirmation before disposal. Such rigorous attention to detail is commendable. It could have been a perfect five-star rating, but I'm deducting points for an unpleasant experience during breakfast. The scrambled eggs I ordered were taken by another guest. They could check the restaurant's surveillance footage to see what happened. Leaving aside the unprofessionalism of not remembering which guest ordered what, a basic apology for a work error should be immediate, right? But the staff member at the egg station showed no apology and told me to wait another three minutes. I asked for their name three times, but they completely ignored me. I then reported it to the restaurant manager. After understanding the situation, the manager brought the staff member over to apologize and explained that they were an intern still getting familiar with their duties. This incident, early in the morning, really dampened our vacation mood. I hope they can strengthen relevant training in the future, so one intern doesn't negatively impact the hard-earned good reputation of the entire hotel team."

"Getting here from the high-speed train station was super convenient, only a 10-minute ride. The front desk staff, Xiao Yuan, had an excellent attitude. The hotel breakfast was also good, and they even upgraded my room type. It was a great stay overall!"
