"I am very happy to come to Baoshan this time. I chose this homestay to add points to the journey. I can’t help but want to share it. "Since it opened in 2025, all the facilities are new, and the hotel is clean and hygienic overall. There are even disposable toilet seat covers, and the toilet paper is packaged. The hotel provides shuttle service (which seems to be standard practice for hotels in Yunnan), which is reassuring. I'd like to suggest to the owner that a clothesline be added to the bathroom, and that the air conditioner switch could be placed near the door; it's really inconvenient being near the bed."

"Found a gem! This hotel is definitely worth revisiting multiple times! Check-in at the front desk was super fast, no time wasted at all. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, had an amazing attitude and answered all my questions thoughtfully. Upon entering the room, I noticed the bedsheets and duvet covers are changed for every new guest, and the bathroom was odor-free. The room was clean and tidy overall."

2. Very convenient commuting distance to the high-speed rail station or the North Bus Station.
3. The hostess was very considerate and friendly. She even had her family help us with luggage storage and delivery, and they were very punctual.
4. The room was very cool. With four bedrooms, four large beds, and two bathrooms, it was a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserUpon arriving in Ginkgo Village, we booked the Jubing Hot Spring Inn. While a bit pricey, it was a fantastic value. Although newly renovated, it didn't feel like a renovation. The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and the bedding was my favorite white color—very classy and comfortable. There's a large bathhouse with hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing. There are two ginkgo trees in the courtyard. Perhaps we arrived a little early, so the leaves hadn't yet turned yellow, but that didn't detract from the beauty. It was perfect for photos and a photo opportunity, and the scenery was stunning! The owner was especially welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast included was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and was completely satisfied!

MM2bvd9f06****The room we booked was incredibly spacious; it easily fit two 20-inch suitcases. The room offered stunning, layered mountain views.
The Yang family was incredibly friendly and welcoming to their guests. Their home-cooked meals were clean and hygienic, perfectly soothing our stomachs after our trip to the new environment. We were very satisfied with every meal, from rice noodles in the morning to stir-fries for lunch and dinner.
There was also a coffee machine in the lobby, along with complimentary fruit and water. The coffee beans were grown and roasted by the owner himself, and the coffee was exceptionally fragrant; I had two cups every morning.
The owner manages his own aviary – highly recommended! The aviary was thoughtfully designed, with multiple bathing areas for the birds. Even though it was the off-season, we had a great time taking photos during our two-day stay!
We are most grateful to the Yang family for their warm hospitality! Mr. Yang has a deep understanding of the local birds; we learned a lot. He drives very steadily and cooks delicious food. We look forward to returning to Baihualing to see the cherry blossoms.

AAnonymous UserThis was definitely the most comfortable hostel I've stayed at in Tengchong so far. The hostel environment was great, and seeing the clouds and red houses in the distance every day put me in a good mood. The room had a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner even treated us to homemade steamed buns and peaches from their own yard, which we appreciated. The only downside was having a really strange roommate. She thought it was cold in Tengchong and insisted on leaving the bathroom heater and exhaust fan on, sleeping with the door open. Most importantly, she didn't turn off the lights or even close the curtains at night. As someone with sensitive sleep and a light sleeper, I can understand my frustration. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night. When it got too hot to sleep, I turned on the air conditioning. I don't understand why she thought it was cold and just covered herself with a blanket. In this weather, how could I feel cold with the soft, comfortable blankets in the hostel? This unpleasant experience reminded me of my dorm experiences when I was in school, but thankfully it was just a problem during my trip. The hostel was great, and I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come to Tengchong.

Although I encountered some setbacks when taking a taxi to the inn, the boss and the landlady were very enthusiastic and contacted us in time to help us carry our luggage back to the inn and upgrade our rooms for free. , the room is large, clean and bright, with complete facilities. The inn is near Anning Kindergarten. It is convenient for traveling, taking a taxi, and eating. The boss and his wife are very honest. They patiently introduced travel strategies and how to avoid pitfalls, which saved us a lot of walking. detour. We originally wanted to stay at his house for a few more days, but due to the shortage of rooms, the landlady helped us find other inns.
