"Fabulous hostel, i loved it. All wood made, this place offers all a backpacker may need (various cleaning soaps, loudry, drinking hot water, board games ,etc.). Super clean, the dorm is large with window. Plagues and bed light. No heating but an electric planket keeps dreams warm and cozy. Running hot water. Amazing common spaces inside and outside with breathtaking view on the surrounding of Kangding. The host, very gentle and friendly, speaks good english and has two cute and fun cats. My staying there was too short but very pleasant."

"It was a stunner, literally. This B&B is a true gem. That day, we saw the Golden Mountain, enjoyed the hot springs, and had a barbecue—every aspect of the experience was truly exceptional. The owner was also very generous and friendly, even upgrading our room. He didn't force us to leave a positive review; it was all genuine feedback based on our experience. The barbecue was priced at the normal price, and it was fun to grill your own. The hot springs are truly amazing! You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and construction of this B&B. Each pool is filled with wild charm. I love this kind of natural-looking hot spring pool, not the rigid, rigid ones. The pools at this B&B are covered in wildflowers and wild strawberries. A rushing river flows nearby. The Golden Mountain is in front of us, and wild birds occasionally perch in the trees near the pools. I'll never forget this scene. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in winter. I'd love to come back and experience it again when there's a heavy snowfall."

"Kangding a city to explore. Take bus no 2 road to go to the city. Rmb1. Return same. A new hotel and run by a lovely couple. Arrange a day tour by private car by the owner. The surrounding area may look a bit 'old' but inside the room is newlook. Big Window oversee the mts and river. Great. Need to walk some distance about 2-3 km if u want to see the Black Stone'"

"Staying at Yunzhi Hotel in Kangding was such a pleasant surprise! The location is great, really close to Qingge Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The bedding was soft and comfy, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, making check-in a breeze. It's a really quiet and relaxing environment, which was perfect for unwinding after a long journey. Highly recommended!"

"I have never met such lovely hotel staff members. They helped me book trips, gave me tips around acclimatization and things to do and so much more. If I return to Kangding, I'll stay here again, for the amazing and kind service! Aside from that, the room had a working AC, hot shower (though requires a little figuring out) and a TV that I could connect to with the HDMI cable they had in the router. The location is rather quite at the north eastern end of the city, which I preferred to the center. It takes around 15 minutes to get to the city center by foot and there's plenty of taxis for around 5 yuan to take you to other parts of the very elongated city. The hotel also has a large lobby with tables, though of course it's a bit cold there."
