"Overall service was excellent. Only thing they should get improved is that the hotel front desk should let guest who booked executive club room know the free afternoon tea must be pre-reserved. I stayed there 3 nights, on the 2nd day afternoon I went to their cafeteria for afternoon tea, I was told I can only have coffee or tea but no cake or other bakery dessert because I didn’t call them made reservation on previous day. When I checked in, no one told me you must contact cafeteria first that you will go for afternoon tea tomorrow. This afternoon tea rule doesn’t make sense."

"This ***** New Year, I brought my family to Wenzhou for a few days and chose to stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Wenzhou South Station.
True to the reviews, the hotel is clean, and the staff are warm and provide excellent service. Breakfast was plentiful, and everyone dined in an orderly fashion. The hotel offers great privacy; it felt like there weren't many people around, but it was actually fully booked.
I must give a special mention: without prior notice, it was my son's birthday during our stay, and the hotel prepared a special gift and a fruit platter. It was a wonderful surprise!
Overall, this stay deserves a five-star rating. It allowed my family to enjoy a pleasant Spring Festival holiday in Wenzhou."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, mainly thanks to the incredible staff. They were truly amazing and extremely helpful. I had several issues with some orders I made, and they patiently helped me resolve every single one of them. I also had problems with my luggage, and they even assisted me in ordering a new one, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’m genuinely grateful for all the support I received and would definitely recommend this hotel."

The rooms are well-equipped, though, due to its old town location, they aren't particularly spacious. However, there's a massage chair! They also offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and complimentary fruit, which is a thoughtful touch. What really stood out was the incredible service. Upon arrival, staff helped with luggage and escorted me to my room. When checking out, as I was waiting for a taxi, the staff member even helped me with my suitcase all the way to the curb and offered to load it into the car. As a man, I felt a bit embarrassed to trouble her so much! After many thanks, I quickly loaded the suitcase myself. A huge thank you to the staff!"

"This was a really great experience! Initially, I was a bit apprehensive because I saw some online reviews mentioning the hotel facilities were old. But once I arrived, I didn't find anything old at all. Perhaps it's not super modern, but overall, it's quite grand. The staff and employees were extremely professional; they were always happy to provide excellent service whenever we asked.
Of course, I can't say the hotel is absolutely perfect, which is why I gave the facilities 4.5 stars – to leave some room for improvement.
The only minor suggestion I have is for the hotel to consider the needs of female guests regarding toiletries. For example, a softer toothbrush head and adding a comb for styling hair would be great additions.
Overall impression: Super satisfied, I'd be very happy to be a repeat customer!

"Hanting Hotel is an old brand. I often live in Hanting Hotel. This time I live in Hanting. It is a new hotel. After arriving at the hotel, because it is booked in advance, it is very convenient to check in directly with my ID card. If there is no help from the front desk lady, the hotel room is spacious and bright.
The facilities are complete, the degree of intelligence is very good, the electric curtains, the smart toilet is very good, here to say more, the smart toilet is a good thing, but I think it is still not good, because it does not meet the principle of saving, water and electricity, the parking lot in the hotel is relatively large, you can park a lot of cars, Breakfast is quite rich, in short, very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to come again, still live in Hanting."

"After staying at Dongtou B&B, I couldn't help but sigh that it is worthy of the heritage of the old hotel. There was no price increase during the May Day holiday. It opened in 1998 and was renovated in 2019. The hotel is clean, bright and has no odor. You can scan the code and ride a bike to Xunshan Park and Nantang Tourist Area.
A few friends went out together. The three rooms they booked for us were all lined up. I took a nap and found three bottles of drinks hanging on the door.
The breakfast was very rich, and we didn't feel hungry for lunch. Crazy city
I will stay here next time."

"I travelled at the start of the Spring Festival so I stayed in this hotel to have a peace of mind of not being late since it is so close to the airport and they also provide a shuttle service... But if you have many luggages be prepared to carry it on your own because the driver won't help you lol. It is also surprising that it's quiet despite it's vicinity within the airport."

