"I called ahead to the hotel to request a room further from the elevator, and their service was excellent. Despite the hotel facing the street, we weren't disturbed by noise at night, except for the ***** New Year firecrackers :). Even our dog slept soundly and didn't bark, which was a welcome change. Breakfast was quite basic. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to drive about 15 kilometers to find restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal for us. We even managed to grab a late-night snack after checking in :)"

I had a very pleasant stay this time, and I especially appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service, which was very convenient for us. Both the front desk staff and the owner were very friendly and recommended a lot of local delicacies. The room and shower were very clean, and the shower space was quite large. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is also great; it's right opposite a large jewelry mall, so you can shop nearby, and it's very convenient to get around.

The lobby and corridors are so luxurious! I asked the butler, and they said the aromatherapy is the same one used in a certain luxury hotel. The toiletries in the room are gardenia scented, which felt very fresh and comfortable. Most importantly, they provided laundry detergent and a washing machine, solving my biggest travel problem. Great! The fridge is perfect for chilling my beer before drinking it—so refreshing! Highly recommended!

The boss is friendly, the place is clean and tidy, and the first floor is warmly decorated. There is free parking downstairs. But the room is small, the TV is connected to wireless wifi, the speed is slow, and the TV video can hardly load. Drying clothes is also a problem. The shower room has a slow drain, and the water overflows to the bedside

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at Elegance hotel. I would like to specially thank Q for the room arrangement, let my relatives were stay together on the same floor. I had a wonderful time with my family. There are many food shops and buses or cabs outside this Elegance Hotel, very convenient and easy to grab things and good transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to friends. If I come back here, this hotel will be my first choice again.

This stay is really satisfying! As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was attracted by the pleasant environment. The lobby was warm and elegant, and the green plants were just right. The front desk staff was full of enthusiasm, the check-in was quick and intimate, and they also took the initiative to recommend interesting places around. The room is impeccable, the hygiene is super in place, the sheets are white and clean, and there is no smell. The bedding is moderately soft and hard, and I sleep very fragrant at night.
