"The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door). The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay. The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had a wonderful time at Silver Resortel. My first night in Phuket wasn't here, but after seeing the room the next day, I booked it through Trip.com. It's super close to the beach, just a 3-minute walk. You can put on your swimsuit in the morning, leave your key at the front desk, and head straight to the beach for a swim – incredibly convenient! Downstairs, there's the Oasis bar and restaurant, which is excellent; I ate there two nights in a row. The lady at the front desk was fantastic, very friendly. She even told me the night before that she'd be off on my check-out day and wished me a pleasant trip. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and it offers incredible value for money!"

"Having stayed at many Ibis hotels, this one's room layout was pretty standard and consistent. It even had a swimming pool and a resort-like vibe. If you walk out and turn left, you'll reach Patong Beach in five minutes. A fifteen-minute walk along the beach will take you to Patong Night Market and the smart bus stop for the airport. However, overall, the facilities are in dire need of a major renovation and maintenance. In my room, for instance, the iron furniture was severely rusted, there were multiple stains on the bedding, and the balcony door was broken, among other issues that I just had to put up with. The most awkward moment was when the showerhead fell off mid-shower; its holder was already deformed, so I had to hold the showerhead by hand. After showering, the entire bathroom was flooded, and it couldn't dry out all night because there was no drain under the sink. I really hope the hotel undergoes a massive facility upgrade. On the brighter side, the hotel's location is quite good, and the young ladies working at the front desk were also very pleasant."

"We arrived at the hotel. At first, it seemed like a regular hotel, but when we saw our private rooftop lounge area, we were really surprised and decided that the hotel was definitely worth it, even better than the price (the price was quite cheap). We really loved the hotel. The location is excellent! There's a 7/11 nearby and Karon Beach is just 5 minutes away. Wonderful!"

"Every time I visit Phuket, I usually stay in Patong, but this time I wanted to experience a different lively area. I booked this hotel last minute after landing, and the price was really reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The owner even has adorable kittens, which cat lovers will absolutely adore! The location is fantastic too – there's a 7-Eleven right outside, and the beach is just across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and even an influencer-famous cafe nearby. This area isn't as bustling and commercial as Patong, but it still offers everything you need for food, drinks, and daily necessities. It's all about convenience! There are a lot of Westerners around, and it has this 'quiet in the midst of activity' vibe. If you're traveling solo and looking to relax, this hotel is an excellent choice. It truly feels like a top pick by Westerners, haha! Make sure to fully enjoy your wonderful vacation here!"

"Great value for money, and super close to the airport – just a 10-minute walk. The only slight hassle was the elevator, it was a bit confusing to navigate. The room itself was quite spacious, and the bed was huge (around 1.8m-2m wide). The air conditioning worked really well too, which was a plus! Lots of dining options nearby. Forgot to take photos of the room though."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Patong's bar street, just a 2-3 minute walk away. Directly across from the hotel is the famous Number 6 restaurant, which offers good food at reasonable prices, averaging around 50-80 RMB per person. I booked a twin room, and to my surprise, the hotel assigned me a room with a balcony, which was perfect for drying clothes after two days of island hopping. The hotel service was great, though the soundproofing was a bit poor; I could often hear clear footsteps. The main issue was the lack of toothbrushes – when I asked at the front desk, they said they don't provide them, citing environmental awareness. "

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent — the beach is only about a 10–15 minute walk, and there are plenty of shops nearby, so everything you might need is close at hand. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money — the price is very reasonable for the quality you get. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

FFabian1904War im 4er mixed dorm, Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche sind im Zimmer enthalten. Ansich sehr schönes Hostel mit großzügigen Pool und Billiardtisch. Service am check in ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Fragen. Direkt gegenüber ist eine kleine mall mit leckeren und günstigen Essen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 50m entfernt und hat 24 Stunden geöffnet.

