"I stayed at the Zhongya International Hotel in Yining. It's conveniently located—just a few minutes from the train station. The room wasn't perfectly sterile, but it was clean and cozy, with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied, even though the menu hadn't changed in three days. I was especially surprised by the smart toilet—a pleasant surprise. 🙂

"The hostel is close to the train station, but not close enough to walk. And it’s a bit far from the city centre so I had to take a didi every time i go out. Staff are nice, the common space are nice too. You will have to make your own bed and take out the linens when checking out.
Toilets are okay. There was someone in my room who stay long term, so there are a lot of daily stuff all over the dormitory. But I just stayed one night so that’s okay."

"Overall, the stay was good. First, the advantages: 1. The hotel allowed late check-out until 4 PM the next day, which was really great. 2. The hotel also provided complimentary dried fruit, which was also very kind. 3. The hotel staff were friendly and responded promptly to any issues, resolving them actively. 4. They even upgraded me to a room for free, which was very spacious and comfortable. 5. Most importantly, the price was very cheap. I used various discounts, and the double room with one single bed was only 174 yuan. Considering all the advantages, it was excellent value for money.
6. They also provided two breakfasts, and you could take them home. The front desk said it was okay to take them home, but the breakfast counter said it wasn't allowed, though they eventually let me have mine.
The disadvantages: 1. I don't know if I didn't know how to adjust the temperature, or if it was just a normal setting, but the room temperature could only go up to 30 degrees Celsius and couldn't be increased. It felt very cold after showering.
2. After showering, I took a towel and unfolded it; there was a... 1. One had long hair, the other short hair. It's possible that during room cleaning, they found the previous guest hadn't used a towel and put it in without changing it.
2. The showerhead looked large, but it only sprayed water intermittently; not all the holes were working. About half of the holes were spraying water, perhaps to save costs. When I booked the hotel, I was happy with the size of the showerhead, but after showering, I found the water flow was the same as other smaller showerheads, which was a bit disappointing.
3. When I lifted the blanket, the blanket and sheet were tucked under the mattress at the foot of the bed. Pulling it out pulled out the sheet as well. This felt inconvenient; it would be much better to just lay the blanket down and lift it up. Pulling it out like this easily shifts the sheet.
4. The breakfast selection was rather limited. It looked plentiful, but the actual taste wasn't very good, and there wasn't much to eat.
Overall, these are the main points. I was still very satisfied; it was excellent value for money and worth staying at."

"We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent.

The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.

"I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive days. Let me start with the issues. The hotel's service isn't up to par with such high standards, and the staff's awareness is still at the level of a small hotel. 1. I discovered the shampoo was empty while showering. I called for a bottle six times, and it finally arrived after a 40-minute delay. 2. The next night, when I returned to my room, I found the teacups and other items on the table completely disorganized and untied. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and was still disassembled. Fortunately, the manager on duty was very friendly and handled the situation appropriately. 3. The next morning, the parking QR code suddenly stopped working. The front desk told me to pay first and then add WeChat for reimbursement. When I left that morning, I took a screenshot of the payment information and shared it with the hotel. Finally, around 10 PM, after repeated inquiries, someone transferred the reimbursement. It's understandable that a new hotel would have issues, but for a Hilton-affiliated hotel to rush into a project with such limited training, is it ill-considered and would damage its brand value? Finally, let's discuss the positives. The room hardware meets Hilton Home Suite standards, including a microwave, a small, recyclable sink, and a cutting board, living up to the apartment's aesthetic. The bedding and consumables are standard Hilton brands. The washer and dryer are large and well-equipped, and the gym is well-equipped. The service details in these areas are excellent, with a full complement of spare parts. The fruit plate provided for members upon check-in is average.
Overall, I would still choose Hilton Home Suites again, but I hope the service level can be improved to match."

This trip to Yining was thoroughly fanned by the Hampton by Hilton Yining. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. It was definitely the first choice for accommodation in Yili!
The location of the hotel is too good. It is about 10 minutes drive from Yining Railway Station and only 12 minutes from the airport. It is especially convenient for landing or returning to catch the bus. There are also popular attractions such as Liuxing Street and Kazanqi around. There is no pressure on travel planning. More intimate is that self-driving parking is convenient, too friendly to family outings or self-driving travelers.
The service details are warm to the heart. The front desk staff is super efficient, the check-in process is smooth, and they will take the initiative to answer the surrounding food and play questions. The smiley attitude instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. Immediately after entering the room, I received a local special fruit platter, fresh melons and fruits with refreshing yogurt, this surprise was too poke. Room service is on call, and the setting of robot delivery is both efficient and safe.
The room experience is even more impeccable. The 63-square-meter business suite is spacious and bright, the layout of the reception area and the rest area is reasonable, and the sliding screen design makes the space flexible and private, and the whole family will not feel cramped when traveling. The standard mattress support of the United States ”Hampton Bed” is excellent, with soft ecologically certified bedding, and you can have a ”Sweet Dream in the Cloud” every night. Room facilities are all available, 65-inch HD TV, mobile desk, capsule coffee machine, microwave and mini refrigerator, especially a cup of freshly ground coffee in the morning, full of home-like comfort. GGuest UserIt was my second time staying here, the place is beautiful and I met so many nice girls who I ended up hanging out with while I was in Yining. The Kazanqi area around the hostel is lovely, walking distance from great restaurants and shops. I was able to put things I the fridge and freezer and use the kitchen at the hostel. The courtyard and balcony are such nice places to sit and do work or eat there was also a puppy which was so cute!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute decor and the toilet/shower room in the room is modern and clean. I definitely recommend!

