"The room was very clean, and the guesthouse itself was beautiful with a lovely small courtyard and a big dog. It's also kid-friendly! You can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the hotel, and if the weather is good, you can even catch the 'golden mountain' sunrise right from the entrance. It's super quiet at night, and you can see so many stars ✨. It's just a short walk to Baisha Old Town, so getting around is very convenient, and it's close to all the attractions. The staff were also really nice. I truly love Lijiang; the pace of life is so relaxed. I'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!"

"The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel special from before check-in all the way through your stay. The breakfast, homemade rice noodles by the auntie who works there, was absolutely delicious – I'm still drooling just thinking about it! The biggest surprise was the fantastic atmosphere; guests naturally gathered to eat and chat like friends. Those little moments of warmth during a trip are truly rare and precious. The room itself was beyond words. You could see the snowy mountains right from the window, and the view was absolutely stunning. Even better, there's a two-month-old Border Collie puppy on site – so adorable, definitely a bonus! Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'll definitely choose 'Snow Mountain House' again without hesitation!"

"Our butler went above and beyond, patiently helping us park our car and even delivering late-night takeout right to our door. The hotel's facilities are absolutely fantastic! Our room was cleaned daily, and the hygiene was impeccable. The butler also thoughtfully provided a detailed list of pre-trip注意事项 (travel tips/precautions). Since we were traveling with elderly family members, they even prepared oxygen tanks and oral solutions for us. Upon our return, the butler spent time chatting and having tea with our elders. This level of service helped us avoid potential travel risks, saved us time, and significantly enhanced the quality of our trip. Such a wonderful establishment deserves to be discovered by more people. Both the owner and the butler are incredibly patient, and the service is truly excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"You can lie directly on the bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' (sunrise/sunset on snow-capped mountains). The breakfast is quite rich and can even be delivered to your room. It's also very close to the entrance of Baisha Ancient Town, with many snack bars and fast-food restaurants nearby. You can rent an electric scooter to get to the popular '网红大经幡' (large prayer flag attraction). They offer welcome fruits, desserts, a goodnight drink, and free snacks in the room. At the front desk, there's a beverage counter where freshly made coffee, milk tea, and sparkling water are available all day for free. Our luggage was delivered to our room, and when we left, we each got another free, delicious drink. In the evenings, there's a bonfire party for over an hour, where you can even do KTV. There are many photo spots in the courtyard; a whole day isn't enough to capture them all. There's also a group butler available to contact at any time. It happened to be my birthday, and they even decorated for me. Thanks to the thoughtful staff!"

"Service: The day before check-in, the owner created a dedicated WhatsApp group for us. When I arrived in Baisha Ancient Town in the morning and contacted him, he even helped with our luggage. Since there was an available room at check-in, the owner kindly upgraded us for free. He was also very responsive and helpful when we asked for travel advice later on. 👍 Facilities: The guesthouse has a restaurant and a laundry room. The room was equipped with a large screen projector, and the hot water in the bathroom came quickly. Once the heating was on, the entire room was pretty warm. The smart toilet even had a heated seat function. Environment: The observation deck offered direct views of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' (a local scenic phenomenon). Both the guesthouse courtyard and the reception area were beautifully decorated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Location: The guesthouse is just a short walk from the entrance of Baisha Ancient Town. Breakfast was excellent! 👍"

"This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. We're from Jiaxing, Zhejiang, and after landing in Kunming, we traveled through Dali to Lijiang and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff's service was excellent; they upgraded our room and provided free breakfast. I highly recommend the 601 family room; it has a bathtub, and you can lie in bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' just by opening the curtains. There's also a rooftop where you can enjoy afternoon tea and take photos. Anyway, it was a fantastic stay. I'm writing this review while waiting at the airport. It was truly a worthwhile trip. Heading home to Hangzhou!~~~"

