"The service is outstanding since my first step into the hotel. The room is big like i can run around. Breakfast is great. Plenty of good food served as japanese set. Onsen is really comfortable. I went there in summer that there were not many tourists. So sometime, there was only me in the onsen. It was very quiet peaceful and relaxing
A mark for those who books for dinner excluded bundle. There are rarely any restaurant around. There is one in front of the street corner (5mins walk) but the opening time and date could not be expected. You can find something to eat from Family mart (20 mins walk)."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to Kaiun Bridge. Parking is mechanical and costs 1100 JPY per day. The in-room toiletries are from DHC, which is a nice touch! What truly stands out, however, is the hotel's breakfast on the top floor. The view is absolutely stunning, with clear sights of Mount Iwate. The restaurant staff are incredibly energetic and friendly – they truly deserve praise! The cleaning staff were also very polite."

"We were two people staying 3 nights.
We had breakfast and we were very happy with it (6:30-10:00, L.O 9:30). It didn’t change much during the stay, but it had a lot of options and it tasted good.
The room was small. If you have suitcase it will be hard to open it up. We didn’t have suitcases, so for us it was no problem. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
They have a manga library and coffe machine (15:00-22:00), and space with tables and chairs where you can e.g eat.
They have laundry as well (10:00-22:00). It was cheep (washing 400 yen 30 min, dryer 100 yen 10 min). It was a standing washing machine (which I don’t really like) and we had a lot of laundry, so we went to another coin laundry 1 min walk from the hotel, which was good (washing 15 kg 30 min 800 yen, drying 10 min 100 yen).
We didn’t use room cleaning, but every day we got a bag of towels on our door knob.
It is around 10-15 min walk to the station. But it’s close to shopping streets and Iwaki park. It has a lot of restaurants close by. If you like all-you-can-drink there’s a lot of options close by as well.
After check out we left our baggage for a couple of hours. It was no problem.
The people at the hotel were very nice and polite.
Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel."

"The view of Mt. Iwate and Lake Goshoko from the lobby is spectacular. If you're staying overnight, definitely stay on the lake side on a high floor. My family loved the food, especially the steak and sweets, as well as the hot spring bath. Since we visited during New Year's, there was a shrine set up in one of the rooms, so my mother, who has trouble walking, was able to enjoy her first shrine visit of the year and get her fortune. I felt it was a comfortable hotel with unassuming hospitality."

"I stayed at the night of the Omagari fireworks display. I arrived at Morioka Station by general train after midnight and moved by taxi from there.
It's close to 30 minutes walk from the station, so I think it's good to move a taxi, but surprisingly there is no taxi in front of the station, so I asked for a car dispatch with the app and finally arrived.
The facilities in the hotel are minimal. There is no water, so you need to buy it at a nearby convenience store.
In addition, amenities were minimal, but there was no inconvenience to stay for one night."

"The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!"

The cleanliness was top-notch, and all the amenities were well-appointed. The lobby staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, always with a smile. It truly made for a great stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit away from JR Morioka Station. It is not the most convenient to go through the underground passage. Compared with the general Toyoko Hotel, there is no welcome drink or ramen at night. The breakfast is also very general. The room is small and the experience is ordinary.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is just a short walk across the JR station. To reach the hotel, you need to use the underpass. You can use the B1 lift to enter or exit the underpass so it’s very convenient for those with luggages. The room is small but functional. The only complaint is that the kettle provided cannot be dismantled from the plug. In order to fill water you need to carry the kettle together with the plug. Otherwise, everything is just perfect.

The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and we enjoyed it from the morning. I think it was a breakfast that gave us energy for the day.

There is a commercial street downstairs. There are a lot of food for eating. Shopping is nothing. Shenggang is not big. The scenery is beautiful, but don't think about shopping.
