"I had a very satisfying stay at this 5-diamond hotel! My experience in Lijiang this time was particularly comfortable. During my extended stay, I needed coffee, tea, fruits, and drinking water daily. After communicating with the front desk, they responded very quickly, and all my requests were promptly arranged. Our departure car was at 3 PM, and we requested a 2 PM late check-out, which the hotel kindly coordinated. The service was very thoughtful and human-centered. The staff were warm, attentive, and communication was smooth and efficient. The room environment was comfortable, and the overall details were well-executed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Lijiang; everything about it gives you peace of mind. I will definitely choose this place first again on my next visit to Lijiang!"

"This hotel offered the best service during our trip these past few days. All staff members greeted us, and the lobby staff were incredibly warm and patient. We happened to be there during the Torch Festival, and all the employees were very enthusiastic.
The service felt like a five-star international hotel, not something you usually find in China. I'm so pleased to have such an experience at this price point. The only minor drawback was that the bar wasn't fully operational, probably due to fewer guests, but overall, it was excellent. It's definitely worth visiting and perfect for a vacation.

Seeing Yulong's sights from this hotel is easy with Walking Marriage Bridge, Cloud Mountain and Sea Resort and Lijiang Songcheng Show Park - Nacuo Sea all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The environment is quite nice, with the beautiful Wenbihai lake nearby. The scenery around Wenfeng Temple, a short drive away, is breathtaking. The facilities are good, but there aren't enough staff, which affects the service, especially for such a large hotel. The breakfast buffet wasn't very satisfying; the layout of the serving stations was poorly designed, and the coffee was subpar – definitely not 100% Arabica beans as claimed. Luckily, Richard stepped in, followed up promptly, and handled things patiently. I'd suggest differentiating between group and individual guests. We frequently stay at various hotels, and they often offer a small à la carte menu or some delivery options, which adds to the value and overall experience. Here, there's nothing like that; everything is the same. The dining experience was basically nonexistent and quite boring."

"Located in the village, it's very safe, and directly opposite the village committee. It's also convenient for driving, you can park right at the entrance. The hotel has an amazing view and incredibly thoughtful service, including pick-up and drop-off, which was very considerate. The aromatherapy is super soothing, and the butler service is impeccable, making for a truly relaxing vacation! The puppy is adorable, and the Alaskan malamute is huge, providing so much emotional comfort, it felt just like coming home. The evening tea around the fireplace also had a great atmosphere; it was perfect and so comforting to have after being out in the cold all day. I'll definitely come again, hoping for better weather next time so I can see the snow-capped mountains."

"The biggest surprise of my Lijiang trip was definitely the Songye Hotel. I was a bit hesitant when I booked it, but by the time I had to leave, I almost didn't want to check out! First, let me talk about what blew me away the most: the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise'. Around 6 AM, I pulled back the curtains, and the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was right there in front of me. Watching the peak slowly turn golden – my phone couldn't capture how stunning it was; you truly have to see it in person to understand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done. The bedding felt incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. The location is on the edge of Baisha Ancient Town, just a few minutes' walk to explore, yet it's very quiet. I heard no noise at all at night and slept wonderfully. In short, if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, gaze at the snow mountains, and not worry about a thing, Songye is absolutely worth the price. I'll most likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lijiang."

"I was absolutely blown away by this guesthouse in Lijiang's Baisha Ancient Town – my stay here was truly exceptional!
The guesthouse is nestled right at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. From my room, opening the window offered stunning views of the mist-shrouded peaks in the distance. Even lying in bed, I could gaze at the mountain scenery, which instantly lifted my spirits. The courtyard entrance features a beautiful water feature with floral arches, lush greenery, and white flowers adorned with light drapes. The reflections in the water created such an atmospheric setting, perfect for impromptu photos.
The common areas inside are incredibly stylish, with giant log pillars and artistic relief walls – every corner is Instagram-worthy. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bedding is super comfortable. They come equipped with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and an oversized bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring the ancient town, melting away the day's fatigue. The guesthouse amenities are comprehensive, making daily life hassle-free, and the overall environment is peaceful and serene.
As a side note, here’s a quick guide for exploring Baisha: you can take a public bus directly to the ancient town for 5 yuan. Nearby Baisha Archway, Yuhu Village, and Longnü Lake are all along the way and can be explored in about half a day, hitting multiple spots. If you're coming to Baisha to enjoy the snow-capped mountains and relax, staying here is absolutely perfect.

