Hotel location is good, close to the subway station, beautiful environment, convenient surroundings, breakfast is good, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the temperature is comfortable, spacious and bright, the space layout is reasonable, let me have a comfortable stay. I bought hotel vouchers for the Kaiyuan chain during a Trip.com livestream. I had vouchers for both Ningbo Jiulong Lake Kaiyuan Resort and Ningbo Shiqifang Kaiyuan Guan Tang, so I decided to visit both. Honestly, when it comes to the hotels themselves, I actually preferred Shiqifang Kaiyuan Guan Tang. It had an authentic, old-school charm, and even the breakfast was unique and delicious. My only complaint, and it's more than a complaint – I'm almost ready to file a formal complaint – is about the security guard at the entrance. Zhenhai District is already a bit out of the way in Ningbo, so most people drive or take ride-sharing services. One time, I called a ride-share to go to Shan Hai Jiulong Yuan. The guard just wouldn't open the gate, making the car reverse and try again five times, and it still didn't work. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and asked him, ”Could you please open the gate manually for us?” It was only a two-meter distance, but it took him half a minute to walk over. Is that slow, unhurried pace the kind of attitude you should have at work? I stayed for two days and took a taxi six times, and not once was it smooth sailing. For a mere one or two meters, he was so slow and hesitant, or he'd make the car back up and try again. Such a great place with such terrible security! Sigh.

The staff consistently greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel incredibly comfortable from the warm welcome during check-in to patiently answering all our inquiries. The front desk colleagues, in particular, were not only efficient but also thoughtfully inquired about our travel needs and offered very practical suggestions. Every time we entered or left the lobby, they would actively greet us, as naturally as old friends. This feeling of being valued was the warmest memory of this stay. We also dined at the hotel, and the service from all departments was exceptionally attentive. We will definitely choose Nan Yuan Wang Hai again next time.

Zangqi is the Haishang where I used to stay. It has changed to Shilili Group. The room is quite big, but the breakfast is not very rich. The hotel staff are very friendly and the check-in is very fast Even if the hotel does not ban smoking, the smell of cigarettes is always a problem. I hope it will be improved in the future.

Location is alright, a bit far from the centre but there is a metro station 10mins away. The room I stayed is is very spacious with a projector, pillows are super soft and all the other beddings were actually so comfortable and new, with this price it’s very value overall:) also shout out to the housekeeping ladies they were super nice and helpful! Would recommend.

I've been following this hotel since it was under renovation, all the way to its opening. Today, I specifically made time to experience this international hotel. The overall experience was excellent. The lobby design is very upscale, and the staff are enthusiastic. The room layout on the upper floors is great, exceptionally quiet, and the hygiene is spotless. The breakfast was delicious, featuring our Ningbo-style glutinous rice balls, and the handmade wontons were fantastic. It's definitely worth recommending to everyone and worth staying at. A pride for Zhenhai locals.

Clean, the front desk service is very good. Breakfast is at 7 o'clock, but we have to leave at 6 o'clock. The front desk staff kindly prepared three breakfasts for us, including milk and biscuits. Highly recommended

Booked a triple room, the room is large and comfortable, the front desk service is very good and enthusiastic, there are free souvenirs, breakfast is until 9:30 on weekdays, it is not bad, delicious, free parking and convenient location. A good choice for travel.
