"Facilities: Absolutely amazing! I didn't expect to find such a great guesthouse for just over 100 yuan. The facilities were new and complete; we even washed our clothes that we hadn't washed for several days during our trip. Cleanliness: Clean, and the bedding was changed after each guest. They also provided extra disposable toiletries if needed. Environment: The room had a river view, and warm sunlight streamed in. The room was on the 17th floor, offering an unbeatable view. There's a shopping mall downstairs, making dining and shopping very convenient."

The climb to the top of the hill at the back of the property is well recommended if you have the stamina as the view is beautiful. Location wise is ideal as 百侯镇 is just across the road as well as 田园农庄 around 600m up from the right of the property serves very tasty Hakka food definitely worth the walk up. Overall our trip back to the ancestral hometown has been made perfect with our stay here. Just want to say thank you to all the staff at 百侯山庄 for making this a complete and memorable trip!
