"This was my first time visiting Wenzhou, and after seeing all the excellent reviews, I chose this hotel. When I checked in, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage. From the moment I entered the hotel, my hands were free! A friendly lady offered me hot tea and delicious roasted sweet potatoes 🍠 – they were super tasty! As soon as I arrived, I could smell the sweet potatoes. The lady also mentioned that all the snacks, drinks, and ice cream 🍦 at the front desk were complimentary. I immediately enjoyed some treats upon arrival. I arrived quite early and even caught the afternoon tea ☕️, which included freshly ground coffee and fruit 🍉. After check-in, the lady escorted me to my room, explaining everything in detail along the way, which was very thoughtful. She had even turned on the air conditioning in my room beforehand, so it was wonderfully cool when I entered – truly a thoughtful touch! The room was also very clean and even had a massage chair 💆. Once I sat in it, I didn't want to get up. The hotel's location is excellent as well. It's a short five-minute walk to Wuma Street, and Jiangxin Islet is also very close, making it convenient for taxis. When you leave the hotel, they thoughtfully provide iced water, so you don't even need to buy water outside – I love it! 😍 The hotel breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options, all buffet-style. They even had Wenzhou's specialty sticky rice and fish cakes. The sticky rice was even better than what you can buy outside, and they had a well-stocked salad bar 🥗. After eating, I didn't even feel like having lunch. Checking out was hard to do. My car was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and the hotel's check-out time was 2:00 PM, which was fantastic! I didn't have to check out early and suffer in the heat outside. My stay was excellent, and choosing this hotel in Wenzhou was definitely a great decision. The value for money is superb, and I'll definitely come back next time!"

"I booked a tatami room, so I'll only comment on this room type; I'm not familiar with the others. Overall, it was quite good. Although it's in the city center, the room faces the interior of the complex, making it very quiet, and I slept well. The bathroom was also quite clean. However, the tatami itself wasn't very clean; the bedding had fallen off the tatami mats, making it very dirty to walk on, and the floor, bedside tables, and TV were all covered in dust. The room lacked usable space; there was nowhere to put things. The table was too small, and there weren't enough power outlets, making even boiling water a problem. I had to use a small stool to elevate myself, which was barely usable, but unsafe as it could easily tip over and cause burns. I recommend adding a table."

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby, allowing you to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Wenzhou right outside your door. Both the facilities and the service were impeccable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wenzhou! "My overall experience at Wenzhou Yongtang Garden Hotel was absolutely perfect this time. The hotel's design and ambiance are top-notch, from the floral arrangements in the lobby and the faux fireplace to the exquisite and tasteful soft furnishings in the artsy restaurant. Every corner of the hotel is picture-perfect. The location is superb, very close to Wuma Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively guided me through check-in, patiently and courteously explained the floor amenities, breakfast times, and convenient facilities, answering all my questions. I even met the hotel owner, who was also very humble and polite, treating everyone with warmth and enthusiasm, showing genuine care in every detail. The room hygiene was impeccable. There was no odd smell inside, the bedding was clean and flat, and the desk, mirror cabinet, and TV corners were wiped spotless. Toiletries were replenished generously. The room is designed for a healing sleep experience, with a soft mattress and excellent soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed rest. "One of the best hotel i've ever stayed at. What i like: - Good location. Just an alley away from the Wuma street, plenty of food nearby, plenty of shopping spots. Close to everything. - The smart room. it really lives up to the name, everything in the room is well thought out. plenty of outlets, plenty of storage space, the smart bidet, the vanity is well designed. The room is not big but it doesn't feel crammed. The TV is huge. And the best part is the massage chair! - Quietness. At first i was worried because the hotel is on the street, but you can choose room that is not facing the street. I was worried it's gonna be uncomfortable not having a window, but they design it cleverly. They create an indoor corridor with fluorescence light so that you can feel like facing outward and not totally jammed in the room. For someone who prioritises quietness, I really like this part. - Breakfast and snacks. The breakfast line is more than sufficient, there are so many things to eat, fresh noodle, fruits, yogurt, steamed buns and so on. And throughout the day there're free snacks in the common area like ice cream, sweet potato and snack bags. These details really make the stay more pleasant. They even served fruits to your room daily if you didn't pick it up at the front. - The staff. They are really hospitable, for this small hotel, i didn't expect much but they have great service. From checking in, a staff walked you to the room and explain everything. They greeted us every time we go in and out. - Facilities. There's even a small gym in the hotel. Free water bottles. And a computer you can use. Overall, there's nothing i can complain about this hotel. If i ever go to Wenzhou again, i will definitely stay here."

