"The hotel is comfortable and clean, and it is quite quiet. The location is a bit far from the ancient city, but the taxi is not expensive. You can get to the ancient city for 20 yuan. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are also quite complete, there is a big supermarket, and McDonald's."

"Thanks to the help provided by the uncle at the front desk, he helped me book the CTM ticket for Chefchaouen. He introduced the history of the ancient city and recommended attractions. The riad is very Moroccan and is only 200m away from the Blue Gate. You can find the leather factory along the main road. Lost in 9000 alleys"

"The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here."

"What an amazing Riad! Staff super sweet and helpful, great decoration and rooms, super breakfast in the garden and, if you drive, parking 3 minutes away. 10 min walk to the Blue gate and the busy area. The lady at the reception gave us a map and detailed information for our visit to the medina, she is super helpful. Definitely raccomanded for your stay!"

Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)

Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej

"I liked this hotel and I extended it for another week. The room is clean and quiet, air conditioning works, good plumbing, there is a laptop table. Breakfast is satisfied: oatmeal, strawberry jim, sausage sandwich and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, baking, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice. I haven't had enough of this menu for all days. To the Medina of Fesa you can get to a taxi in 10 minutes, to the railway station 15 minutes walk."

The manager, Mehdi, was incredibly kind and helpful — he assisted us with everything we needed and even welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea upon arrival, which was such a nice touch.
The hotel itself is beautiful, decorated in authentic Moroccan style, very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay.
Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. 💙

Tting824The staff haddou uncle is very good, the hotel is in the small alley of the main road in the old town of Fez, the uncle gave us a map, tell us the location of the various attractions, we try to extend the main road, otherwise it is easy to get lost. Breakfast is served on the terrace, very good. Going early the next day, Uncle also packed up the breakfast and brought it to us on the road. The downside is that the room is small, very dark, and may be a layer of relationship.

GGuest UserThe staff was super nice. They offered tea when I felt sick. Especially the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, Yunus has helpful all along.
However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean.

GGuest UserRiad very well located in the medina, you are out of Riad and you are right in the atmosphere. Riad is very quiet at night so no problem to sleep. The welcome is warm and the people present are in small care for you. The hotel is very clean.The Riad is located just 5 minutes walk from a surveyed underground parking. It is called parking Bab bouloud which is the name of the entrance door to the medina. Very practical if you are in car.

Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

EElsa and JojoThis hotel is very beautiful. The boss is an intellectual. He is very nice and enthusiastic. He speaks a little Chinese. The breakfast was generous, but it only started at 9 o'clock, and each guest was very slow. I ate for an hour and didn't wait for an omelette. If the schedule is tight, it is recommended to go out to eat, after all, the old city is on the side. The post office and the bank, as well as the blue door of Bruges, are also nearby. It is very convenient to take a taxi. The room was tidy. Hair dryer and air conditioner-his hair dryer works well. Prepare your own shampoo and shower gel.

GGuest UserThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
