"If you're coming to Phuket, definitely buy beach socks and flip-flops in advance! You can get sunscreen and mosquito repellent at 7-Eleven once you're here. The Deva Hotel has excellent service and a fantastic breakfast with local noodles, Western dishes, coffee, fruit—all delicious. On our last day, we had an early departure at 6 AM, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel facilities are a bit old; for example, the shower in the bathroom only has a half-door, so water easily splashes out, making the floor slippery. That's why I strongly recommend bringing your own flip-flops. I highly recommend a trip to Raya Island, as well as shooting and rafting—they were all a lot of fun!"

"We had a really good stay at Homa Hotel. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool—you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed sunset view right from the pool, which made the experience even more special.
The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a kids’ room available that kept the little ones entertained. Another big plus is the location: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, and there’s a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, which was very convenient.
Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend."

"A modest hotel with an interior leaning towards a loft style. The rooms are clean. There's a shady pool with a waterfall on the premises, perfect for escaping the daytime heat. The waterfall is rarely turned on.
Attention! The rooms might not match the photos on trp.com! I booked a standard room without a balcony, but was given a room on the first floor with a balcony. However, the balcony was like Korolenko's in ”Children of the Underground” – half below street level and completely covered by a banner. In essence, you get neither a balcony nor a proper window, plus the lighting is dim, so the room is perpetually dark. They initially refused to change the room immediately, offering to switch it the next day for an extra charge. I declined, promising to mention the room discrepancy in my review. In the end, they upgraded me to a better room with a balcony on the 6th floor for free."

"This room offers great value for money, and the best part is you can smoke on the balcony! A real treat for smokers! It's one of the few hotels near Patong Beach with a rooftop pool and a nice view. There's a lady at the front desk named Pan Peiling who speaks Chinese and provides excellent service. On my second day, I was worried about getting a taxi to the airport, so she helped me book one the night before. I'd heard it's hard to get a taxi here, so having a local connection really made a difference."

"The service was friendly and very helpful for every request. The beds were comfortable and the food (we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel) was very decent. The pool area was dreamy with a great view.
Sadly some things made the stay a bit less comfortable: the bathrooms had a sewer smell that wouldn’t go away. The air conditioning temperature in the room was extremely low and didn’t change when we tried to bring it up, as if it was stuck, so at night we were freezing."

"I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was nice but quite small, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely exceptional, one of the highlights.
However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience:
1. Hot water wasn’t available in the mornings when you typically need it the most.
2. The water pressure was quite low until the maintenance team came to fix it.
3. The washroom also had a constant unpleasant smell, which was disappointing.
4. Additionally, the boxing arena right in front of the hotel created a lot of noise, especially during the evenings.
5. We had to ask for a few amenities (soap and slippers)
Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay, but you do get what you pay for. Because of the helpful staff and outstanding breakfast, I’m giving this hotel a positive rating."

"The staff members were quick to attend to the Aircon problem , they even offered me a different room. The only thing I would suggest is that they have breakfast as early as 6am for early travelers. Breakfast only starts at 9am which is a big inconvenience."

"My flight was tonight ✈️, and I booked a hotel somewhere between the airport and the city center so I could go to the city center for the water festival. However, please read carefully! The hotel location is wrong! The location is incorrect! It's 10 kilometers different from the location shown on Ctrip!
It's not on the way to the city center at all, and because it's a guesthouse, even local drivers can't find it. It's on a very, very remote street; there's a market near the entrance, and then you have to drive another 1-2 kilometers.
The room was just so-so; the key point is that without a car, you can't do anything there."

"Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Phuket, this one had the most impressive common areas. They were beautifully shaded by lush greenery with winding paths creating a serene atmosphere.
The private villa I stayed in, with direct pool access, was spacious. It featured a squarish living room, a separate walk-in closet, and a bedroom with a sliding door that offered great privacy.
While the breakfast spread wasn't particularly luxurious and offered similar options to most hotels in the same category, both the hot and cold dishes were surprisingly delicious.
The typical Thai garden design combined with the pool creates a very chill and vacation-like ambiance. The pool bar also had a buy-one-get-one-free happy hour from 2-4 PM, and all the foreigners were lounging by the pool instead of going out 😂.
The downside is that, probably due to the abundance of greenery, there were quite a few mosquitoes. You definitely need to use the mosquito coils provided in the room and regularly apply mosquito repellent! On the second afternoon of my stay, the old air conditioner in the living room leaked, but it was promptly fixed. The quick response was appreciated, and it's a minor flaw considering the hotel's age.
Overall, the service was excellent. On the day of check-in, I had a 1 PM island hopping tour booked, and while I couldn't check in before the official 2 PM time, the front desk was very nice and lent me towels to use beforehand. At check-out, I almost forgot to claim my deposit, but they proactively reminded me to get it back, 👍."

"The facilities are excellent. Stepping out of the hotel elevator, you're immediately greeted by an endless ocean view. That first glimpse alone makes it worth half the room rate, and it's still breathtaking every time I return to the hotel. Everything else is great too, with only one minor point: they don't have a private beach; you need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearby Kamala Beach. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, with a huge variety. My girlfriend and I stuffed ourselves every day. After breakfast, we'd grab a sun lounger by the pool in front of the breakfast area and soak up the sun – it was wonderful. The hotel provides a towel card which you can exchange for towels. You can take these towels to Kamala Beach, but you need to return them afterwards."

AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus.
The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch.
However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet?
The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.

Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty. 
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay,from check-in to any requests we had.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes — such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless.
The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel.

Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave!
The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

GGuest UserWe booked three rooms for this family trip during CNY. While the service and food was excellent, I think if you have elderlies or people with disability, you might want to reconsider as the hotel rooms are all built on the hill and you have to go up and down to your room by buggies. They are fast to order tho. We had to walk up and down two stories of stairs to get to our room after buggy dropped us in front of our tower. In one of the rooms with plunge pool, our toilet wasn't working well and we had to call up engineering to fix it twice. The AV was too warm and they had to reset it. However the hotel staff was efficient to fix these issues.. on the last day when we check out, some of the ceiling blocks came off, this could be dangerous if we were hanging out at the balcony. I think the hotel needs some maintenance fixing overall. Most of the daily activities are at additional charge which was different from other Hyatt regency properties we stayed at other countries. I have to say staff and service is wonderful, the pool was amazing and well maintained. It could have been better if the daily breakfast buffet could have have some changes, we had pretty much same food for three days. Overall, it was a good stay.

KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice.
The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around.
Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.

XXiaolian2019We actually stayed here for five consecutive days! It was a very pleasant stay, and I really wanted to write more! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The owner is Chinese and has been consistently upgrading the linens. The service was attentive; one night, our Indian neighbors were on a loud call at 2:30 AM, and the owner, contacted via WeChat, promptly resolved the issue! The guesthouse environment is very comfortable, with squirrels, cats 🐱, and other small animals! The sea is right outside the door, as is a local night market! The food stalls at the entrance are also affordable and delicious 😋! I loved it! And for only two to three hundred during peak season, the price is unbeatable!!

KKelly8692Pros - it is quite near to Phuket International Airport - around 30-35mins. The Resort is very big, near to the sea and provides free shuttle to Kata & Karon Beach and free Kayaking to the guests. We had the sea view room and the view everyday was great. The location is very far from central/downtown which is why it is very peaceful to stay here. The rooms are slightly outdated, but they are kept very clean so the outdated part doesn't feel much. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Overall its a nice resort to stay for a short while as it is quite far.
Cons - For the 4days we stayed there, we did not like the breakfast as much. The breakfast area and view was very good, but every time we went for breakfast - it was always served cold. No matter we went early or late for breakfast, the food was always cold. There is a lot of variety in breakfast but none of them tasted good because it was always cold or not warm enough. The resort is really very far - around 1hrs 20min from the main tourist areas like Kata, Patong and Karon beach, so if you are planning to travel to these places - plan accordingly. As it is expensive and far to travel back to the resort. Also since it is far - there is no market or small shops nearby the hotel that you can walk up to in the evening. The only choice is to stay at the resort, swimming pool or inside the resort because the road that drives up to the resort is quite steep to walk.
Overall it was a comfortable stay but it was a bit of hassle with the breakfast and travel back to the resort. This is why I am giving 4stars.
