"Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on…
Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.
At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!"

"Everything went smoothly from the check-in process until I checked out the next day. I’m amazed at how a hostel like this can function without onsite staff. I’ve been traveling since 2014 and have always stayed in hostels, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such a completely different vibe. I loved everything, especially the hostel’s backyard view. I’d definitely stay again once I’m back in Luzern."

Very Good
GGuest UserIt's a prison converted hotel, more like a hostel. Location is great, 10 minute's walk from train station. The room is very small, although our room has the toilet. Two suitcases cannot left open at same time. The luggage storage room near the entrance is unlocked, and not kept attended, and my suitcase belt was stolen in a few hours.
GGuest UserSuper clean and cozy. The breakfast is provided with no additional fee and it is a decent quality. City pass is provided via email in advance, so you can register it in your Apple Pay and ride any bus inside Lucerne city. You can take a 19 bus from the Luzern Bahnhof to arrive to the hostel. The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself.
No towel is provided and you need to bring your own.
GGuest UserI love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.
GGuest UserStepping into the room felt like being back in a school dorm, with bunk beds. The lower bunk was a bit cramped above my head, making it easy to hit my head. As it's a 1-star budget hotel, they don't provide tissues, a kettle, or a hairdryer. The transportation is relatively convenient; directly across the street is a bus stop for bus number 4, which takes you directly to Lucerne train station in three stops. Next to the bus stop is a Thai restaurant. I tried their curry rice, and it was quite good. This restaurant took over from the previous Chinese restaurant, Panda, so be aware that many apps haven't updated this information yet. It's much cheaper to buy water at Denner, which is opposite the restaurant; a 1L bottle of mineral water costs 0.5 Swiss francs, which is significantly cheaper than at the Ibis front desk.
QQiongziThere is free parking space, there is a free bus ticket for the designated bus day trip, the right hand is the 20 bus, the left hand also has a bus platform.
The room is small and cramped, winning in the price/performance ratio, it is more convenient to take the bus to various attractions, suitable for city walk.
No disposable items, hair dryer, bath towels, no shower slippers, hand washing, bath shampoo.
The triple room on the second floor has a super large terrace, which can be picnic on the terrace, and the room is also equipped with a large electric fan.
