"I used it with an elderly family. I called after booking an additional chair in a Japanese-style room because my mother had a bad knee. The staff was very kind and changed to a room with a chair and it was very good to be close to the elevator. Dinner was also booked at ”1 floor ”, so I asked him to change to Viking. The dinner buffet was smaller than the venue when I used it before, but the quality of the food was very good, and there were rare items such as Gome Kamameshi, beef shabu-shabu, sea urchin, Peking duck, and root bent bamboo grill. There were a lot of them, and I was very satisfied with whichever I ate. I could drink all-you-can-drink drinks including alcohol, but I couldn't drink alcohol, so the staff brought me warm tea. The shop was reduced to a lounge, and alcohol, soft drinks, popcorn, etc. were available free of charge. I thought I would use it with my husband this time. There are two hot springs, and it was very healed and warmed by the source of the hot spring in a large place and a pleasant open-air bath."

This hotel has many different ones for guests to choose from, as well as free tea bags, bath salts and skin care products for guests to use. The most surprising thing is that there are also facial masks, which are so attractive! There is no free water provided in the room, and there is no ”Drinking Water” written on the tap, but the hotel lobby is connected to a convenience store, so you can buy snacks and daily necessities without going out."
