On my first night, at 2 AM, my room started leaking, turning into a 'waterfall cave.' Although the butler promptly moved me to another room, it still took a toll on me both mentally and physically. Honestly, for a high-rise hotel, especially one that prides itself on its special bathtubs, this is a serious safety hazard. That said, the hotel's service and their attitude towards handling issues are commendable."
