It is situated beneath the four snow capped mountains of Mount Siguniang at an altitude of 3300 meters, with magnificent views of the snow capped mountains and the Rizhao Golden Mountain outside the window. Each room in the hotel is equipped with full house underfloor heating and oxygen concentrators, eliminating your worries about cold and high fever. For the vast majority of people, an altitude of 3300 meters is generally suitable for moderate exercise. Changpinggou Scenic Area is the best location to admire the four snow capped mountains of Mount Siguniang. The highest peak, Yaomei Peak, has snow all year round. Opening the curtains in the morning, you can see the magnificent snow capped mountains, and on sunny days, there will be a view of the golden mountains with sunshine. The hotel rooms are of first-class quality, equipped with Marshall sound system, Dyson hair dryer, Balmain hair care, high-quality mini bar, and Jinkoer latex mattress, allowing you to sleep comfortably even in 5A level scenic spots. "The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits. The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza. What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The views, staff, food, bed, everything was perfect. The staff was so hospitable, it’s like you are right at home. I wanted to order a delivery and the staff waited over an hour downstairs to ensure the delivery appears, she even checked in with me to let me know that the delivery guy has yet to arrive. The location may not be the nearest to the central area with a lot of food variety (which explains the beautiful view that you can’t get at lower grounds) but you can order food in the hotel and their meals were great, portion was big too! Overall, a 10/10 stay!"

The biggest bonus was the oxygen concentrator in the room, which is a lifesaver for anyone dealing with altitude sickness. Plus, you can hop right on the scenic bus as soon as you drop off your luggage, no need to go back and forth. It makes exploring so much easier and more relaxing. "I checked in on a rainy day in early August, and the room was freezing. There was no air conditioning, and the underfloor heating was completely ineffective. Combined with altitude sickness, I felt very unwell. The room was newly renovated, and the smell was quite strong. Breathing felt very constricted when I slept at night. There were also banging noises from outside in the early hours, so I didn't get any sleep. The breakfast's six-compartment platter consisted entirely of pre-packaged dim sum. The noodles and vermicelli portions were generous, and the complimentary drinks were decent. Since we could only eat at the hotel within the scenic area, the dry pot ribs and chicken combo was alright. However, the lobby restaurant also lacked heating, making for an uncomfortable dining environment. The overall style leans towards the Atour hotel chain, trying to create a comfortable atmosphere, but the attention to detail is poor. For example, the room door lock was confusing: lifting the handle opened the door, while pushing it down locked it. The front desk staff, particularly a young lady, was very attentive. She contacted me in advance to explain things and was always available when called. However, they failed to adequately prepare the room for heating given the cold weather. It's commendable that the hotel provides oxygen concentrators and portable oxygen tanks. However, the idea of offering private hot springs at an altitude of 3300 meters is questionable, as most people wouldn't be able to take a bath right after arriving."

"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see Mt. Siguniang right from the property. The service was exceptional. Although the staff don’t speak English, it wasn’t a problem at all because they were always willing to help. Throughout our stay, we felt their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and it can get quite hot at night—especially for us Thais, who are used to having the AC on all the time 😂. That said, I would still highly recommend staying here. The breathtaking scenery and wonderful service more than make up for it."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Even at an altitude of around 3300 meters, the diffused and nasal oxygen supply made breathing completely effortless. The hotel's setting is absolutely stunning, like a 'sky city' on the edge of a cliff with endless scenic views. There are so many great photo opportunities, often with rain, fog, and snow appearing together! 👍 After a shower in the evening, I was lucky enough to witness a double rainbow 🌈🌈 rising from the clouds in the mountains – what a thrilling and auspicious experience! The hotel service was excellent; the butler group was always responsive and communicative, making us feel very well taken care of. The in-room Bluetooth speaker was also fantastic, allowing us to enjoy pleasant music while admiring the beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds from the window. Both the hot pot and Chinese dishes were delicious, and returning from the scenic area felt just like coming home. The sunrise views were breathtaking for two consecutive days. Fantastic! 👍🌙"

"The hotel has beautiful decor and clean rooms, with a stunning mountain view from the window. The underfloor heating was excellent, making the environment much better than expected. It's quite a large property, and there's even an observation deck within the hotel grounds, so you can enjoy the scenery without having to hike. The owner is incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful. The breakfast is also plentiful, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The auntie at the restaurant was exceptionally nice, which was very heartwarming! The hotel is located halfway up the mountain above Siguniangshan Town. It takes a few extra minutes to drive in and out, but it's not a big issue, and it's much quieter than the town itself, free from the hustle and bustle of traffic and restaurants. It feels like a relatively new establishment, and you can tell the owners put a lot of effort into running it. Having stayed in various styles of guesthouses due to frequent mountain trips, I've seen some places with beautiful hardware but lacking in software and service. This place is different; it's not just a trendy spot that relies solely on its scenic views for Instagrammable photos. I hope such dedicated owners continue to thrive!"

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The room had great natural light, and the facilities were all in excellent condition and well-equipped, including an oxygen machine and a humidifier. The front desk staff, especially one of the ladies, was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and paid attention to every detail. The hotel maintained excellent hygiene, with no unpleasant odors. The location is superb, making it very convenient to get to Changping Valley Scenic Area. Overall, the value for money is outstanding!

You can pick up your luggage at the scenic area entrance and go directly into the valley to explore. After you're done the next day, you can retrieve your luggage at the valley entrance – very convenient! The room was very clean, facing the snow-capped mountains with spectacular views. The underfloor heating was also very warm (2-3 degrees Celsius at night), very comfortable. Dinner was a buffet, 120 yuan per person, including mushroom soup, chicken hot pot, yak meat, and various vegetables. The ingredients were of very high quality, and we couldn't possibly finish it all. A very nice guesthouse, highly recommended.

My legs hurt.
Our room was at the top, offering unobstructed views of the mountains from several angles. It was the first hotel after climbing the hill in front of the bus station to Changping. We were traveling alone with our 10-year-old child. The hotel's hostess was the most lovely, fast-working, cheerful and lively woman. She helped us with everything, from small matters to big ones, like missing our bus to Chengdu. We stayed here for three nights and slept comfortably every night. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with many flowers blooming outside the windows. The cook was very kind. Even though we couldn't communicate clearly, she helped us with everything. We survived this trip because of the lovely people from this hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a large bed. The owner even upgraded our room. Most importantly, the owner and staff were very nice and helpful, even reminding us to have breakfast in the morning. The hotel is right on the main street and is one of the largest hotels in town. Parking is very convenient, with parking spaces right outside the hotel and a small parking lot across the street. This is not easy to do in this area where every inch of land is valuable. Staying in a room with a view, you can overlook most of the town!

I've stayed here many times, and every time the rooms are clean and the staff are great. My favorite thing is their bedding; even though it's not perfectly smooth like in big hotels, it smells like sunshine. Staying at this hotel always feels as comfortable as being home!

The two-day tour of Siguniang Mountain is at the corner of the entrance slope of Changpinggou Scenic Area. Accommodation upstairs, meals downstairs can be gathered, floor heating and hot water are the favorites, parking at the door is very convenient. I forgot the charger when I left, and the store also called and sent it after I found it. Thank you very much!
