Fantastic stay in this hotel with spectacular view! The unique cliff view is definitely worth every penny! We have chosen a room with direct view to the waterfall. As our stay was on a Friday, the waterfall was not available which is bit to our disappointment. But waking up this morning (Sat), the waterfall is on. So nice! And so lucky we can catch the chance to take some more photos! At night, there is a lighting show in the open cliff area. So we taken our dinner out the balcony to enjoy the light show. Nice activity at night! The service of this hotel tops all experiences with hotels. When I checked in, the staff asked if can add my WeChat account for instant customer service purposes. Then I received tips for the nearby travel spots, dining assistance, caring services such as asking me if needs to take my food delivery up to the room for me and asking if I need another taller pillow etc. The complementary fruit platter and dessert and some freebie at time of checkout are indeed a bonus surprise.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet, the service was attentive, and transportation was convenient. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and it helped alleviate a lot of my travel fatigue. I'd be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

This family-friendly hotel is quite famous, and I've been wanting to try it for a while. I couldn't book a room for this Sunday using my voucher initially, but then two days prior, I saw a twin room became available. I quickly seized the last bit of the summer vacation to check out this hotel in Sheshan. There are many entertainment attractions nearby: Happy Valley, Guangfulin Cultural Relics, and Maya Beach Water Park are right across the street. The hotel itself features an artificial beach and a swimming pool. The Squirrel Park alone is enough to keep my two young babies entertained for two days. Bob provided excellent service. After checking out, I saw a Ctrip 919 event offering two nights for 999 RMB, so I immediately bought it, eagerly awaiting our next family trip!

I was extremely satisfied with my overall stay at this Hampton by Hilton. The environment was clean and refreshing, and the front desk staff were efficient in checking me in, as well as being friendly and polite. The room was well-cleaned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was quiet at night, which really helped alleviate my work travel fatigue. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of hot dishes, and the taste was excellent. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, parking was convenient, and the public areas were well-maintained. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely give it a five-star rating!

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a smart 'Xiaodu' (voice assistant). There's a small pool in the common area, along with swings and a trampoline. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, generally comfortable, I slept really well. Environment: The courtyard is full of green plants, the ecology is great, and it has an elegant and unique charm. There are also cute little animals around. The lobby has a retro style, and each building is decorated differently, which is quite interesting. Service: Warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. They were able to answer pretty much all of my questions.

Staying at Pillow Court Hotel during my business trip to Songjiang was an absolute steal! The overall quality of this hotel far exceeds others in the same price range, making it perfect for both business travelers and short getaways. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable. The front desk was efficient with check-in, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The room itself was spacious and bright, exceptionally clean with no dust in the corners. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – I fell asleep almost instantly. The room even came with a small tea set, which was lovely for relaxing with a cup of tea after a long day of work. The TV supported screen mirroring, making it great for both leisure and work. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, a smart heated toilet, and stable, ample hot water – truly thought out with great attention to detail. The amenities were very practical. On the second floor, there are self-service washing machines and dryers, so you can easily do laundry and dry your clothes. There's also a free gym for workouts. Ample parking within the courtyard means no stress for those driving. They offer a wide variety of room types, including king rooms, executive view rooms, and suites, so even frequent business travelers won't get bored. The hotel is conveniently located near a university town, making dining and shopping easy. It's quiet and not noisy, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the overall service was thoughtful and attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Songjiang. Highly recommended!

This is one of those places. This hotel is one of those very rare places. Every corner made me wonder, who dreamed this into existence? Who imagined transforming a more than 500-year-old residence connected to generations of Chinese scholars into an experience that honors history while feeling completely alive today? Nothing here feels accidental. The architecture itself is breathtaking, but what stayed with me was the feeling of being continuously surprised. It began with the warm welcome at the front desk, where September made me feel genuinely cared for from the very first moment. It continued as I entered my room and discovered its elegance, together with thoughtful welcome treats that immediately communicated generosity rather than hospitality as a procedure. The came the music presentation and the lantern show and guided visit of the mansion. Unbelievably stunning. Then I visited the library, where I happily spent time immersed in the atmosphere. The restaurant, where every meal felt intentional. The beautiful auspicious pastry. The meaningful gifts inspired by the Imperial Examination tradition, including the writing wishes, which I absolutely loved as someone who has always been passionate about learning. And the surprises kept unfolding. The breakfast setting itself was another unforgettable discovery. Just steps away sits one of the most extraordinary museums I have ever visited, a museum that preserves the ancient roots of Shanghai and China while presenting them in a way that feels engaging for children, adults, and lifelong learners alike. And at the end, the photo session organized by the hotel became an unforgettable memory. I had a truly top notch experience with an amazing team of make up and photography. The result was 141 amazingly beautiful photos, I wish I could keep each one of them! Of course, the fundamentals were impeccable: outstanding service, spotless cleanliness, delicious food, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. But what makes this place exceptional goes far beyond excellence. It is the feeling that every experience has been carefully curated by people who deeply understand that true luxury is not excess, it is creating moments of wonder. Thank you to September the housekeeper and the hotel team for their kindness, their care and attention made me feel welcome every moment. Guangfulin Prime Ministrer Mansion is now part of my most magical places around the world!

I was in Songjiang for a transfer and needed a temporary place to stay, so I opted for a by-the-hour room. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was excellent, and I had a very comfortable sleep. The hotel isn't far from Songjiang Station; you can walk there in about 15-20 minutes if you like. There's a supermarket and breakfast places right downstairs, making it super convenient to grab anything you need. Very satisfied.

Overall very good. For once, sound isolation between rooms was decent (although you could still hear people in the corridor). Very comfortable bed, large bathroom and shower. Close to metro station and one station away from train station. Could be improved: -some liquid soap near sink to wash hands. -fridge in the room -in the shower you cannot control hot water temperature and flow separately, so my gf used all the water when she washed her hair 😭 - there are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel, for some reason these were always occupied. Good value for the money. ps. Bring a 3m+ HDMI cable if you want to plug your laptop to the screen projector (which has built-in speakers)

An older hotel, you can tell it was once grand. The room layout is very sensible, and the construction materials are solid. The view is expansive, with a great landscape outside the window. However, due to its age, there are some moldy bumps on the walls. The TV is also quite old; I couldn't turn it off completely with the remote and had to find the button on the TV itself to switch it off. Service was excellent. I encountered a small issue after checking in, and the hotel was very prompt in helping me resolve it.
