"The location was fantastic. The cleanliness wasn't bad either. The facilities were also sufficient for the price. However, after checking in and entering the room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and even though we checked in for four people in a quad room, there were only enough towels for two. So I requested more and received one roll of toilet paper and additional towels. It was a bit disappointing that these weren't prepared beforehand."

"Overall, this hotel offers good value and some nice amenities. The room was spacious for the price, and the large window provided great natural light during the day. The free sauna and spa on the second floor, along with the complimentary foot bath, were a big plus—the sauna is small but gets very hot (around 80°C). The rooftop infinity pool is also a highlight with great views.
The staff deserves recognition. When I needed help heating leftovers and there was no microwave in the room, Zoe at the front desk initially let me know they don’t have microwaves. Shortly after, Tommy stepped in and went above and beyond by taking my food to the restaurant, heating it, and even plating it nicely before returning it to my room. Tommy’s service was outstanding and really stood out.
There were a few downsides. The room lighting at night wasn’t great, and the window has a strange film that makes the outside view blurry. The room phone wasn’t functional, so I had to go downstairs to reach the front desk. The $500,000 cash deposit was unexpected, and the “gym” is very limited—don’t stay here just for a workout.
The shower had low water pressure, the restaurant felt uncomfortably hot in the mornings, and the breakfast buffet lacked variety, though the omelet station was a nice touch.
Overall, a comfortable stay with good space, great sauna amenities, and standout service—but with a few areas that could use improvement."

"We stayed in the hotel's apartments and were very satisfied. We were on the 5th floor with a wonderful sea view. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, but the room completely matches the pictures on the website.
Even before check-in, they created a WhatsApp group with us, where they were always in touch and asked if everything was alright and if we needed any help. Check-in was on time.
On the 3rd floor, there's a pool and a bar – a nice spot to relax after the beach.
The biggest plus of this place is its location. You just need to cross the road, and you're already on the beach. There are also many cafes, restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby, making it very convenient to stay here.

"The room itself was just average, so don't set your expectations too high. However, the location is great, with plenty of bars right downstairs.
But! The room amenities are definitely not high-end. The towels, bathrobes, and bedding were all pilling or had holes in them from being washed too much, making them very uncomfortable to use.
There are a lot of sharp corners in the room, so families with children should really reconsider – it's easy to bump into something and get cut. Plus, there's a step under the bed, which I tripped over many times; it's a truly impractical design.
The sink is next to the bed, so it's easy for water to splash onto the headboard or power outlets.
All in all, avoid this place!"

GGuest UserI would honestly give this hotel more than full marks if I could. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and considering the reasonable price, it offered incredible value for money.
My family booked two rooms for three nights. Before arriving, we had a rather unpleasant experience at our previous hotel where we were bitten badly by what seemed to be bed mites. As a result, we contacted this hotel before check-in and politely requested that the rooms be thoroughly cleaned and that all bed linens be changed.
From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine care and professionalism. They kindly asked about our situation and reassured us that both rooms had been deep cleaned. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks, and delicious desserts, which immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for.
When we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier already prepared for us. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, and we could immediately see the effort the hotel had put into ensuring our comfort. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and sincere.
The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection is not extensive, it is more than enough for a relaxing break with a cup of tea. The kids’ playroom is conveniently located nearby, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families.
Another wonderful surprise was that the hotel treated each guest to a complimentary bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup for dinner. It was delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay.
Before arriving, I was a little concerned because guests need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. We were travelling with an elderly family member and a stroller, so I worried it might be inconvenient. However, every single time we needed assistance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help carry our luggage and stroller. Their attentiveness truly impressed us.
Since the hotel is located beside a main road, transportation could have been slightly challenging, but once again the staff went above and beyond. Whenever our Grab arrived, they would help us call the driver closer to the entrance and even hold umbrellas for us during hot weather, making it much easier and safer for our family to get in and out of the vehicle.
We stayed for three nights, and every morning the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was always something different to enjoy, which made breakfast something we looked forward to each day.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, thoughtful service, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially families with children and elderly travellers.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's amenities are also very satisfying. The overall antique decor is great for taking photos. Both swimming pools offer excellent photo opportunities day and night, creating a fantastic ambiance.
I want to especially highlight the service, which was the most touching part of my stay:
For Chinese tourists, the front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, making it convenient to contact them if items are forgotten or needs arise, which is incredibly thoughtful. All the staff members are warm and polite, and they provide detailed explanations of the hotel's facilities and services, making guests feel at ease.
Due to a personal health issue, when checking out, the hotel specially arranged staff to help carry my luggage to the car and bowed when bidding farewell. You could really feel their genuine sincerity in service. Receiving such care and attention from strangers in a foreign country was truly moving.

ЛЛяйсанМThis hotel is excellent! It's very clean, and the breakfasts are delicious (the best pho bo I've ever tasted). The room has a bathtub, which was exactly what I needed after long walks. It's located in a quiet area, and there's a free shuttle bus to the Old Town at 5 PM (you need to notify the front desk half an hour in advance), or you can take a taxi for 10 minutes (35,000 VND). The hotel also provides free bicycles. We rode around some stunning photo spots and saw how rice and peanuts are grown. We also cycled through charming village streets. Just a 2-minute walk across the road is a boat station where you can take a ride on the round boats for 100,000 VND. A kind Vietnamese man entertained us there! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.
