"They offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is super convenient. The hotel environment is lovely, and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a loft, and the upstairs area was huge and very comfortable for sleeping. The location is also excellent; you can find so many places to eat right outside, and most of the local specialties are nearby. The owner is also very warm and friendly. Plus, it's really close whether you're heading to Changbai Mountain or Yunding Tiangong."

"I chose this hotel for my trip to Changbai Mountain mainly because it's quite new, and it's less than a ten-minute drive from the North Slope transfer center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; there's a handmade ice cream shop that's really good, and it's the only one in Changbai Mountain, so you should definitely try it if you go. It's also not far from the的美人松 (Beauty Pine) and Merganser Park. Taxis are easy to get through the Didi app. I really liked the room type; the space was quite sufficient. During my two-day stay, I was served by a young man and a young woman. The service was excellent; they were very responsive to all my requests."

"Overall, it was a great stay! The check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious, definitely worth the price. The location is fantastic, super convenient with lots of food options within walking distance. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic; one of the guys even helped us with hangers when we were doing laundry. The TV has streaming services with free movies and TV shows. This was my first time staying in a loft hotel, and I had high expectations, which were absolutely met. It was a very comfortable stay, and I look forward to coming back!"

"The sanitation is very good, the room bed is three-piece set for one guest and one change, and the quilt cover is covered. Each berth has small lights, sockets and table boards. The room has air conditioning and swipes to enter the room. The toilet is in the corridor, not far away. The bathroom is relatively clean, with hair dryer and toilet paper. There are toilets and squats. It is not far from Changbaishan Station and it is not expensive. The boss is warm and thoughtful, providing plastic slippers, disposable bath towels and dental appliances. Takeaway meals need to go to the lobby on the first floor, and the garbage is cleaned up. There are also two cats in the lobby that are very close. "This was the warmest guesthouse I stayed at during my trip earlier this year. The room was spacious enough for three people without feeling cramped. It was also very clean, and the owner even proactively put a waterproof membrane on the toilet for us! They were also incredibly pet-friendly; when we brought our Shiba Inu, the owner thoughtfully provided a small bed for it, worried it would get cold sleeping on the floor – so touching and incredibly considerate. Later, we learned that the owner himself cares for many stray cats and dogs and even took us to feed them, explaining the proper TNR (Trap-Return-to-Nutrition) procedure to us! It was the first time I'd encountered such a heartwarming owner! This truly is a guesthouse with warmth and character, not just something you stay for one night! I would definitely choose this place again if I come to Changbai Mountain, and I hope the owner's business continues to thrive! Let's be friends!"

"Front Desk 💁🏻‍♀️: Three dedicated staff members with excellent demeanor, always greeting guests with a smile. They're such great young people, providing wonderful service even in this biting cold wind, truly demonstrating a strong service ethic. Pick-up Service: Yang Xuan, excellent! Polite and proactively helped with luggage. This young man is also a university student. Housekeeping: Very efficient, quick, and hardworking, like busy bees. Restaurant: Excellent, very clean. The chefs were also friendly and helpful. Fantastic. Room amenities are superb. Very comfortable to stay in. You can wash away the day's cold."

"Missed the high-speed train on the evening of the 31st, but I really wanted to visit Changbai Mountain, so my friend and I took a taxi from Shenyang. I communicated with the owner several times, and he's truly an amazing person – so kind and warm-hearted. He kept asking when we'd arrive and even told us to call him if we had trouble finding a taxi back from the scenic spots, offering to help arrange a ride for us. The room environment is great, and the heating works wonderfully. I wish the owner a flourishing business, abundant wealth, and all the best every single day!"

One of the best accommodation on this trip. Host is very approachable and was giving out tips even before I arrived. I didn't expect the pick up service that was provided. 😊 The apartment was amazing. Very clean with all amenities needed. In winter, the heater worked so well we were all sweating in the house. 😂 Location was great. Short walk to the food street where there were many many restaurants to choose from and walkable from Enduri as well as the main town strip. But I have to quantify that my family walks alot and 3km is not far to us. 😬 I would definitely choose one of this hosts apartment again when I come up to Erdao and I definitely will since I missed seeing 天池.

A family of 5 pax stayed in 2 bed rooms. The Kang bed was very kinder (softer mattress) than those at snow town. Spacious kitchen and sitting room. Auto mahjong table is available. U too can buy ginseng honey and black ear mushroom from owner. Big wet toilet. Washing machine. Fridge. FOC pickup from HST CheongBai station only. A 15 min walk to Changbai North slope Entrance. CBS Was Closed yesterday an we watched the 3 D movie in Ticketing office. One of the better apartment homestays I have experienced. Plenty eateries but 15 min walk. Aaah exercise after yr meals. Taxi / Didi easily available. Recommended.

Hotel very big space with 3 bed rooms and living room and kitchen, it’s one floor for us and can stay less than 10 people. Good location and facilities. Special the owner very helpful and good arrangement for our leisure traveler. Free pick up from train station 🚉 as well. The location very good as well, it close to Changbaishan center and Er Dao Bai He as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family and would like to stay again next time.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

I stayed in two rooms, and both were incredibly warm and luxurious. The rooms were spacious – truly a heavenly hotel! The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and provided transfers whenever we needed them. Anything we requested was brought to us immediately, and their attitude was consistently great. They even gave us complimentary fruit, which was delicious! I actually booked this hotel specifically because they offer free fruit; I'm a huge fruit lover. They even brought apples in the evening!

Flora Hotel offers excellent amenities and is very well equipped. Everything was fully prepared and thoughtfully provided. The hotel offers disposable towels, paper cups for brushing teeth, a hair dryer, a mahjong table, and many other facilities — truly, whatever you need is available, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The property itself is very spacious, with a super large house layout that feels open and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, making it a great place to stay, especially for groups or families. The location is relatively near the city; however, food options nearby are limited. There is only a small restaurant beside the property, and apart from that, there aren’t many dining choices within walking distance. To reach the main food street, it is necessary to take a short car ride of about 5 minutes. Overall, Flora Hotel is a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with excellent amenities. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and space, especially if you don’t mind taking a short ride out for more food options 😊

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, like a painting. As soon as you step into the hotel, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance in both the lobby and hallways. The hotel owners are attentive and very nice. When you enter the room, you'll find it very comfortable with complete amenities. The bed is clean, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and somewhat modern. I really liked it. Overall, it's a clean hotel that will please Thai people. The hotel is not far from the city's popular tourist attractions. The hotel owners helped with car rental, airport transfers, and tours of popular tourist spots in the Arctic village and Mohe city. The rental car was very new, and the driver was very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious. It's a very clean hotel that I really enjoyed. The hotel owners gave me a city souvenir when I”m check out. Thank you very much. I was very impressed. I think if I come again, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean. Basic facilities. The single room is indeed as shown in the ad picture, with a low sloping ceiling (be careful of your head). The heating in the room is good winter. The mattress is a little too thin though. The supermarket behind the hostel has a variety of fresh fruits. There are many eateries within walking distance. Most of the supposedly scenic spots (wetland/ park etc) are all covered with ice during my visit.

We had a very warm stay at this hostel..the owner was very helpful too..He offered to hire us a driver to take us to the scenic spots but we had already hired one already..we did not know that he can help to find a guide for us, if we knew, we would have asked him to help us..anyway..the hostel is near to shop areas so it is easy to find a convenience store..we arrived late and manage to find a 24h shop and we bought ourselves some eggs,fruits and drinks to bring up the mountains..the hostel also provide a heater and place to cook for the guest..so it is easy to boil some eggs for the trip the next day..