"My mom and I came to Lijiang, and I booked this hotel on a whim the day before we left. I never expected it would lead to such a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting Yunnan, and I fell in love with the place, largely thanks to staying at such a comfortable hotel. The location is quite easy to find, right on the square in Yuhu Village, so you don't have to walk a lot on cobblestone paths, and it's also very convenient for catching a taxi.
**Environment:** Waking up every day and opening the curtains to see the snow-capped mountains was truly healing. You can enjoy the snow mountain view from the guest rooms, the courtyard, and the restaurant. The hotel has been open for a while, but the facilities are well-maintained. The only minor issue was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and a slight drawback was that some of the essential oil bottles for the aromatherapy activity were empty. I hope they can be refilled promptly.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming. When we couldn't find a certain photo spot, they shared their location and came to guide us. I participated in the evening tea ceremony around the fireplace for three consecutive nights. It wasn't crowded, but the atmosphere was great, with warm roasted milk, local specialty rice sausages, and Erkuai (rice cakes), plus some snacks to munch on. Chatting by the fire with the front desk lady and the local Naxi ethnic minority male staff member was delightful; all the staff had really pleasant personalities, which made it very enjoyable.
Personally, I think staying here is much quieter and more pleasant than staying in the ancient town. I highly recommend it to friends who prefer a slower pace of travel and don't like crowds! I hope to come back for a second visit during mushroom picking season or the Torch Festival!"

"I can only say it was very mediocre. I was the only guest on my floor, and the light outside my door was broken, which made going back to my room at night super scary and creepy. Also, the room key card was broken! I booked two rooms for two nights. When I checked in in the morning, they told me there was a system issue and gave me a room code, promising the key card later that afternoon. But even after I got the key card in the afternoon, it didn't work; I still had to use the code to get in. And here's the main point: the codes for every room were incredibly simple – I could even guess the code for each room! So, I was really worried about the safety of my belongings in the hotel... it was quite alarming and made me feel uneasy the whole time! It felt very unsafe. The shower water was also very difficult to adjust; it would suddenly get scalding hot, and I got burned twice while showering and washing my hands. The towels were also very old; I found them too worn out even for drying my hands. And the tissues were incredibly thin and terrible, just awful... The only redeeming quality was the nice scenery of the campsite behind the hotel. The rooms themselves were genuinely very, very bad!!!! On a side note, the hotel's restaurant food was pretty good and worth trying."

"Initially, I was drawn in by the beautiful photos online and had high expectations for my stay. Upon arrival, I found that the service was the biggest surprise. This is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for service. They proactively upgraded my room upon check-in, and the room was prepared with hand cream, special fruits, and pastries. Every evening, warm bedtime milk was delivered, which my child absolutely loved. The most fortunate thing was that we happened to arrive during the hotel's Torch Festival! The hotel organized a wonderful buffet dinner and thoughtfully provided a complimentary portion for my child. The activities were also plentiful and engaging, including a bonfire party where everyone danced around the fire, and dazzling fireworks lit up the sky. It felt incredibly ceremonial, and you could tell the hotel put a lot of effort into planning and organizing everything. These are truly unforgettable and beautiful memories. The hotel's mushroom foraging activity was also very fun. The rice noodles and egg rolls at breakfast were delicious too. A special thanks to our butler, who was always responsive to our requests, no matter how late, making our trip completely stress-free. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang!"

It’s too happy to stay in Ma’an Linxuan. It’s too happy to climb to the top of Ma’an Mountain to enjoy the scenery of the mountains. The first spring couplet written by Linxuan children is full of temperature. The spaghetti of Naxi boss is amazing. The baby is also taken to do handmade together! I drank the affectionate plum wine brewed by the proprietress herself. I also received a super intimate Naxi gift bag when I left the store. Although the journey was short, it was wrapped in layers of love and gentleness. The bottom of my heart was full of warm energy. This treasure homestay with fireworks and poetic feelings in the world. Hidden Lijiang's most moving beauty, really recommended, worth N brush!

Guest UserDiscovered this hidden gem in Lijiang Baisha! Stepping into the hotel, you're greeted by a vast green pasture with the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance, shrouded in mist – it's like something out of a Ghibli film.
The room has a warm Wabi-sabi aesthetic, and the ambient lighting under the bed is incredibly gentle. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows frame the snow-capped mountains and the lawn like a painting. The bathtub faces the outside, so you can watch the clouds drift by while soaking – pure bliss!
The absolute best part is the swing on the rooftop. When you swing, the snow mountain and the pasture become your perfect backdrop. I took hundreds of photos in my dress, feeling like an runaway princess in every shot, no editing needed!

Highly recommend this hotel! If the weather's good, you can see the 'Golden Mountain' (sunrise illuminating the snow-capped mountains) right from the hotel restaurant. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one had the best service. The front desk lady even waited up for us until late at night. The front desk staff here are also amazing – so enthusiastic, they helped us with our luggage and proactively gave us recommendations for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. Anything we needed, the hotel staff brought it up quickly. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us a souvenir, which was a lovely surprise. Their service truly made my Lijiang experience perfect. Lijiang is great, I'll definitely come back next time!

gongzhuxiThe hotel environment is particularly quiet, there is no commercialization, the noise gives me a big surprise, the room is large, the floor-to-ceiling balcony door is very light, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain bubble pool outside the window is also great, the academy courtyard is very good, there is a tea tree in the lobby for more than 200 years, waiting for a large projection on the roof at night, Ahua has a gentle and caring attitude, and will help in time when encountering problems. The hotel is very suitable for a quiet holiday, away from the flow of people and relax.
