Roku TV and surround sound plus many many movies for the whole family to enjoy. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom plus access to a single foam mattress if required. There is no laundry facilities in the apartment but I do offer a free laundry service if in need . The half acre property is completely fenced and perfect for your dog to run leash free and the host dog is always up for playtime. There is a patio with a fire pit surrounded by gardens exclusive to guests but you’re also welcome to roam the property at your leisure. There is free parking for one vehicle in the back yard parking lot. It’s a lovely neighbour hood to explore with the Grand river right across the road , ball diamonds and soccer fields , parks and trails and two of the cities favourite restaurants are all within walking distance. It is a quick drive to anywhere in the city yet still in a small town setting .