"This hotel deserves full marks in every aspect. The butler contacted me in advance and arranged everything I needed, which was incredibly reassuring. I didn't have to worry about a single thing regarding my stay. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were all quite good-looking too! The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment, including Impressions City, museums, and science and technology museums nearby. You can hail a taxi directly to the lobby, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. During the May Day holiday, the hotel even had activities that kids loved, like blind box unboxing, fan making, and making traditional Chinese medicine sachets – we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Wenzhou's local snacks, allowing us to try all the popular local delicacies in one go, and the taste was fantastic. The dishes at the Seasons Pavilion Chinese Restaurant were also excellent; I personally think they're better than most restaurants found in integrated shopping complexes. "We stayed at Taiyi International Hotel in Wenzhou for two nights in December 2025. It is a good hotel located in a very nice area, close to Wenzhou University. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding and textiles are of good quality. The hotel felt warm and dry, which was especially important during winter. The only downside was the price for the second night, which was almost twice the usual rate due to a large number of postgraduate students arriving for exam sessions. This slightly affected the value for money perception. Otherwise, everything was fine, and our stay was pleasant."

10 out of 5 stars! A very clean, modern and well-equipped accommodation that can rival other hotels in the same price range. First of all, the place is extremely clean with beautiful traditional Chinese wood interiors and furniture. Each room has its own theme with a specific type of wood used as its furnishings. But the big surprise is that the bath is equipped with a smart toilet! This alone beats so many other hotels and already earns itself plus points. The bathroom door, shower and lavatory cabinet are made of stainless material. All very clean and well maintained. There are many restaurants serving Chinese food within the vicinity, with a lot of them also selling tea and raw honey. If you need to drink coffee, you'll have to walk to the cafe situated in the parking lot/bus stop that is around 3 minutes away. Dalongqiu entrance is a minute walk away which is extremely convenient. Hotel service is excellent. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to go back.

We drove to Wencheng, a renowned destination that was new to me – Liu Bowen's hometown and home to the famous Baizhangji scenic area. The host was already waiting for our arrival. Despite the drizzling rain, they helped with our luggage, carefully guided us, and even assisted with charging our car. This incredible hospitality instantly made the unfamiliar mountain depths feel wonderfully warm and inviting, just like home! Bluestone steps led us to a starlit courtyard. The moment we pushed open the wooden gate, a striking fusion of ancient village tranquility and modern pastoral elegance greeted our eyes! We didn't even have time to admire the night sky before stepping into our room. It was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, featuring a large desk by the window – perfect for brewing tea, painting, or simply letting inspiration flow. The host had thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning beforehand, ensuring a comfortable check-in experience. We quickly drifted off into a deep sleep on the plush, soft bed, enveloped by the fresh, invigorating mountain air, eagerly anticipating the next day's adventures! First thing in the morning, our host delivered coffee and a sumptuous breakfast directly to our room. Framed by the floor-to-ceiling window, the ethereal mountain mist and morning fog seemed to effortlessly steal into my heart, while filtered sunlight dancing through the bamboo blinds gracefully illuminated the washbasin. Baizhangji is just a short drive away! The area also boasts bustling souvenir photo shops and a vibrant snack street. After a day of hiking and sightseeing, the best part was looking forward to returning to our cozy guesthouse. The highlight, however, was dusk, when the entire courtyard's fish pond transformed into a captivating vessel for moonlight. Every corner exuded rustic elegance, allowing us to find joyful solitude and escape the city's hustle and bustle in perfect tranquility! Note: We confirmed it's only a 6-minute drive from the guesthouse to Baizhangji North Gate! Also, within 300 meters, you'll find a She ethnic restaurant, a riverside café, and an intangible cultural heritage noodle workshop, all typically open during peak season. Excellent and highly recommended!

The room had a small balcony with a view of the mountains, a beautiful view that felt like a fairy on rainy days. The crooked tree in the yard was a favorite. The fish tank was a bit dirty, but I loved the double swing. Tea was free in the teahouse, and the waitress was very kind and considerate. The room was spacious and quiet, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful. Located at the entrance of Jingming Valley, the setting is beautiful, with a walking path along the river. Morning and evening strolls offer breathtaking views of the mountains, which are even more beautiful during the flood season. It's close to Sanzhe Waterfall, and there's a scenic bus stop right in front of the attraction, connecting you to Lingyan, Lingfeng, and Xianglingtou in just one or two stops. I personally prefer this quiet location. The breakfast was nutritious and wholesome, meeting my needs perfectly, making it more reassuring than dining out. The host even picked me up on a hot day, which was very appreciated. They also provided detailed information about the scenic area, which was very helpful for my independent travels. My three-day stay was wonderful.

Very good place to stay in yandang shan. I guess they don’t get foreigners very often because checking-in was a bit of a headache. But they’re all very friendly and welcoming regardless. The room is very special, a two-story stone cabin with all kitchen accessories. It is very close to the bay. You can buy some aquatic products just caught by the fishermen and process them in your room. There is also a restaurant in the B&B where we ate twice. It was nice not to step into any trouble.
