"Excellent location, right at the medina's doorstep. This allows you to arrive by car and have your luggage dropped at the door, but also to be totally immersed in the medina after a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms (we came back for a second stay, so stayed in two different rooms). Delicious breakfast and the best possible service. Amazing restaurant across the street (Maison Fassi), which quickly became our cantine. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Fez!"

"This is a former Ibis hotel. The decor is modest, but it's clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and there's a supermarket nearby. Parking is in the hotel courtyard. The young Portuguese at reception is beyond reproach, a real expert."

"There are no complaints about the riad itself – it's a good place. But the location... If you want to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the non-touristy side of Fez's medina, with narrow, gloomy streets and locals aggressively advertising their services, this is the place for you. But the price you pay for this is having to walk a kilometer to places to eat and to places where taxis or tour buses go (for example, to Chefchaouen)."

The riad is very Moroccan and is only 200m away from the Blue Gate. You can find the leather factory along the main road. Lost in 9000 alleys"

"Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte"

"Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet."

"The stairwell is relatively narrow, and the waiter will help carry the luggage upstairs. The room hygiene, especially the bathroom, is more general and the stains are obvious. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast looks very rich, you know, it is actually bread, jam, juice mint tea. The owner and staff love to interact."
