The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered my questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so my rest was completely undisturbed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was clear that great care is taken with maintenance, showing very high standards. It offers excellent value for money; the environment, facilities, and service all justify the price. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless, without any inconveniences. "SEE PICTURES BELOW TO FIND THE HOTEL! When I arrived it was dark and heavy rain. I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault! The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

"Environment: The entrance isn't very noticeable, took me a while to find it, and it didn't really look like a hostel from the outside. Service: I was pleasantly surprised by how good the service was for a hostel! They even helped carry my bags to the room when it was raining and gave a very detailed explanation of the layout and facilities. Hygiene: The linens were all pre-fitted, just like in a hotel, and I saw the staff cleaning every room."

"It is closed to the Changsha Nan Railway Station. But it is better to use taxi or DiDi services. It is a bit far from attractions in the city. The subway station is about 15 minutes walk but it takes about 25 minutes to go to the Orange Island. Altogether it takes about 1 hr to be there. The receptions are friendly and can easily communicate with Google translate. The room is nice and clean. It is in the next building which is named “ Green Tree Inn”"

It's really close to the subway station, just 100m from Huangxing Square. There are plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby.