"The entire hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are incredibly spacious with large windows offering great views. The room amenities are also very comfortable, especially the electric smart toilet, which is super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent too; it's right across from Lijiang Railway Station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also a short taxi ride to the Old Town. Given such great value for money and being a Wyndham brand hotel, I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"房間特別大，一進門就心情舒暢了，房間帶的陽台直麪雪山，面前是一個超大的牧場。不管是設施衞生環境還是服務都是一等一的，特別滿意。店裡麪的員工都像是入股了一樣，每個人熱情都特別高。管家驚雲還有一衹好看的小狗狗，特別可愛，還會給推薦附近好玩的好吃的，有什麼需求每個人都特別熱心。 店裡還送了拍照，扎染和製茶餅。 拍照包含粧造，有3張精修照片，基本都是拍的藏族服飾本來沒報期望，沒想到拍出來的效果意外的好，沒忍住還加了精修。 扎染是送的做一個小方巾，店裡麪一點都不會因為是酒店送的敷衍，很細緻教。 製茶餅老闆也很好，給介紹各種茶的知識，品嚐了很多，也都不用消費。茶餅可以回家留個紀念，説是要喝的話最好一年以後再喝，都是做的生普。 總之在這家店過得很開心，很遺憾後面還有別的行程，不能繼續住了。"

"This was a spontaneous stay, prompted by my daughter wanting to see the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' (Rizhao Jinshan). I hadn't done much research, just wanted to be close to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, hoping for good accommodation and a delicious breakfast. Our search started from Lijiang Ancient Town, heading straight towards Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Along the way, nothing seemed quite right until we navigated to 'Rizhao Jinshan Forest Secret Starry Sky Cabin Resort'. We arrived at 11 PM. Driving through the dense forest, I felt a little apprehensive, but the staff guided us smoothly to the jungle cabin. After explaining our purpose, they immediately recommended a special offer room. I was a bit worried the conditions might be subpar, but to my surprise, this 'hidden gem' of a special offer room truly impressed me. It was an exquisite jungle cabin, not at all inferior despite being a special offer, even better than I'd imagined. That evening, the staff promptly provided us with all the best spots to view the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise'. They were incredibly patient and meticulous. Breathing in the forest air, I felt wide awake. From the viewing platform outside the hotel, I witnessed a sky full of stars, truly awe-inspiring, a reminder of the vastness of the universe. I finally drifted off to sleep, warm under the electric blanket. The closest viewing point for 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' is just a 10-minute walk away. We woke up well-rested and had plenty of time to find the perfect spot. Witnessing the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' truly cleansed the soul. Returning to our jungle cabin, surrounded by the scent of fruitwood, gazing at the clear pond in front, the Yunnan-style rice noodles chased away the chill. The aroma of coffee filled the air, seemingly the lingering scent of our cabin. Bathed in the morning light, we reluctantly bid farewell to our forest cabin. It was an accidental encounter, a wonderful surprise… Wishing everything gets better and better in 2026."

"Our initial hotel choice didn't quite meet expectations after a quick look, so we rebooked this place online. From the moment I contacted the owner, I was struck by their warmth. They clearly explained the available room types and immediately added me on WeChat to send precise driving directions. We were in two cars, and while we followed the navigation, many parts of the old town were under construction, leading to some confusion. The hotel promptly sent a staff member to guide us directly to the hotel, which was incredibly thoughtful! The owner gives off the impression of someone who truly knows how to live well and appreciates refined tastes. She's genuine and kind, and even recommended a fantastic local attraction that really surprised us. The hotel's layout features rooms on two (and partially three) floors surrounding a small garden. We stayed on the second floor, and our room had a small balcony with a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – simply amazing to be able to see it just by opening the curtains in our room! You can also go up to the third-floor terrace for panoramic views. There's even a charming glass sunroom on the terrace, a detail that truly showcases the owner's special attention and was a delightful surprise! The room itself was quite spacious, with clean and tidy bedding and amenities. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area (which I particularly appreciated). The free breakfast was excellent and varied each of the three days we were there! One more thing worth mentioning: bottled water was placed near the stairwell for guests to help themselves – a truly generous touch! The location is fantastic, just a ten-minute walk to Baisha Ancient Town, making it a perfect choice for a quiet stay that's still close to the action. During our stay, we even met foreign guests from Singapore and the UK. All in all, if we come back to the area, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!"