AAnasdanA lovely and cozy little four-story hotel! We stayed in the “Peach” room with a bathtub — clean, comfortable, and offering a beautiful view of the pond and Monkey Mountain. The room has everything you need: a kettle, hairdryer, shower cap, cotton buds, shower gel and shampoo, two bottles of water, and instant coffee. Housekeeping is done daily. The hotel is a bit far from the beaches, but if you have a motorbike, it’s perfectly fine! The staff are very polite and friendly. We had an early check-out, and after letting them know the night before, everything was handled quickly and smoothly in the morning. Special greetings to the local cat — he’s so cute and chubby! 🐱 The property is small but very cozy, full of greenery and flowers. There’s a small pool and plenty of spots to sit and relax. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel or on its grounds, but there’s a designated smoking area just outside. Overall, a very pleasant and charming place. Highly recommend! 🌿 ——— Очень милый камерный четырехэтажный отель! Мы останавливались в номере «Персик» с ванной — чистом и уютном, с прекрасным видом на пруд и гору обезьян. В номере есть всё необходимое: чайник, фен, шапочка для душа, ватные палочки, гель для душа и шампунь, две бутылки воды и растворимый кофе. Уборка проводится каждый день. Отель расположен немного вдали от пляжей, но если вы путешествуете на байке — это не проблема. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. У нас был ранний выезд, и после того как мы предупредили вечером, утром нас быстро и без проблем выселили. К сожалению, местное кафе во время нашего пребывания не работало, поэтому не удалось ничего попробовать. Указано, что оно снова откроется в январе. Отдельный привет местному котику — он невероятно милый и пухленький! 🐱 Территория небольшая, но очень уютная — вокруг много зелени и цветов. Есть небольшой бассейн и множество мест, где можно посидеть и отдохнуть. На территории отеля курить нельзя, но для курящих предусмотрена отдельная зона за пределами отеля. В целом — очень приятное, душевное место. Рекомендую! 🌿

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are really old. The air conditioning vents were black, looking like they'd never been cleaned, and the filter was loose, causing a huge amount of noise! The refrigerator also made a loud noise when it started up. I had to unplug the fridge and turn off the AC at night just to sleep, otherwise, I'd definitely need earplugs. The room key operates the electricity, so when you take the key out, the power cuts off. This meant returning to a hot and humid room, which was completely unacceptable. The room was cleaned reasonably well, and the pools weren't crowded. The area was quiet for Kata standards. However, the balcony faced a construction site, so there was dust. Hand soap, toothbrushes, and slippers were not provided. The face towels were yellow and old. On the upside, the water pressure was good and the hairdryer was powerful.

I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities. RESTAURANT & POOL AREA The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right. BREAKFASTS The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality ROOM SERVICE Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it. ROOMS If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great. Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that. You will have: Fridge Kettle, cups and glasses Plenty of packing and cupboard space Bed side Tables and lamps Towels Bedding was comfortable AIRCONDITIONING Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old. LOCATION The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost. I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is. PESTS Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons. I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay. DEPOSIT The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

MMaddog220This is a small boutique and budget hotel located within 10 mins walking distance to the Patong Beach and nightlife in Bangla walking street. The location is great and close to many local eateries and massages and spa. The hotel is jaded but at least it’s clean and the basic amenities are there to ensure a safe and comfortable environment to sleep overnight. The walls are thin and not soundproof as you can hear your neighbours’ loud conversations late into the night, though there are not much noises from the streets. The swimming pool is not well maintained and non-usable during my stay there (see last picture). The free breakfast buffet is simple and the same every morning and they are mostly western-styled menu and nothing to shout about. I would only recommend this hotel to budget travellers who is not fussy and spend most of their time out except to come back to sleep at night.

Room service was very polite and everyone at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel was very accommodating and paid very close attention to detail. When my flight was later in the day, they even assisted me with a place to rest while I waited for my driver. Excellent service. I ordered drinks and they were brought up to the rooftop pool which overlooked the beach. Really a great view and directly across the Patong Pier, so it was very easy to go to Yona Beach Club from there. The location isn’t far from the party scene but isn’t close enough to be disturbed at night. However, the ocean view is directly next to the road, so loud music will play sometimes when a car passes by—nothing the hotel can avoid. It didn’t bother me much. If I come back to Phuket in the future, I will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserBest budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc. Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony. It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city. So, you can stay at your own, without much crowd with less expensive surroundings. This area is dominant by Muslims so you will get so many halal food options around the hotel. From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price. You can have dinner or lunch options within 50-60 baht per person. You will get Phi Phi Island tour packages and Phi Phi Ferry tickets right at the reception of this hotel at cheap rate with pick up and drop off services. You will get bike rent services just the road beside of this hotel at cheap price. Hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than to your check in time, they will let you keep your luggage safely and provide washrooms to change or freshen up. The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view. It has so many elements those give aesthetic and classical looks like wall mirrors, beds, dress table mirror etc. Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island. But the man on duty at the reception, made bread toast, provided butter and jam with coffee and tea, as limited breakfast option. Everything of the hotel, including the room rent and facilities were great except there was a huge dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. So there is a odor every time during your stay, especially you can't sit on your balcony or at the hotel front beautiful outdoor lobby because its like the whole city's garbage is thrown just in front of your place.

Drying clothes on the balcony. 3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly. 4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away. 5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices. 6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store. 7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around. 8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage. 9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door. 10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit. 11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km. 12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters. 13. Wi-Fi connection is good. 14. Functioning water kettle. 15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own. 16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits. Cons 1. The TV is not working at all. 2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG. 3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable. 4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.
