"The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to reach all attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offered a rich variety and superb quality. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic; the food was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Even as a Southerner, I found the flavors perfectly to my liking! The cleanliness was also impeccable. This hotel is undoubtedly the top choice when visiting Chengde, and its number one ranking is absolutely justified!"

"I want to say that this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I brought the elderly and children to Chengde for a May Day trip. I stayed in Tianbao Holiday for four days and three nights. I arrived at 11 noon on the first day and arranged for early check-in. The welcoming guy helped us drag our luggage to the room. Every service staff we met took the initiative to greet us with a smile. There were obvious signs on the steps, and the service staff reminded us to pay attention to safety. On the 11th floor where we stayed, the waiter Liu Fengxia took great care of us in the past few days. We were fed snacks every day. When it was hot, we took the initiative to put a few more bottles of mineral water in the room. There was also white fungus soup to relieve internal heat every night. All the details touched us and made us feel like we were home. When we left, they also prepared food for us on the road. I also recommend Tianbao's main meal. I ate it for two consecutive days. It was economical and tasted great. I personally think it was better than the restaurant recommended on Dianping. The elderly and children said that the happiest thing about this trip was staying in Tianbao Holiday. They will stay here when they come to Chengde in the future."

"We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. "Excellent! The location is fantastic, very close to the Mountain Resort and easily walkable. Crucially, they have parking available, which is a huge plus, especially when all other nearby lots are full. I was even offered a complimentary room upgrade by the staff. For just over 100 RMB, I got a mountain view room, which was incredible value. I could lie in bed in the morning and watch the sunrise, with beautiful mountain and water views right outside my window. On the downside, the facilities are quite dated. The main issue was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell emanating from the drain."

"Self-driving tour, the hotel has convenient transportation and parking, and it is within walking distance of the Kangxi Grand Ceremony. The point is that the hotel bed is particularly comfortable to sleep."

The parking lot is spacious and free, making self-driving travel stress-free. The room facilities are complete and the soundproofing is excellent. The hygiene is even more meticulous, with clean bedding and no dead corners in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you have. The price/performance ratio is very high, highly recommended, and definitely worthy of five-star praise!"
