The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was fresh and abundant. The soy milk was freshly ground by the hotel, and I especially loved the Wenzhou glutinous rice. I even discovered a small detail in the room: when I checked in, I was wondering why there was a clothes-hanging pole in the room. Then, when I lay on the bed, I noticed a row of hooks designed right in front of the air conditioning vent – wow! I didn't expect this hotel to consider such a detail; I definitely have to give it a thumbs-up! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. This experience completely changed my previous notion that I must stay at 4-star or 5-star hotels. This type of 'affordable luxury' hotel in Wenzhou perfectly meets all needs, whether for business, travel, or visiting friends and family. I've taken two videos for reference.

The toiletries and daily essentials are all incredibly high-quality, with premium ingredients and a perfect user experience. The host truly put a lot of thought into it 💯 4️⃣ Soft and comfy bed for a good night's sleep 🛏️ The bedding is absolutely amazing! It's soft yet supportive, feeling like you're sinking into a cloud ☁️. I fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed and woke up feeling completely refreshed~

What a fanstastic experience overall, well done Ibis Styles Longwan Team! From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou. The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for. The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine! Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis). They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators. Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection! This hotel has a really good price - quality ratio and is comfortable also for Western travelers. The rooms are neat and clean and had enough space even for big luggage. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied enough, albeit fully Chinese cuisine - so don't expect to find your regular toast and orange juice here. The staff at the front desk was either speaking English or using translation tools, so as a foreigner you can manage here even without speaking Chinese. One minor note: the postal services mentioned in the hotel's services actually only entail Chinese internal mail. You won't be able to get your international postcards mailed here (the explanation I was given is, that the local post office only handles country internal mail). It would be good to clarify this in the hotel's service specification to avoid other visitors being disappointed. .

The room is very big, very clean and tidy, with complete and advanced facilities. The service is thoughtful and the attitude is very good. Red bean soup was served as soon as I arrived, which was very warm. After checking out, they took the initiative to ask if I needed bottled water. The breakfast variety is also rich. It is very close to the train station

In general, the hotel is good, and the staff is qualified and friendly. They are always ready to help. Booking was easy, and check-in was quick. There were strange smells in the elevator and the room, but this was probably due to unfamiliarity. The next day, I smelled the room, and it was fine. However, I believe that if I had approached the reception, the issue would have been resolved quickly. I was slightly dissatisfied with the fact that the hotel is long, and there are two elevators at the beginning and one at the end of the building. This made it inconvenient to descend from the middle of the building, which was the 7th floor. However, the overall impressions are extremely positive

Overall recommended!

The room was spacious and quiet, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful. Located at the entrance of Jingming Valley, the setting is beautiful, with a walking path along the river. Morning and evening strolls offer breathtaking views of the mountains, which are even more beautiful during the flood season. It's close to Sanzhe Waterfall, and there's a scenic bus stop right in front of the attraction, connecting you to Lingyan, Lingfeng, and Xianglingtou in just one or two stops. I personally prefer this quiet location. The breakfast was nutritious and wholesome, meeting my needs perfectly, making it more reassuring than dining out. The host even picked me up on a hot day, which was very appreciated. They also provided detailed information about the scenic area, which was very helpful for my independent travels. My three-day stay was wonderful.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Wenzhou. I love the location, the kind and attentive service and the vibe of the hotel and area nearby. Will stay again when I come to visit in the future.

Wi-Fi is a basic thing to have for a hotel. But this hotel wifi wouldn't work due to the captive portal saying the name and room don't match. When I reached out the hotel told me nothing can be done about it. It also took a really long time to check in with a foreign passport. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone from abroad. Otherwise this hotel room was very nice and comfortable. But having no internet access besides cellular data is kind of a deal breaker when everything is connected nowadays. The Buffet is horrible and was mostly empty less in less than an hour into service and it was not refilled.