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped. The bathroom had a heated towel rail, which dried towels overnight, and there were phone charging cables available. A massage chair was a nice touch, and the cleanliness was impressive, with disposable toilet seat covers provided. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and we received complimentary fruit delivered to our room, along with roasted sweet potatoes and some free snacks. Although our window overlooked a street, it became very quiet after 10 PM, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. The only minor issue was an occasional sound from a manhole cover when cars drove over it. The location was super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Wenzhou.

SShanmaI found this hotel with great reviews on Trip.com and drove straight here. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully assigned us a butler, Xiao Meng. She entered our car number into the system, making it easy for us to enter and exit, which was very convenient. She also gave us a detailed overview of all the room's amenities, which was a nice touch. The hotel facilities are excellent, both the hardware and software are top-notch, and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The swimming pool, in particular, has clean, clear water, perfect for a workout. It's truly a standard five-star hotel 🏨. I was in such a rush when I left that I forgot my facial cleanser and swim goggle case. Xiao Meng, our butler, was incredibly kind and sent them by Shunfeng Express to my next hotel 🏨. I'm so grateful! 😊😊 Excellent staff, excellent hotel – very satisfied! 👍👍 They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! 🎁

JJinnie S.Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

I came to Wenzhou for eye surgery and saw this was a newly opened hotel, so I stayed for 2 nights. The experience was so good, I just had to leave a review.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic: it's super close to Jingguang Pagoda and Songtai Park, and also Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old city. You can even see the pagoda from your window, which really sets the mood!
The room is very comfortable: newly renovated with a modern style, clean and tidy. The bedding is soft, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the smart toilet is very convenient to use.
Attention to detail is a bonus: the room comes with a tea set, and it's so pleasant to brew a pot of tea in the evening while enjoying the mountain view. The overall experience was superb.
Special shout-out to: The hotel's front desk staff, both the young men and women, who reminded me to watch my step every time I entered or left. Also, the housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic whenever I saw them. The service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. 👍👍
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou.

GGuest UserGreat location, at 20-30 min drive to almost any part of the city. 5 min walk to a shopping center. Impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. Great laundry service. All personnel is very friendly.
Breakfast could have been better, as the food is only Chinese. All 4 days I ate boiled eggs and yoghurt for breakfast. I told the manager that I’m a foreigner, I don’t eat pork and that their kitchen doesn’t know how to make an omelette, also that they could have had more western breakfast options. The reply was that they only make Chinese food and not all foreigners don’t eat pork…. For the information of the hotel management, it is normal to consider Halal food options for visitors, so that they feel welcomed during their stay.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room features smart controls for lighting, TV, curtains, and even the toilet, which is excellent and modern. The decor style is also exactly to my taste. Unfortunately, all the family rooms are on the second floor, and the soundproofing in the surrounding rooms isn't great.
Cleanliness: The room was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
Service: I especially want to commend the cleaning staff; they were very friendly and always willing to help. The front desk offers complimentary ice cream, freshly ground coffee, tea, and roasted sweet potatoes. On the 9th floor, there are free washing machines and dryers.
Breakfast: It's a typical Chinese breakfast, with all the usual offerings – solid and satisfactory.

AAnonymous UserThis trip was with my parents. The hotel parking was convenient. The executive mahjong room was larger than I expected and included complimentary drinks. There's a clothing wholesale market across the street, perfect for those who enjoy shopping. The hotel facilities and mattresses were quite good. The only downside was that our room was on the 10th floor, above the restaurant. Around 12:30 AM, people were still dragging chairs upstairs, and the street was right below. The soundproofing from the windows was also mediocre; those sensitive to noise should consider this!

The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective.
Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note.
The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke
However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles:
1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations.
2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms.
In summary:
I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.
