On a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us! Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.

The hotel lobby and rooms are elegantly decorated, clean, and full of thoughtful details. A special shout-out to the staff, who were both lovely and incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the central business district with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, so you don't have to venture far. I was initially worried about noise in such a busy area, but to my surprise, it was incredibly quiet at night – not a peep. The staff even provided us with a guide to nearby attractions and restaurants and offered a complimentary hotel photoshoot. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and they also had wonderful afternoon tea and pastries. Plus, there was seafood congee available for a late-night snack – absolutely fantastic! Our whole family unanimously gives this hotel a high recommendation. We'll definitely choose 'Yijian' again on our next visit to Changsha.

True to the Crowne Plaza brand, the hotel's service was excellent, and the room's bedding was very comfortable. The service was warm and thoughtful; they prepared the room according to my requests in advance, which was a pleasant surprise. A big thank you to the Guest Relations Manager for their service! They even gave us a complimentary welcome teddy bear, which was adorable! This first stay gave me a truly amazing experience; it's the only hotel I'd want to stay in long-term. It's also very convenient in Changsha County and offers great value for money. From check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly comfortable. During my stay, the gym was open 24/7, and the pool was open until 11 PM. The pool was also spacious and comfortable—100 points! You could easily spend all your time relaxing at the hotel. With the hot summer weather, the hotel even provided free popsicles for guests, bringing back so many childhood memories. An old-school popsicle was incredibly refreshing! Thumbs up! It was a perfect two-day holiday, and I genuinely recommend everyone to come and experience it. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a unique charm and a strong sense of history. The service is exceptional, and the room facilities are brand new. They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. This hotel has a great design, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, patient, and caring with children. There was also professional supervision at the pool when the kids were swimming. The welcome dessert was particularly delicious! When I asked the staff how to buy more, the hotel sent another complimentary portion! A big shout-out for that! Overall, the hotel's service is excellent, and I want to especially commend Bonnie for her warm and attentive service. Furthermore, when I left something behind, the staff were proactive in helping me search for and follow up on it. Looking forward to my next stay~

This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

The service was excellent, much better than the Westin Chongqing QAQ. However, the breakfast attendant was quite rude; when I asked a question, she responded with a dismissive 'hello.' The bed was very comfortable, but the 36th floor had a strong formaldehyde smell, so we had to urgently switch rooms in the middle of the night. I'd like to 'commend' the duty manager, a short-haired lady who was working the night shift on July 18th (26th year), for her quick response. She immediately arranged for a new room and even offered complimentary afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge. Her attitude was excellent, and the recovery was prompt, which was truly impressive. Additionally, I'd like to 'praise' Hans (pictured on the business card below). He patiently waited with our luggage while we changed rooms. We were moving for two hours, but he still waited with a smile. His service was very pleasant and much appreciated, and it definitely improved my perception of Westin's service quality.

My initial check-in experience wasn't great, but the manager quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. They even sent a welcome fruit basket, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast also deserves a shout-out – it had a wide variety and everything was delicious! Since it's summer vacation, they had daily parent-child activities planned, but our itinerary changed that day, so we couldn't participate.
