Guest UserThe hostel was really clean and so comfortable!
It's very close to the sea. I used it very generously at this price. Thank you for taking care of me very kindly!
I walked on the Olegil right in front of the hostel and walked with a bow.
The weather was very hot, but the air conditioner was really cool.
Pyosun Beach is close and Tosanpo-gu is close, so I was thinking about where to go, but I went to Pyosun Beach and played!
If you are a couple, I really recommend the spa room!

Guest UserQuiet place with good restaurant and a small convenience store. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor jacuzzis were filthy. You have to wear a swimming cap to use the pool, even if you’re bald and have a beard (they’re very strict about that, like in most Korean hotels). This will never make sense to me. Hot springs are gender separated. Also important to know if you’re not from Asia: there is no „fun swimming“ culture. No running, jumping and splashing around. You wear a swimming cap and goggles and you swim laps. That’s it. If you’re from the western hemisphere and travel with your kids, this is new!

Guest UserThe hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent, and the swimming pool facilities are very family-friendly. The environment is also modern and stylish, making the stay comfortable for both adults and children. Highly recommended!

Guest UserI went in the winter, but the water was nice and hot, so it wasn't cold at all.
The free roasted sweet potato and fish cake service was great, and the movie screenings were good too (though I think it would be better if the movie selections were animated films that are easier for families to watch).
The paid pre-beds weren't for the whole day, and the price was expensive... so that was a bit disappointing.
Still, I plan to visit again in the winter.

Anonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

Guest UserLotte Hotel is located in the heart of Seogwipo's resort area. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were met with warm service and a relaxing, vacation vibe.
Being a resort hotel, the rooms are incredibly spacious. We booked a family room this time, with one single and one double bed, and the single bed was even big enough for two people to sleep comfortably.
One of the best things is that you can walk directly from the hotel to Jungmun Beach (though it's a 10-minute walk down some stairs). The hotel also has its own outdoor pool, which was great for the kids to splash around in. We could spend the whole day there, eating and drinking without ever leaving the pool. The changing rooms at the pool were also convenient for showering, and we even played there for a while after checking out.
Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store and a few restaurants. A 10-minute walk brings you to a McDonald's and more dining options. This whole area is a resort district with many hotels, so the roads and commercial areas are well-planned together, making for a pleasant and convenient environment.
My only complaints were that we were only assigned a room on the 2nd floor (the front desk is on the 8th), and on our check-out day, they completely refused our request for a late check-out until 1 PM.

The hotel environment was just okay, to be honest. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and you could walk straight out to the outside from the balcony door, which meant privacy was a bit lacking. There were tons of tour groups every day, making check-in a slow process. On our second day, nothing in the room was replenished. I'm pretty sure they only vacuumed the floor and made the bed. Nothing else was wiped down; stains on the mirror and dust on the desk were still there after housekeeping. I had to disinfect and wipe the toilet seat myself, or you'd better bring your own toilet cover, otherwise, you'll find it's dirty even after a quick wipe. Breakfast options were very limited, not much to choose from. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed annoyed by Chinese tourists. Besides being close to the theme park and water park, I generally wouldn't recommend it.

Was great location, service was good, place looks great. Only one thing, there’s not a lot of people around. Only saw 1 other person every time we were there. Was a bit strange and not cozy because of that but everything was great!

meteor_luoThis resort is great, the environment is lovely, and there are various styles to choose from. The Korean-style villa is very spacious, and the underfloor heating keeps it toasty warm. The Royal Suite has a private outdoor hot spring, which is quite comfortable, but it takes a long time to fill up. There aren't many staff at the hotel, so you'll have to carry your own luggage. However, the minibar in the room is complimentary and restocked regularly. I recommend avoiding rooms near the restaurant, as they play music at 6 PM, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Everything else is good though! 👍
