"The shuttle service to and from Tobu Nikko Station was very convenient. Upon arrival, check-in was handled directly at a small table, with only the payment requiring a quick visit to the front desk. Guests arriving around 3 PM can enjoy afternoon tea service. The hot spring bath was spacious and excellent. Breakfast and dinner were served in private dining rooms with lovely views, which was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is superb: the Two Shrines and One Temple (UNESCO World Heritage sites) are just a short walk from the front, and Kanmangafuchi Abyss is easily accessible from the back. There's also a local bus stop right outside, though the bus service is quite infrequent, so catching one is a matter of luck."

"I liked a warm hotel very much, the room was super super big, and after the hotel communicated, I could take the decisive choice of the baby, booked the breakfast and dinner, and they were very rich, the seats were cooked and timed. There are very few warm-hearted public soups, and children like them very much. I will think about this next time I come to Nikko. On the first floor, you can buy special products, buy a lot, give a discount, the husband who is responsible for the cashier, the mother-in-law who served the dishes are super good."

"-The room is very clean and has everything! There is also an automatic kettle and a bucket of ice. The only flaw is that the quilt cover looks old, a bit scary, and it is actually quite comfortable.
-The hot spring facilities are old, the pool is small, but it is very tasteful, it is the appearance of the imagined open-air hot spring, the milky sulfur hot spring, the stone bottom, the trees are around, the real open air. I went in at 6 o'clock in the evening, because it was dinner time, so the whole pool was alone.

"The name of the hotel is Huaqianxiang, and you need to search for this name on Google Maps. We booked two different suites, both with balconies (equipment platforms), and the river views are good. The hotel breakfast and dinner are great! In addition, remember to make an appointment with the front desk for the shuttle bus after check-out when checking in, otherwise you will face no car to take when you check out. It is an old hot spring hotel. The waiters are polite as a whole. Due to the late check-in, we informed that the dinner was cancelled, but later called the room to say that dinner was prepared and asked to go to the restaurant as soon as possible. Although the restaurant staff urged us to eat, they had a good attitude and kept saying sorry. In fact, this matter was due to our earlier mistakes, so we can't blame the hotel entirely. People also have work off-get off work time, so we also end the dinner at the scheduled time haha. Thank you for the restaurant's service. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay in. The area of the ordinary room is not small, and the food and river view are added points. Tips: In short, you have to take advantage of the daytime to go to Kinu River. There are no taxis if it's late."

"The most important buffet dinner during the stay was served very late, and the dishes were often empty, which is very rare in Japan.

JjudyheyhIn short, it is a beautiful hotel. Whether it is the public area, the room or the view, it is very delicately considered. Although the breakfast is a set, it is very rich, especially the in-room dining experience is very good. I like the bar very much. There are many cocktail choices and they are also very creative. The yuzu ramen is a must-try. The marketing packaging is also very good! The location is also good, and the attractions are within walking distance. The maple leaf season is amazing! The service is quite good, and English communication is barrier-free. They can remember us after three days. The hot spring is also good, and it also comes with a sauna, which is very helpful for relaxation. There is nothing wrong with it except the price.

The food was also great, kaiseki was amazing, very good tableside service, traditional Japanese restaurant. There are two public hot spring baths with their own characteristics. The male bath and the female bath are fixed every night, so you can experience both baths. The hot spring quality is very good, the hotel environment is clean and there are many facilities, which is very suitable for family travel. A very recommended hotel.

BBenjaminsim87An extravagant Onsen Hotel experience. I came in Autumn in the depth of fall colours. Every night the wind in the trees lulled me to bed. The rooms with the private tub and terrace are awesome. Dinner and breakfast is luxurious too with a sampling of local Nikko delicacies like Yuba. A hotel for adults looking for calm and solace.

The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

WWangVery good, very old-fashioned hostel, hot springs and two meals are great. A little distance from the train station, when I went, I called the service staff to pick it up, but when I returned to the train station, I called a taxi because there was a person on duty in the lobby, not far away, but a bit expensive. It is recommended to ask the hotel in advance or make an appointment for the transfer.

RRandom随机Wow! This place was fantastic! The staff are all courteous and professional. The hotel rooms are really clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and tranquil. I really enjoyed the nature vibes, and the river view by the window is perfect! The sound of the water flow and birds chirping made it to be a great night's sleep. The morning scenery is even better. I have no complaints. It was a great place to stop and rest and admire your surroundings. Take advantage of the swimming pool and the hot springs. (FYI: No tattoos allowed in case you have any, so you won't be alarmed when you see the sign.) Otherwise, everything was great about my stay! ☺️

It is acceptable not to make too many demands on meals, but you need to be cautious if you have demands. The breakfast has Japanese and Western styles, and there is a solid part, which is highly recommended. Listening to the sound of water and birdsong, it is very pleasant.
The public bathing pools are average. It’s a pity that the private baths are fully booked on weekends, but the public open-air pools are also okay. Fireworks are set off at night, and the open-air hot springs can be enjoyed. It feels good.
There is a bus to pick up and drop off the hotel at the entrance of the hot spring town, 200 yen is half price for adults and children (prepare coins). The station is on the right hand side when you come out of the station. Show the driver the name of the hotel and you will be told which car (two cars in two directions) for the return trip Let the front desk help you call the bus driver to make a reservation, the earliest is 9.20
