The room was very clean, and a cleaning lady came every day. The hotel lobby had convenient self-service snacks and laundry detergent. The location was very close to the university town, and there were shared bicycles available at the hotel's intersection.

The room was great, the service was top-notch, the air was fresh, the facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The guesthouse is conveniently located between Lingyan and Dalongqiu, making it easy to explore. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the owner is very helpful, assisting with finding parking. Free fruit and melon seeds are provided, and the small courtyard has a swing, a waterwheel, and blooming bougainvillea and other unidentified flowers. I booked this guesthouse based on reviews, and after my experience, I wanted to share my thoughts for other guests. The family suite has one large and one small bed. The room is small but fairly clean, and disposable toilet seat covers are provided – nice!

This hotel was a true hidden gem, nestled in a charming small town surrounded by beautiful gardens and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Entering the hotel felt special—walking up a fabulous marble stairway set the tone right away. The rooms were small but comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The value was unbelievable—I was amazed to have both a comfortable room and a nice breakfast included at such a great price. In the evenings, the lobby came alive with the sound of Mahjong. At first I overheard it from my room, but soon I found myself charmed by the passion and energy of the elderly gentleman leading the game. It added such a unique cultural touch that made the stay unforgettable. Overall, this hotel was full of character, comfort, and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely return.

The hotel has an elegant environment, intimate service and full details! The rooms are fully equipped and in good health. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it is a good choice.

Inside was clean, outside had an unsightly dump of trash, like 7 trash cans over full with the waste and trash of 20. Problem is for the taxi drop off and pickup for the drive to the gated parking you have to walk past this. Economical room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable and as nice as a luxury hotel which I dont care for, dont like the bling in luxury hotels. The breakfast wont appeal much to a foreign. But there was variety. Chicken chopped fine with fine bones was inedible for these Americans, problem is it looked like beef so I scooped it up. Fried rice with eggs is all we ate for breakfast, but there was a pan of fried potato slices. There are 3 restaurants within on block. Recommend the Halal shop, second restaurant on right if you go....but ask the direction for the restaurants, across the street. The street to the right of front door and cross infront of the front door. There is a nice small grocery or snack and drink store outside turn hard right from front door exiting, it is basically under a corner of the hotel.

The best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming, and they upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities and a pleasant environment. It was great value for money, with excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Wenzhou's mountains and rivers are world-renowned, inspiring poems by Xie Lingyun, a landscape poet of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, written over a thousand years ago. This trip to Wenzhou was fortunate enough to see its beautiful scenery, enjoy delicious bayberries, and most importantly, stay in a wonderful hotel. Looking at this view, I'll definitely come back again next time.

Room was quite small, but bed was good. No water bottle was provided. The receptionist said, they don’t have supply of water! Toothbrush, comb was on the reception desk, you have to go there in order to bring those to your room. Room floor was old, and wooden color almost faded away. Air conditioner was working, but it was making weird sound as it was an old A.C. Washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had so much dust near the closestool. Also, the washroom door’s screw was loosened, so it felt like it’s gonna fall.