When asking the staff how much the minimum extension fee is, the staff said 80, but it is 75 yuan when booked online. It is not reasonable to point out this situation. The female staff member was very loud and emotional and repeatedly said to the resident: I am just a worker, I don’t know much; some people even booked more than 90, why don’t you say; if you think it is cheaper online, go and book online, don’t ask me to book. This is not a normal staff at all, the basic work quality should be; there should be no emotions in life, but they should not be brought into work; 2. In summer, it is normal to have some mosquitoes in the room. The mosquitoes here may bite cattle and horses. People can’t stand it when they are bitten, and the swelling is very big. Go to the hospital; Youth Hostel does not have any medicine, and it is recommended that subsequent residents bring their own mosquito repellent and other medicines;

The only downside is the location - while it is relatively near to the train station and bus depot to other cities, there is nothing much in the vicinity. Overall, good cosy stay.

GGuest UserThis was truly the most satisfying accommodation of my entire Xinjiang trip. The guesthouse is located within the Liuxing Street scenic area, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, and the bedding and towels were promptly changed. Basic amenities were complete; the air conditioning cooled down quickly, and there was even a projector, though I didn't have time to fully utilize it due to the tight schedule.
I especially loved the decor – I must commend the owner's aesthetic sense! It was very characteristic of the local area, with colorful tiles and vibrant lights; everything surprised me, a tourist from inland China (don't blame me for being ignorant, haha). These were things I had never seen or experienced before. After our visit, the owner even treated me to chilled watermelon, which was incredibly sweet and delicious. The service was exceptional; they treated us like friends, recommending sightseeing routes and nearby restaurants. I'll definitely stay here again when I bring my parents to Xinjiang.
Highly recommended for anyone who has high standards for accommodation and wants to experience the local culture!

I arrived to find a large tour group checking in, but the front desk immediately assigned a dedicated staff member to handle my check-in. This personalized, priority service was a pleasant surprise and truly heartwarming.
The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was so soft, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom facilities were brand new, with instant hot water, and even the toiletries felt luxurious and high-quality.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and showed great attention to detail. The variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and all the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Every bite tasted meticulously prepared.

Aaijun_niuThe hotel I stayed at on my first night in Yining was a hotel that had been recommended a lot on Ctrip. It was rated four stars, and it was established late. I judged it to be pretty good, but the overall experience was average.
1. The hygienic condition of the room is relatively good, and the stay is relatively safe. The corridors and elevators are basically in an old and dilapidated state, so that my impression of Yining is that of a remote small city. Later I went to other places in the city and hotels. I found that this is not the case, so if you want to experience Yining in depth, it is recommended to stay in other better hotels.
2. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is basically in a relatively prosperous area. However, there are relatively narrow streets outside the hotel, and there is basically no scenery to see. On the first night, I just looked forward to going to bed after dark, and leaving here to go to other places the next day.
3. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. For breakfast, you have to go to the breakfast shop next door. It should be a cooperation between the two parties. Hotel guests can self-service for free, but drinking milk, soy milk and cooking noodles need to be paid separately. In other words, staying in this hotel is Forget about drinking milk and eating noodles. This made me wonder if milk and soy milk were scarce in Yining.
Taken together, the standard of this hotel should be chain-friendly and comfortable, and Ctrip's high-end standard should be random.

The atmosphere is amazing, the spirits are near and you accepted as a part of the group the moment you step into it. The host showed us the greatest noodle palace I have ever seen and it’s around the corner. There is an intense party district within 15 minutes of walking. All your wishes will come true in Kailash! Would book again and already thinking about returning in the future. 10/10 would highly recommend.

When I entered the room, I saw two large beds of 1.5 to 2 meters. The main thing is that the house is clean and tidy. The mattress is a latex mattress, which is very rare. Some hotels use latex mattresses, which are extremely comfortable and improve your sleep quality. They also provide free airport drop-off service!
