My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

Anonymous User********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

DonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style. The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

Guest UserHuge thanks to the staff for their kind assistance, even with my late-night arrival. However, I struggled to sleep at night due to the noisy air conditioning unit located in the hallway.

Anonymous UserCute hotel with decent sized rooms. Centrally located with access to main areas. Right in front is the bus to Patong. It's located right next to the market which can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. But a great value hotel.

I'll try to be objective. I chose a hotel two days before my flight, so my options were limited, but I really wanted to get to this beach. It used to be quite deserted, but things have certainly changed.
So, the big pros:
-Proximity to the beach (you step out of your room and find yourself immediately on a stunning beach and a stunning sea).
- Overall, a beautiful place, despite the increasing tourist flow in this area. If you go left, you'll find a picturesque island, and if you go right, you'll take stunning photos with planes landing in the background. There's a functioning Buddhist temple nearby.
- Nearby, there are all sorts of shops and cafes for every taste and budget, as well as a night market.
-Compared to Patong, it's quite uncrowded (for now). Recommended for families with children.
Cons (I'll note right away that I stayed in one room, so the overall picture may be different in other rooms):
-When the hotel says there's a window in the room, they're being disingenuous... it would be better if there wasn't one at all, because it only opens about 30 centimeters, and that's onto the stairs and a piece of dirty fence, and at night, there are sounds going on behind it. Some local squabbles with heart-wrenching screams. Sleeping is so-so, of course...
- Renovations are underway in the neighboring rooms, so stepping and jumping over piles of construction materials and dirty puddles is not very comfortable.
- The linens and furniture are worn out... well, have some respect for the guests, for this price, at least change the blankets...
- Glass front door... I, a healthy guy, probably don't mind it much, but it might be uncomfortable for girls...
- The shower drains poorly, flooding the floor ankle-deep, both near the toilet and the sink....
- The soundproofing is simply unreal... it's like being in the same room with neighbors...
- Overall, it's a bit dirty and unkempt. You walk down the hallway and everything around you is scattered, unkempt, etc....
The receptionists tried their best, but I still have a negative feeling after my stay. Maybe it will be better after the renovation.

We actually stayed here for five consecutive days! It was a very pleasant stay, and I really wanted to write more! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The owner is Chinese and has been consistently upgrading the linens. The service was attentive; one night, our Indian neighbors were on a loud call at 2:30 AM, and the owner, contacted via WeChat, promptly resolved the issue! The guesthouse environment is very comfortable, with squirrels, cats 🐱, and other small animals! The sea is right outside the door, as is a local night market! The food stalls at the entrance are also affordable and delicious 😋! I loved it! And for only two to three hundred during peak season, the price is unbeatable!!

Evelyne JinIt was a very good trip in the hostel. The location is perfect, very close to several night market, to the grossery, a lot of good restaurants and cafe, from 5 minute to the old town and very close to the pier to go to Phi Phi Island.
The personal is also very kind and helpful !
