"We stayed four nights in Fes and experienced three different Riads. This was our absolute favorite and the most satisfying. The owner is a true gentleman, providing professional, attentive, and thorough service. We felt treated like guests in a high-end hotel, not like we were intruding into someone's home. This Riad isn't the largest, but it's the cleanest; everything was spotless, the bedding wasn't damp, and it felt ancient yet not outdated. You could tell the owner put a lot of care into every detail. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! The croissants and small pancakes were just incredible. I originally planned to try a different Riad every day, but because the experience here was so great, I booked an extra night. The price was also the best! The other two Riads I booked were only a 3-5 minute walk away and both more expensive, yet their service, cleanliness, and hospitality weren't as good as this one. Highly recommend!"

"Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte"

"The Moroccan-style renovated family hotel is very distinctive and the pattern on the architectural structure is exquisitely carved. The central courtyard used for gatherings and dining, where the roof top above can be opened to reduce the heat or can be closed to keep warm. Rooms are arranged around the courtyard which reminds me of Hui-style architectures. I also see the shadow of Chinese architecture in some Moroccan architecture but the difference is that in addition to wood, they use stone and mosaic as building materials to form a colourful visual effect as well."

"I recommend this riad. We were really worried about what we didn't know in the new place. The driver of the desert tour contacted this Riad and Mr. Dross came to pick me up at the place where I got off the bus. I'm very grateful for bringing me a heavy suitcase and taking various consultations."

"Great stay overall. The location is perfect, right inside the medina. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The only small issue was that the hot water was a bit limited, so showers need to be quick, but the water temperature was good. What really impressed us was how kind the host was. We had to leave early on our second day and could not stay for breakfast, so he prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was packed very carefully and was perfect for the road.
