"This is my first review, and it's completely honest. This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my travels here. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic; whenever I had a problem, I liked to go to her, and she always helped. It was a very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, the front desk service is excellent, and check-in was fast. The room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has smart controls. They even offered a free late check-out, which was really nice. It's a fantastic hotel. They also gave a free bottle of mineral water upon check-in. The room is spacious, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk service is exceptional, and breakfast is also great. There's free parking, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!"

"A really great hotel! It's clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the location is good with convenient parking. A special shout-out to the owner – he's incredibly enthusiastic. He picked us up and dropped us off at the scenic spots. On the way back, a guest asked about the Red Army Luhua Site, and the owner cheerfully drove us there to visit. This is just too good, such an added bonus! Definitely worth recommending."

"The owner is a really nice person. It was raining this morning, and he cooked me two bowls of noodles at his place. They were so warm and comforting; I was really touched. The bedding was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. Highly recommended."

"The accommodation was clean and the staff provided excellent service. I checked in on March 18th, 2026. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming me, carrying my luggage, providing breakfast (they even knocked on my door to invite me to eat!), and even booking discounted tickets for Tsarnagu Island. Oxygen canisters were available for purchase. I was very impressed. Initially, I was a little disappointed by some reviews mentioning poor service, but I was extremely impressed from check-in to check-out. The staff, especially the male Chinese staff member, were excellent. I highly recommend this place to Thai people looking for accommodation before visiting Tsarnagu Island. It's truly excellent!"

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

Very good, grandma is very enthusiastic and will help carry the luggage up I asked and was told that the room was made entirely of solid wood by a local hand-made person, and it cost more than one million yuan. When leaving, they will offer Hada, wishing the elders good health and prosperous business (butter tea is delicious)

The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding. The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day. It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. The panoramic elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. It's conveniently located near Dagu Glacier and the most beautiful ******* villages. The owner and front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service. It was a great stay overall.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The underfloor heating in the room kept it nice and warm, and there was plenty of space. Parking was convenient, and downstairs there were restaurants with fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back again.

The newly opened hotel, the environment is very clean, the scenery is good, the key boss is very warm and friendly, and the cooking is delicious! There is also a cute kitten from the boss. The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
