Luxury Hotels in Yining

"Even in Yining, Xinjiang, the Intercontinental Hualuxe maintains the consistent high standards of an IHG brand hotel. We traveled a long way with our friends, arriving in Yining from Urumqi after 4 PM. The lovely manager at the front desk (a Uyghur lady) immediately helped us check in. Seeing that we were a family of three with a lot of luggage, she even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room and gave us a complimentary breakfast 🍳. The hospitality of the Xinjiang people was truly evident. That evening, being unfamiliar with the area, we decided to dine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. They offered a blend of Xinjiang and Cantonese cuisine. As someone from Guangdong, I was delighted to find an authentic 'Yang Zhi Gan Lu' (mango pomelo sago) dessert 🍨 – it was absolutely five-star amazing! We will definitely choose to stay at the Intercontinental Hualuxe again when we return from the grasslands and canyons! ~👍"

"This was my first time staying at an InterContinental brand hotel, and I loved it. The room layout was great, the bedding was comfortable, and as a new hotel, it was a very pleasant stay. But those aren't even the most important points; what truly stands out is the service in Xinjiang, which is far superior to what you find in inland regions. The service here is so incredibly warm, from the Holiday Inn Express in Narat to this EVEN hotel. Tomorrow, I'll be staying another night at the InterContinental Yining. This trip to Xinjiang has been perfect. The four InterContinental brands have completely changed my previous negative impression of the brand (e.g., the InterContinental Melbourne staff didn't lock our door after cleaning). All four brands – Indigo, Holiday Inn Express, InterContinental, and EVEN – were excellent. The main reason is the fantastic service; it's genuinely enthusiastic. So, even if it's a bit pricey, it's totally worth it. Highly recommended. The front desk and concierge at EVEN were superb. Manager Kevin provided us with an excellent experience."

"This stay exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! After communicating in advance, I was able to check in early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and a thoughtful welcome fruit platter was waiting for me upon arrival – lovely attention to detail. The hotel also provided a generous breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. When needed, they smoothly arranged a late check-out. The service throughout my stay was attentive and considerate, and the staff were warm and polite. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, highly recommend!"

"This stay was a wonderful surprise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast deserves a special mention – it had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many dining and shopping choices nearby. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends!"

"The room was big, nice and clean. The auntie who cooked noodles for breakfast was very nice. I wanted two bottles of water when I checked out but there was none. The paper was delivered to the room very quickly. I suggest the front desk prepare some water. Many people check out and rush to the next station after a long distance."
