"The room wasn't particularly new, and some of the facilities were a bit old. What really left me speechless was coming back to my room at night to find my door wide open! The front desk told me the cleaning lady forgot to close it! So my room door was just left open all day for no good reason. Everyone passing by could see into my room and my belongings, and even walk right in! And not a single apology from start to finish. 'Sorry' isn't a hard word to say. They even said, 'As long as nothing was stolen, it's fine.' I was just speechless... With service like that, there won't be a next time for me."

"I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was nice but quite small, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely exceptional, one of the highlights. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience: 1. Hot water wasn’t available in the mornings when you typically need it the most. 2. The water pressure was quite low until the maintenance team came to fix it. 3. The washroom also had a constant unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. 4. Additionally, the boxing arena right in front of the hotel created a lot of noise, especially during the evenings. 5. We had to ask for a few amenities (soap and slippers) Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay, but you do get what you pay for. Because of the helpful staff and outstanding breakfast, I’m giving this hotel a positive rating."

"Clean with a decent view. We stayed in the portion without an elevator which ****** after a long day. The location is off the main road a bit so it’s quieter so you can sleep better. There is a convenient laundry service close by. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The beach is only a ten minute walk away. Bangla walking road is also fairly close, less than 10 minutes."

"The front desk staff were great, always there and helpful. You have to pay 1,000 THB on arrival. The rooms are nice and laid out well, I preferred the Mountain View. The cleaning staff were lovely and helped fix an issue with air con very quickly. The pool was nice but not ladder down so a bit in accessible if you have mobility issues. Sauna was ok, bit small and smelly. Location perfect, easy walk to Central mall."

"The room didn't have any toiletries or a hairdryer. It was also a bit noisy since it was close to the road, and the soundproofing wasn't great. For the price, this hotel felt a bit expensive, and the overall experience was just average."

AAnonymous UserI stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm for 2 nights on the upper deck near the door. And the overall stay is pleasant. First of all. the iron rack itself is mounted in the wall. so there will be no shaky double decker and no noise when you climbing up and down. The space is kinda wide as well so you wont find yourself squeezing in a tiny bed. Aircon is well functioning but temperature is not controllable. A towel will be provided for the stay, together with a puffy pillow and blanket. It comes with a spacious locker that can accomocadate a big luggage. Entrance to the main door and your room door using card. like a hotel you will need to slide in the same card to the socket on the wall for electricity. There is a tiny washroom in the room. shower space and toilet bowl seperated by a nylon curtain. Need to mention their toilet bowl is pretty silent when flushing which make the stay even peaceful. While on the facilities, the common area pretty mucn looks the same in the photos. Beautiful and comfortable. However, the premise is built by a river, so there is quite some whiteflies(?) kind of insect flying around. Simple breakfast including bread and jam, cookies, coffee, black tea, fruit of the day, soup of the day etc. will be provided every day. I enjoyed their pumkin soup and black tea very much. Just sitting by the pool enjoying the breakfast is very satisfiying. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Communication in english is fluent. Do take note to inform the staff upon checkin if you preferred a down deck bed. no bed change allowed once you get you key. The stay is not directly located in the center of the town. walking to the center takes around 10~ minutes. a small mall located right opposite the building. a few restaurant in the mall that smells pretty good. Tops daily is also available in the mall, and 711 is at 5 minutes walking distance. Overall enjoyed the stay very much. AAnonymous UserThe facilities are really old. The air conditioning vents were black, looking like they'd never been cleaned, and the filter was loose, causing a huge amount of noise! The refrigerator also made a loud noise when it started up. I had to unplug the fridge and turn off the AC at night just to sleep, otherwise, I'd definitely need earplugs. The room key operates the electricity, so when you take the key out, the power cuts off. This meant returning to a hot and humid room, which was completely unacceptable. The room was cleaned reasonably well, and the pools weren't crowded. The area was quiet for Kata standards. However, the balcony faced a construction site, so there was dust. Hand soap, toothbrushes, and slippers were not provided. The face towels were yellow and old. On the upside, the water pressure was good and the hairdryer was powerful.

Ccheungchiho824The hotel is conveniently located near Patong's bar street, just a 2-3 minute walk away. Directly across from the hotel is the famous Number 6 restaurant, which offers good food at reasonable prices, averaging around 50-80 RMB per person. I booked a twin room, and to my surprise, the hotel assigned me a room with a balcony, which was perfect for drying clothes after two days of island hopping. The hotel service was great, though the soundproofing was a bit poor; I could often hear clear footsteps. The main issue was the lack of toothbrushes – when I asked at the front desk, they said they don't provide them, citing environmental awareness.
