The location is excellent, right next to Swan Lake walking trail, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is also very good, with different options every day, making it a solid choice for business travel. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom sink is too high, which is really inconvenient for shorter people.

The hotel is right in Perth city center. You can get there from the airport by taking the subway and then walking for about 10 minutes. The front desk is staffed even at night, and luggage storage is free. There's a fantastic Vietnamese fast food place nearby. The only downside is that the hostel only has a microwave, no stovetop.

This hotel is located near the Elizabeth Quay within walking distance and the walk along the lake is amazing. The view of the hotel room is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. Yes. You can see both! Service from the team is excellent and I cannot ask for more. The gym is equipped with good equipment and the conveniences of IGA supermarket being part of the complex helped us to get anything we missed. Highly recommended.

Small rooms but very clean, good bathroom , towels changed daily. Breakfast was included simple but good choice, coffee made to order. Large common sitting area and separate bar/drinks area. Opposite noisy hotel on Saturday and Sunday nights, otherwise good location and good stay

The room was clean, and the family room we booked was quite spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which made it super convenient to heat up takeout. The area around the hotel is packed with all sorts of specialty restaurants, mostly Asian ones. You'll find Vietnamese, Indian, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, and even Chinese restaurants – basically everything! Right next door to the hotel, there's also a massive Asian supermarket, run by a ********* owner, and it's incredibly well-stocked. Grabbing some instant meals from there can definitely save you money on dining out. The sky in South Australia is always so clear and blue, but the UV is really strong. Luckily, the room had those solid blackout curtains that created a perfect environment for a good night's sleep. Staying at this hotel was just incredibly convenient for eating and shopping.

I was very happy with the room, much better than Ibis, though its location isn't as good. The hotel also provides two complimentary bottles of milk daily, and the staff are all very polite. Definitely avoid taking the subway to the station the hotel recommends; it's a long walk through a quiet area. I suggest going to Perth station first and then transferring to bus 910.

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. The location is great. We arrived during midnight and before that the hotel has alrd sent email about the password and instructions about how to check in. They gave us free welcome drink for each person which u can redeem at their bar. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provided free mineral water. However, since below is the bar so my friend find it a little bit noisy. But it was OK for me.

I needed to extend my stay, but since my original room was fully booked, I was required to move to a different room. I was told that my luggage would be transferred to the new room, so I packed my belongings and went out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I checked in again and went to the new room, only to find that my luggage had not been moved. I had to go back to the front desk, where I was told that my luggage had been kept there. I find it quite questionable why the luggage was not transferred as promised, and why I was not informed of this at the time of check-in. Additionally, I noticed an unexpected charge of about $200 on top of the deposit. When I asked at the front desk, I was told it was a deposit. However, after explaining that I had already paid a deposit, they checked with another staff member and admitted it had been charged in error. The amount was refunded immediately, but if I had not noticed and raised the issue, I could have been wrongly charged.

Traveling with a 6-year-old, what matters most to me, besides the hotel's ambiance and location, is the bed size. The Intercontinental's advantages are: 1. **Location**: It's in the city center, within walking distance to shopping, and you can take the free CAT bus to city walk attractions. 2. **Hotel Environment & Hygiene**: The hotel itself has good environmental conditions and is clean. While the breakfast options aren't extensive, the food is delicious. 3. **Bed Size**: The double bed is 1.35m, which is perfectly sufficient for a family of three! The only drawback is that the room is a bit small.
