"A nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is superb. The bath facilities are excellent. Clean and modern room. Comfortable bed. A bit disappointed with what parking information is provided on the listing here. It mentioned "private parking", but you basically have to use the adjacent public parking facilities at a cost of ¥1300 per night. You pay at the hotel, and they give you a receipt ticket to use along with your parking ticket when exiting the parking area. Only after looking at more reviews later did I see some guest mention this fee. This issue may be more about what Trip.com is able to display on a listing rather than anything specific with the hotel. Also, while at reception when checking in, the front desk agent was explaining some details in Japanese. I understood most of it, but when I mentioned that I didn't understand the last thing she said, the agent next to her appeared to snicker. He was staring at his screen, so it could have been something on his screen that he laughed about, but the timing seemed a bit to precise."

"Fantastic, I'm very satisfied! The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Morioka Station and seems quite popular. It's very clean and the facilities are modern. You can pick up toiletries, tea bags, and instant coffee on the first floor. From the window, there's a beautiful mountain view, and Kaiun Bridge is right below. The breakfast was also good, with some local specialties."

"The room is very small. The bed is small. Toilet is so small that hardly can fit in a human being. You can’t even turn your body when you standing shower in the bathtub. One leg has to be inside the bathtub to use the wash basin. The entrance is not visible with no signboards particularly in the night. The front desk staff are so blur that they can’t direct how the car is going to get to the lobby entrance to unload and pick up the luggage as it was raining on the morning when we check out. The car park is far away from the hotel. We got to load the luggage in the rain after check out where the car has to park at the road side outside the hotel."
