I'm very particular about cleanliness: Both the guest rooms and public areas were impeccably clean, with no overlooked details. The bedding was tidy and odor-free, which made my stay incredibly reassuring. The staff were professional and attentive. After I booked, they even proactively informed me about Changsha's weather and what clothes to pack. They recommended places to visit after work, and they had the air conditioning turned on before I arrived, so it was warm and cozy – so thoughtful! "I stayed in room 3210. The room was reasonably clean and spacious enough, but I was still a bit disappointed. There was no power outlet near the computer desk, so I had to move the table to find one. While the room amenities, like the river-view bathtub, matched the description, the layout of this room type was quite perplexing. I really need to complain about the breakfast. There were no options to choose from; they just delivered it to your room at a set time. While it meant I didn't have to go to the restaurant, having no choice and the same breakfast every day was a letdown. It just didn't feel worth the price."

I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Changsha, and it turned out to be super convenient. ✅ It's very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes catching the train a breeze. ✅ The projector quality is crystal clear. My friend and I snuggled in bed watching dramas at night – it created such a great atmosphere, just like a private cinema. The whole room is smart-controlled; you can open/close curtains and adjust lighting all by voice. ✅ Full of thoughtful details – they even provided lingerie detergent and disposable face towels! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. ✅ The lobby is a multi-functional space. You can have a light meal in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. The public areas have a strong artistic vibe, so if you don't feel like going out, you can take some great photos right in the hotel. ✅ The service is genuinely excellent. My clothes accidentally fell onto the balcony, and the front desk handled it incredibly promptly. They quietly retrieved them in the morning and left them at the front desk for us. 👍 Overall, it offers great value for money, with attentive yet non-intrusive service. "The hotel's location is really convenient; it's just a short walk and a turn from the subway station. It's also easy to get to all the tourist attractions. The staff provided excellent service. It was raining a lot during my stay in Changsha, so my clothes dried very slowly, but they gave me extra hangers to help with drying, and they were very responsive whenever I needed something. The hotel is on the 22nd floor, and there's another hotel above it. One night it was quite noisy upstairs, but after I reported it, they quickly went to communicate with them. You can order a late-night porridge through their mini-program, and I got to try both red bean and mung bean, both of which were delicious. The front desk also offers hot coffee. Overall, I had a great experience, and it's excellent value for money!"

"This hotel is right by a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The transportation is excellent, and it's very close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I particularly want to thank the front desk lady. I arrived super early on the first day, and I thought we'd have to wait for our room to be cleaned, but instead, she directly upgraded us to a deluxe room on the highest floor with the most beautiful night view. Plus, she had a smile on her face the entire time, which really brightened our mood. Also, a big shout-out to the housekeeping lady and the laundry room lady. After cleaning our room, the housekeeping lady left a handwritten note, which is the first time I've ever seen something like that! We also received a welcome gift upon check-in. And the laundry room lady, seeing my clothes weren't completely dry, helped me dry them again – so, so grateful! Of course, there's also the delivery robot, which is just adorable. The room even had umbrellas and laundry bags, which was very thoughtful. My first visit to Changsha was filled with such warmth and excellent service!"

During my stay, I was affected by noise, which caused some unpleasantness. However, the hotel staff reacted promptly on-site, were sincere in their service attitude, and handled the issue proactively. I suggest that further staff training could be enhanced to improve their flexibility and quick-wittedness in problem-solving. I must also particularly commend the Trip.com customer service; they followed up and coordinated throughout, providing professional and thoughtful service that truly enhanced my experience. Putting aside the noise issue, the hotel's basic services were very well executed. I hope the hotel can rectify the noise problem soon and optimize staff service details. I believe this would lead to an even better overall stay, and I would be willing to choose this hotel again in the future."

"The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are a little dated. My first room smelled like smoke, and when I told the front desk, they even sent housekeeping to check. Housekeeping insisted they had already dealt with it and eliminated the smell, but I still got a new room. It was better than the first, and since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother to complain further. Note that the small bed in the room is a sofa bed, which is alright for sleeping. The complimentary fish head dish tasted pretty good. I didn't get the 50% Didi coupon, and no one mentioned it. The doorman at the entrance was exceptionally nice and provided great service.
